Jonathan was excellent. He checked the garage door to determine what might be the problem. He quickly figured out what needed to be done and did it. He was very informative on what the problem was and how it can be fixed if it ever goes bad again. He then finished up by servicing all three of the garage doors that have been installed by ABC Door Company. I have been very happy with not only the company's doors and openers but with their service as well, which I have only had to use this one time.

Jonathan Valdez did an annual preventative maintenance on our 1 yr old garage door. Besides the PM, Jonathan went over and above and fixed some issues from the initial install. Jonathan was very conscientious and made sure that the door was working properly and safely. Jonathan provided excellent customer service!

They would not come out to service the issue, even though the door was fixed within 1 year. Very poor service and warranty coverage.

Gary, the sales rep was great. Knowledgable and responsive. I called the office three times; 1) first time to give a down payment. Card was charged but no receipt ever came email or US mail as promised. 2) Called a couple weeks later to check, was told door would arrive that Thursday and that if they were complete/undamaged, I'd get a call Friday to schedule. Never got a call. 3) another two weeks later (I was traveling), I called again. They couldn't find the order and told me they'd have to do some research and call me back. They did not call back. I put a credit card dispute on file with Chase. Finally I contacted Gary, who got the office to call me back within 15 minutes and set up delivery. Gary and Damien were nice installers and did a good job. Lesson; 1) I never did get that down payment receipt, and 2) use your salesman to force the office to provide customer service commensurate with sales and installation.

The installation went normally and was completed the day we agreed on. On 8/10/2017 when we closed the door there was a tearing noise but the door closed. When I looked at the door the following morning there was significant damage to the top two panels and the frame of the door where it meets the opener. I called the company to have it looked at and repaired. Initially they indicated it was covered under warranty since it was within the covered period, but after review they changed their mind. They are refusing to cover the repair telling me something ran into it or jammed it even after I communicated that this was not the case. After speaking with the manager to discuss our differing opinions they continued to refuse to cover the repair. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND EXPECT WARRENTY WORK. They are selling products that they won't repair. Shotty company at best, fraudulent at most. BEWARE these companies.

They spent very little time but was rewarded with a door that ran quietly and smoothly and worked a whole lot better. I am more than pleased with the results. It pays to hire the right people, since I had already spent much more on a service that did very little for my garage roll-up door.

Technician diagnosed problem, adjusted opener, replace door rollers and inspected door. Everything now works and is much quieter and smoother.

I called ABC in a panic and Johnathon was at my house within 30 minutes!! He fixed the problem and was extremely professional and showed me what had happened. Wow-don't use anyone else. I've always had the best of luck with any repairs to my garage door.

When I called ABC Door company, I received several estimates over the phone for different types of garage door openers. We decided to have a belt drive installed because it is quieter than a chain drive and cheaper than a screw drive. The technician arrived on time and quickly replaced the garage door opener, leaving behind no trash or mess. He was professional and friendly.

So far so good. However information in advance of how this equipment would operate was a bit scanty, so that it was a bit difficult to make a choice on which equipment to use. Also the description on how the automatic gate opener would open upon leaving our properties did not turn out to be exactly correct. The equipment is a bit more accessible to any potential intruders changing the settings on the equipment to gain access to the property than I would have liked. But so far the service, installation and operation of equipment has mostly gone as stated by the company in advance.

The repairman was here within an hour to fix my garage door. He was polite, professional, and assessed/fixed the issues in a short time. I will definitely use them again for further services.

Quick response. Appointment within two days. Showed on time. Went above and beyond and within the estimated cost. Technician even lubed/tuned and repaired a bent part on the adjacent single car door.

Extremely well. they contacted me right away. I had to change the install date and they were very accommodating. Technician came - did the work quickly and well. Works just great. I would definitely hire them again.

First the salesman tried to sell me a whole door but I had just bought one from them a few years ago. He should have known. Then he said they'd replace them in 3 days but 3 days later the workman said they'd given him the wrong size. Then the workmen said would take two weeks. When I called the office they said they were going to use used panels from other doors but didn't have the right size. I had already paid them upfront for new panels(I thought) so I couldn't go to another door company. After 2 weeks I changed my mind about replacing a panel so they charged me a 25% fee for restocking.

I first called customer service. This was first class and professional. She gave me the choices and worked out what I wanted then made sure the truck would show with all the parts they would need. Schedule was set and I had to call the next day to reschedule when something came up on my end. On the scheduled day, the doorbell rang right when customer service said they would show up. The guys were professional and did a first rate job. They even made sure to oil the rollers and adjusted the sensors and the adjustments on the motor unit. I have called ABC Door Co in the past for spring replacement and every experience I have ever had with them the same consistent quality and service. I would recommend calling these guys if you need anything done on a garage door. You dont' be disappointed.

NOTE: The low mark for "Professionalism" was intended for the billing office and NOT the technicians installing the garage door. SERVICE BY TECHNICIANS: The replacement of one-car garage door went well and work accomplished satisfactorily. My tenant indicated that the installers were polite, professional and cleaned up the debris following the work. THE COMPANY'S BILLING OFFICE: Unfortunately, I received a bill on Jan 12, 2016 for the work performed on Feb 16, 2015, nearly eleven months later for ABC Door Company's miscalculated shortage of taxes that should have been included for $26.75. I immediately called Tiffany at their office to confirm this and immediately paid this through my bank's online bill pay service. Calling back on Jan 29, 2016, Amanda said they never received the payment and that Tiffany, who was away from her desk, would return my call. Having a life, I called back an hour later and spoke to Amanda who passed me over to Tiffany. Contradicting Amanda's response earlier, Tiffany indicated that they had indeed received my payment they received on Jan 11, 2016 and admitted it was their error in not charging the full tax on my original bill of Feb 2015. No apologies were offered; only that she was hired on in May 2015 and straightened up the company's books thus the follow-up charge for "tax shortage" some 11 months later. I learned today that by bank's bill pay feature had "proof of payment" showing the processed check by ABC Door Company. Based on the above by the billing office, I would be very reluctant to use ABC Door Company in the future.
