Description of Work: I used the $89 for 2 hour special. I had them adjust the handles on 3 bathrooms faucets. The Handles were higher end 3 piece units which needed special attention... all fixed and well worth the money!

Description of Work: The plumber was nice. My daughter had a toilet that was stuffed up. He quickly unclogged it. It was 2 hours for $89, so I asked him to look at replacing the faucet behind the washing machine. He looked but because it was so late in the day, and he did not have the faucet with him and the Plumbing Supply Store was closed, unfortunately we could not get that task completed.

Description of Work: The plumber came to our home and did a wonderful job fixing our leaky kitchen sink and installing a new faucet in our bathroom. The only issue that I had was with scheduling, they did not come on their original scheduled date (we waited for several hours and they did not contact us to say that they would not make their original appointment) and we had to reschedule. Their customer service phone attendant was also not very helpful or responsive. Once we received the service that we paid for it was great. The plumber was very professional and did an amazing job. I would give this company an overall of a B but their plumber was so amazing that I swayed my rating towards his good work despite the company's lack of customer service.

Description of Work: water heater was not working, and pilot light would not stay on. Fixed coupling, went the extra mile to check over everything and added a little handle for ease in the future...excellent

Description of Work: We have a two story house. We had water dripping from the down stairs ceiling. It was a Saturday so we were not sure it we could get someone to come out or. not. AB Plumbing was on Angies List and indicated that would make Saturday calls so we made an appointment. The technician/repair man come out when promised. We (the home owner) initally thought the leak was caused either by the swanp cooler or ice maker line. But Glen (the technicial) quickly found the "leak" to be coming from the up stairs furnace air conditioning system. The water drain line from the furnace/condensor coil drain had plugged up and water was flowing out of the bottom of the furnace and onto the ceiling. Glen solved the probem and fiixed in short time. Description of Work: I was very impress with the quick response and professional atittude provided by A B Plumbing personnel. The price was very good compared to other estimates and the work was excellent. I was very pleased with the work they performed!

Description of Work: 1st visit, the leak stopped. The leak start again in the other faucet key. A second plumber came and fixed it. He said the 1st plumber should have fixed it correctly and that he would tell his manager. I called the manager and he never called back after several calls. I paid twice for the same service.

Description of Work: I called am the said they could send someone out the next day. No one showed up so at 3 pm I called to ask if they were still coming and they said yes. I waited til 6:50 pm and still no one and called them again and got the after hours operator and she said she could get someone to call me back and no one called . Again I called the after hours operator at 7:30pm and she said she had contacted someone at 6:55 and they said they would call me. She then said she would leave a message for the owner that he would get in the morning, and he did not call either. I called the office to leave a message for the owner myself at noon and still received no call back. I called another plumber -Albuquerque Plumbing & Heating and they made an appt for that very day and came out and fixed the problem right on time. Guess who will get my further business for now on! And I will let anyone that will hear me know not to call AB plumbing.
