The owner Derrick Trujillo was professional and efficient. Two days later we noticed some yellowish streaks on parts of the carpet, and when I called to the office, the receptionist set-up another appointment. This company seems very honorable, and they guarantee their work. Our carpet is very old, and we've had other carpet cleaners with the same situation with stains coming to the surface, but sometimes redoing the cleaning, the stains have come out. We're just happy that Absolut Floor Care is willing to come out and attempt to redo those areas. I would recommend this company for their professionalism, efficiency, and punctuality.

The entire process was easy and as promised. We coordinated the service with April, who was professional and helpful. Derrick was on time, used great products, and actually went out of his way to work a long day to make sure the floor was complete and dry in time for the movers to deliver my fathers household goods. We were really impressed with the service we received and will definitely use Absolut Floor Care in the future. Our experience with Derrick and April was terrific.

Part of it is great and part I have to let them come back.

AAA- Absolutely the best in all categories! Pre-visit- They were very responsive and informative at all times. Very helpful in setting the appointment, making sure we knew what to expect, an absolute pleasure to deal with. They showed up exactly at the appointed time, and began work immediately. Derrick is great to deal with, helped with moving furniture out of the office, very professional, and the results were impecable.. Guaranteed I will work with Derrick in the future, and heartily recommend his services to all my neighbors.

The whole process went smoothly Derek was here at 0800 and completed the work by 1500. The original quote was for 250 sq. ft. of tile, after his measurement was complete it turned out we had 330 sq. ft. Derek made the adjustment to the quote and began the work. He was very professional, polite and easy to talk with. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Everything went very well and the brick floors turned out looking nearly new! Derrick was great to work with and completed the project to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to have Absolut Floor work on any floor project that you may have as they did a great job!

It went extremely well. He arrived early, went through to see the job and explained clearly what he could and couldn't do, proceeded to unload his equipment and got right to the job. It took him about 2 hours and was done beautifully. Best of all, he did the carpet on the stairs (heavy traffic area) with extra attention and without charging an additional amount as many carpet cleaners charge.He was very personable and not rushed in any way. I enjoyed having him in my home and will absolutely have him come back in the future to do more work. I was not aware of all the things he can do and expect to have him come back for some deck cleaning etc.! Highly recommend him to anyone needing this service!

The company owner personally came and performed service. He was one minute early for the 8:00 am appt which is highly unusual for contracted services. He was very personable and professional, even soothing my annoying puppy dogs. The job was done quickly and this is the first time all stains were removed. Needless to say,I was very pleased with the result.

Called the company approximately 10 times during May 2013. Left voice mail and my phone number every time. Never got a return call! No response what so ever. And this was after checking Angie's list and purchasing a Group-On for $89.00. What terrible business strategy. No appointment could be made. No reliability, responsiveness, or professionalism. Flunked Out.

We bought a Group-On for $69 for 4 rooms of carpet cleaning. I called a month ahead of time to schedule to make sure I could get a Saturday appointment. I left a message and no one called me back. I called again in the afternoon the next day and April picked up and scheduled me for 11am on a Saturday. No reminder call the day before. We waited that Saturday until 11:30am and when no one showed up, I called the number and an answering machine answered. I left a message and about 15 minutes later April called back and said that their one machine broke at their previous call and the part they needed to fix it had to come from Arizona. They were going to try to fix it temporarily themselves. She said she would call me back in 15 minutes. Two hours later she called to say that they were still working on it and she would call me back. Four hours later she called to say that they couldn't fix it and the part would arrive on Tuesday so they could come Tuesday afternoon to do it. We made the appointment for 3pm, even though my husband or I would have to take off work to come home. But because we had already lifted up all the furniture in the house and the house was a mess, we wanted to get it done as soon as we could. April confirmed that this was fine. I asked her to call me on Tuesday around Noon to confirm that the part had come in. She agreed to do so. Today is Tuesday. No call by Noon, I have called 5 times and left phone messages. My husband decided to go home anyway, just in case they came. They never came and no phone call. It is now 4:15pm. While April was very sweet on the phone, it is clear that this vendor does not keep promises. I would not recommend them to anyone.

CHECKED OUT ON ANGIES LIST BEFORE PURCHASING A GROUPON FOR SERVICE. CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE AND COULD NOT GET AN ANSWER OR CALL BACK FOR OVER A MONTH. FINALLY MADE APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE, SPENT TWO DAYS MOVING FURNITURE OUT OF HOME AND WAITED FOR THEM TO SHOW UP. TWO HOURS AFTER SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT I TRIED CALLING NUMEROUS TIMES WITH NO ANSWER. I TEXT THE NUMBER I HAD (AS THE GIRL WHO MADE MY APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTED) TO PLEASE CALL ME THAT NO ONE HAD SHOWN UP OR CALLED. I RECEIVED A TEXT BACK ASKING FOR MY ADDRESS. I SENT IT AND AGAIN WAITED. I CONTINUED TO CALL WITH NO ANSWER SO I TEXT AGAIN THAT I NEEDED SOMEONE TO CALL US. FINALLY, FIVE HOURS AFTER OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, SHE CALLED ME STATING THAT SHE SPOKE TO THE OWNER WHO STATED HE CALLED DAYS BEFORE TO TELL ME HE COULD NOT DO THE SERVICE , I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY PHONE CALLS OR ANY MESSAGES OR I WOULD NOT HAVE SPENT TWO DAYS MOVING FURNITURE!! THIS WOMAN WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!! SHE CONTINUED TO BE RUDE AND WHEN I ASKED IF THEY COULD COME THE FOLLOWING DAY SHE SNOTTILY STATED THEY COULD SHOW UP BUT NOT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THEIR EQUIPMENT WAS NOT WORKING. I AM STILL UNBELIEVABLY ANGRY!!! I NOW HAVE TO TRY TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO COME DO MY CARPETS OR DO IT MYSELF. I found this company on Angies List and chose them for their good reviews and reasonable quote I got when I called them. Derrick was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained and gave suggestions for a couple of issues I had, and I felt like I got great service for my money. There were a few spots that didn't come completely clean, but he asked for me to wait until they dried to see if they were better. I called back to have him treat a couple of spots, and he was prompt and very nice. I will use this company again.

It went well from the first meeting to establish the job and costs, to the final cleaning and glazing.

I was getting an old, 1920 adobe house ready to sell. It has brick floors that needed cleaning and sealing after many years of renting. I found Derrick on Angie's list, and he came out and gave an estimate of around $400 initially to take care of two areas that looked very bad, so they would blend in with the rest. As he was working, we decided to ask him to clean and seal the entire house, which he did, adjusted total about $481. The floor looks really nice. On his first trip out, I also asked him to come look at my ceramic tile/grout in the main house next door (which we are also selling) and tell me if he could clean the grout. I had been working hard to clean it, tried several ways, but was not happy. He cleaned a sample spot to show me what he could do, and I was impressed, so we added the grout cleaning to his list. We were moving out of both houses, and he knew I was worried about keeping the tile clean, so he offered to come out first thing on the morning of our move! He also cleaned the carpet that morning. Very nice and personable man. Quality of work was great. I gave his card to my realtor in case she needs tile work done in her dealings with houses.

They were very communicative and he was punctual. He got the job done quickly.

We have been using them probably for a year. They are punctual and professional. They do quality work. They don't have to wear booties for us because most of the times they are going in and cleaning the home that is empty. They also do tiles cleaning. They have done that for us too. They do a thorough job with the tiles cleaning as well.

I had to make a lot of preparation in order to have them clean the floor. The first day of the job they showed up so late that they were not able to do the work. I gave them a second chance and the second day they did not show up at all. It was a great inconvenience because I had to move all the furniture on the floor and also the carpet and they ultimately did not come. I also had to leave the door open for them, and that was in the middle of winter. I think they were totally unaware of what they were doing. I did not have a problem when I was talking to them, and they did not appear unprofessional. I would not use their services in the future.
