They were good. They tried to repair the door instead of replacing it although I am going to end up having to replace it but they did fix it once for a little while. They were very professional. I am going to call them again to replace the door because they gave me the best price in town.

Do not fill in the on-line request for a call. I did, and when I received no reply within 24 hours, I called the Local Office and received excellent service.As I am located in a remote rural mountain area, it often takes several days to get any type of repair service, usually with a portal to portal charge. This was not the case with ABC. They scheduled an appointment for the next morning. The Service Technician was on time ( a rarity given the mountain road access to my property), He replaced the torsion springs, adjusted the door, repaired the third bay door motor, adjusted it, reprogrammed the remotes (never worked since my purchase of the property) to operate both doors and honored the Angie's List Discount Coupon. The entire service call took less than an hour. I was really impressed with the knowledge and skill level of their Service Technician.He gave me tips on how to maintain the doors and a can (no charge) of their special lubricant. This is the best service experience I have had in the 9 years I have lived in this remote location.

The work went well and promptly. This was an Angie's list offer and completed as such. The office mistakenly wrote the order for a 3 car garage which was corrected on site.

They came running behind schedule when they came, but they installed the garage door in just a few hours and stayed late to do it. I do not dislike anything about them. The garage door is holding pretty good. I think we will have them back to adjust the opener, but other than that, their service is great. I am pretty happy with them, and I would use them again. Their service price is reasonable.

Bought Angies List "Deal" for garage door tune up, including rollers and seal. They did everything and were on time. Concrete floor elevation varies a bit and they offered suggestions on how to make seal "extend" in those areas. satisfied.

Provider responded promptly. Worked with homeowner insurance. Fixed door quickly and professionally.

Showed up on time, replaced rollers and adjusted door to eliminate gap.Not Rocket surgery or brain science but a good job for 99 bucks.

I did not hire ABC because I got a slightly lower estimate from someone else. Also, ABC wanted to give me an estimate over the phone, rather than coming out to look at my garage, so I wasn't confident what the final total cost would be.

ABC Door were very thorough, very courteous, very efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with the experience. We are kind of located off a dirt road and other companies would call and say they couldn't find us and this guy called and stayed on the phone with us until he reached our house. I would definitely use this company in the future.

The door estimate, materials and installation were fine. There was a long lag between our authorizing the work and its being performed, but we're used to that in mananaland. On the other hand there was a problem caused by me in giving inaccurate numbers for the credit card charge which took them 3 mails for me to get straight. They must have thought I was a deadbeat. They would get an A, except I take off a letter for slow service.

The ABC Door Technician arrived promptly, was professional and performed the work agreed to in a short amount of time. He told me to call him if there were any problems. Over all it went well. I have used this company in the past so I was pleased to see their special deal on Angie's List just when I needed it.

I bought the package to have the garage door serviced with new rollers and tighten the chain. However, the chain mechanism was about to break so the technician was able to replace it. My door opens easier and more quiet now.

Service tech was very responsive and professional. They worked around my tenant's schedule to make sure they met our need.

My garage door had been reliable and has been working great ever since they completed their adjustments.
