Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in living room, dining room, bedroom, steps and upstairs loft area. |I have never felt so strongly about recommending a company as I do Absolut Carpet Cleaning. Derrick was personable, professional, careful, and did an outstanding job. We have never dealt with a company this reliable and good in any city we have ever lived. Will definitely hire him again!!

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in the whole house and treated for stains as he went. Derrick is an honest hard-working business owner who stands behind his work. A couple very small stains resurfaced and Derrick came back out and re-treated them, plus he cleaned the stairs again, going above and beyond expectation. We are planning to hire him for tile and grout cleaning and sealing, too.

Description of Work: The owner, Derrick Trujillo, not only arrived on time but arrived a little early, eager to begin work. We had rescheduled a couple of times because of weather, so I imagine he was glad to finally get this done. The scheduling process was always handled well and efficiently.The carpet was cleaned and a challenging area addressed a second time. Derrick told me that his work was guaranteed, he usually comes to Santa Fe each week, and that if I had any concerns after he left, just let him know and he would take care of them. Most of the carpet cleaning companies I have dealt with in the past try to sell you extra services such as a Teflon treatment to resist dirt and stains. I have pets and don't believe in them walking around on a carpet treated with Teflon, and was happy to discover that Derrick doesn't even suggest any of these extra services to increase his bottom line. I'll be using this company to clean my carpets in the future.

Description of Work: I had scheduled a brick floor sealing and carpet cleaning and I had to cancel several times because of other construction being done on house. Angel was very nice and agreeable about it all, but then we reached a point where she never picked up calls or called me back. I thought the carpet cleaning was going to happen one day, but she said it was not on her schedule---and after that I could never get her to call back again. I still have the brick sealing scheduled for March, we we will see.

Description of Work: Cleaned and resealed an old, dirty, scratched brick floor. It looks so much better. I was very pleased with the results and will have them back again to work on more rooms.

And Derrick, after talking with me a little while, suggested an adjustment that would work better for health issues I have. They couldn't have been nicer.
