I hired ABC Door to fix my garage door. The original technician suggested changing the door because my garage door was very old and had outdated rails and such. So I ordered a new door and made another appointment. The installer was incompetent and I've had to call ABC door to come back out to fix the door twice now. Every time I have them come out they arrive at least an hour later than scheduled. The second time the garage door broke, it was on a Friday and the garage door would not shut and the cables got twisted around the top. ABC door could not get anyone out to fix the door till the following Monday. I had to hire someone else to help me shut the garage door. I'm frustrated that I have to continue working with ABC door because of the warranty. However, the last technician who fixed the door was very knowledgable and competent.

I called ABC this morning after the door was twisted while i closed it on a cabinet door left open. It twisted teh door and tracks. I was told the quickest a tech could be out would be late this afternoon 4:00-5:00. I needed it fixed so I said yes. Harley showed up at 3:30 and left by 4:00 with everything fixed and working great. This is the second time Harley has been out to fix the door---two seperate issues, Harley is friendly professional explains what he would do and the cost up front. Very pleased hightly recommend ABC Door. Only problem I forgot to grab the coupon when I paid for the job. Would have saved 10% but thats beside the point its fixed!!!

Garage door tuneup - lubrication, replace worn part.

Technician arrived early, worked quickly and was polite and helpful. I got exactly what I asked for.

It went well and quickly. They could no longer get the weather stripping because the age of the door but replaced it with a good substitute.

The repair tech did a great job, but I struggled with administration and management over whether they would honor the Angie's List Coupon. In particular, because the rollers that were part of the Angie's List offer did not work with our door, the repair tech said he would apply the value of the rollers to our repair and that was essentially a break even. However, the Company then did an about face, refused to honor this agreement, and even at one point suggested that we pursue Angie's List for a refund and also pay the Company for the the full amount normally charged for such services -- in essence paying double for the services for which the Angie's List deal was supposed to save us money. Because we were able to negotiate a successful resolution, and because the service quality was high, we may use this company again, but we would be highly reluctant to purchase an Angie's List deal that related to this Company.

Terrific. He was in an out in no time, and we have had no further problems. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

Mike, the technician, called to say he could arrive early for our appointment and that was fine with us. He was very professional, did excellent work, and gave us some good advice regarding the maintenance of the garage door. We will definitely use ABC Door Co. for all our future garage door needs and can highly recommend them.

I had a Big Deal coupon to get the garage door tune up and new weatherstripping. ABC Doors contacted me a couple days after the purchased which is exactly what was stated on coupon. I was able to get an appointment for 2 days later. The service tech arrived at the appointed time, was professional and friendly. He told me what he would be doing for the tune-up and then showed me what work was done. The job took about 40 minutes and the garage door is working like new. I will definitely use ABC Doors again when the need arises. I highly recommend them.

First call for repair took 1 week...to get part, schedule return visit and replace spring. Return call took 2 days before tech could come and readjust spring and fix belt on lift. Technician was efficient, polite and apologetic about service and response. We used Angie's coupon on service and saved $25.00

No problems. Tech arrived on time, did all the work, and left the working area clean.

I hired ABC Door Company to replace the Torquemaster (which had broken a spring) and the I-drive garage door opener. I opted for the conversion to torsion springs with a Lift Master garage door opener. I removed the old system, and ABC Door installed all the new components. The installer also aligned the garage door track, lubricated the tracks, and secured the bottom door molding which was coming loose. I appreciate all the work that was performed, and it shows the pride and craftmanship of the individual and company. Cost was about 33% lower than the amount budgeted based on rough estimates, and the work was completed in a timely manner. (The job was estimated at 4 hours, but I don't think it took that long.) All in all, a top notch job - the new system functions flawlessly.

Unfortunately my door was too old to install the quiet rollers, but the serviceman worked with me and was able to fix my door with new cables and lubricated the old rollers using the original coupon. Door works great now.

Our garage door was only intermittently working. I called ABC Door, and the scheduler said she thought she could get someone out within the hour. About thirty minutes later, Tom called to say he was on the way. He arrived within thirty minutes, and it took him less than thirty minutes to fix our door. He was very efficient and very willing to answer all questions we had. We would highly recommend this company.

Timely, professional, knew his trade

Mr. Korigan showed up promptly and got right to work. Our garage door used to wake the neighborhood with screeching and clatter when it raised and lowered. It had reached the point where it wouldn't go down reliably. Mr. Korigan performed all the services in the agreement. He made the extra effort to replace a hinge that was bent when the car backed into it AND he re-aligned track that was installed incorrectly years ago. He took extra time to check things I pointed out and answer my questions - I am that customer with a LOT of questions. He showed me how the timer works on the garage door motor light and explained how to obtain spare parts for the door opener. The garage door can barely be heard now as it opens and shuts. When you buy this service from ABC Door, they will probably send Korigan. You will be pleased with the work he does.

We purchased an older home that had Overhead garage door openers but no remotes. So, we tried using generic openers then bought Overhead universal remotes, but nothing worked. We resigned ourselves that we would have to buy new openers, and contacted ABC. The repairman arrived promptly, but rather than replacing our existing openers, he offered to repair them. He recognized the problem we were having with the remotes and sold us two remotes at a fraction of the cost of two openers. His honesty, knowledge, and professionalism made us loyal customers!

The guys from ABC Door did a good job. They were on time. I like that they didn’t sell me something that I didn’t need. They were not pushy.

They were able to do it quickly, and be prompt with service.

Initial sales person who came to give an estimate was very knowledgable and actually recommended against replacing my existing openers, which I had thought I needed to do based on their age. He showed me lots of different pictures and options and was very helpful and patient with my questions. The installer called ahead, was on time, and finished more quickly than planned. He also fixed the switches to my openers which had been installed incorrectly when the house was built, at no extra charge. Clean up was great.
