Tech cleaned up his work area and insured door performed properly. I am totally satisfied with the work performed. Charges were fair for the work done.

Description of Work: My door cable had jumped the track rendering my door inoperable. I used Angie's List promotion to secure door service for $74.00. I called ABC Door and the responded within hours. I live in East Mountain, NM and they have a service representive that lives and services Easy Mountain customers. He repaired, lubricated, and adjusted the door alignment which was the cause of cable problem. He accepted the coupon as payment for service.

 + -1 moreThey are very responsive and enthusiastic to my needs. They are always ready to check on the malfunction of my garage doors. They are very to nice to work with. I had a new garage door installed back in 2009 and it was a product from Lowes. It was installed by a local installer. I needed the service of ABC Doors Co. towards the end of the 2009 to repair my garage doors. Incredibly, they did not even charged me at all because they could not fix the trouble with it. The quality of service they provided me is absolutely great. I would definitely use this company in the future because they are very professional and punctual.
Description of Work: I had my appliance repaired particularly the garage doors.

Description of Work: We had a door opener suddenly mis-function. ABC Door responded promptly and made the repair immediately. Their service guy was helpful in explaining why it broke. I had them out a year ago on our double door when the spring broke after 11 years. Again ABC did a super job or replacing the broken spring.

 + -1 moreI had had a bad experience with another provider about two years ago, but I liked this entire experience. They were very professional and did a great job. They came when they said they were going to, did the work they were supposed to and did followup work when they were supposed to do followup work. They got it installed and they left. The door works well. I have had no problems with it at all. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, I am trying to get them to come and do another install.

We were very happy with them. They suggested that we added strips to match the garage door around the wall where the door is. That was a good idea.

Description of Work: After a bad experience with Precision Overhead Door Company, I contacted ABC Door for my garage door spring repair. The tech arrived the next day, repaired the door within ~45 min and discussed the repair with both my husband and myself. He charged $150.52 as opposed to the $500 Precision wanted to charge us for installing two springs for their "Required safety policy" which does not exist. I would HIGHLY recommend ABC Door for any Garage Door repair as they are very professional and honest. Matt (the tech) had an absolutely delightful disposition and was professional and expeditious in his work. I appreciate Matt and ABC Door ... we need more companies like this!
