I love them. In between services they will come out for free if the problem isn’t fixed. I have a studio and I have never had anyone take anything and it is just more of a trust thing. I have known them for over 33 years.

Arrived promptly, was interested in seeing dead bugs we'd saved. OK with using organics as we preferred. Offered suggestions to minimize problems--moving mulch/plantings away from foundation. Seems to have worked.

I don't have any bugs. They are always here on time and nothing smells when they leave. I've never had any bugs. I have not priced them with any other company because I am satisfied but their price seems reasonable.

They did a good job and they sprayed where we asked them to spray. The ants came back the next day after they sprayed so we called and they came right back out the following day. They hit every spot that we asked them to. We really liked their customer service. When we called they said they would come back and fix anything that we were unhappy with. When they came out and sprayed the first time there were not ants in these areas that we saw the next day. They came right back out the next day after we called them and fixed it. We were happy. Their price is very competitive because we've had people stop by and their price was right around the same price so we think they are all about the same. They charged the price that they quoted us. We like the customer satisfaction that they gave us. They tell us what time they are coming and they call if they are going to be late. We will be using them again this month.

We have signed a yearly contract with them. They visit us four times every three months. They charge per visit. My roommate wasn't really happy about having signed a contract, but we did anyway. They got rid of our sugar ants, which is what we wanted them to do. They do visit for free in between the quarterly visits. They don't have other service fees. They would come out if we have a big problem that we want them to fix. If the ants come back they would come back to take care of them. Even if we have mice between now and their quarterly visits they would come out and get rid of it. That's a positive thing because we don't have to worry about paying a service fee and a contract fee. Also, they only use organic products. The person who came out was very nice and very responsive. He was right on time and very professional.

I would give them all A’s. They were good people to deal with. I told them what I wanted and what chemicals I wanted to use. They had come out here in-between appointments for free. I have a monthly agreement with them and I pay about $40 or $50 for that service.

They do a good job and they are friendly.

They have done an amazing pest control service. The products that they use are top quality organic products. The price was excellent. When we call them they always come. They are very friendly and respect full. They normally call and remind me about what needs to be done again. They were professional and we would definitely use them in the future.

Went very well. Came out on time, did their job and left. The next day my tenants were very happy to find a bunch of dead bugs. They were happy because they witnessed the progress made.

They are prompt and reliable. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We have been using them for about 3 to 3 and 1/2 years. They come out every quarter and call to set-up an appointment before they come. They always come when they say they are going to. We started calling them because we had ants, and we have not had any problems since they started coming.

If we see bugs during the month of treatment, he comes back at no cost (10 days later). Paul Kleindienst does excellent work and is the service technician that we use.

It was fine. The service was very good and they were very nice. It was all organic so they didn't need to put any chemicals in my house.

It was great the entire time. The guy was pleasant and he knew what he was doing. He was not intrusive. He just did his thing and left. I thought the spray he used was going to stink up the house, but it didn't even smell.

It went well. The first visit is about $100 and the monthly service is $48 with tax. Some of the staff is excellent with customer service and some are ok, but they all do a good job.

I REALLY CAN'T SEE ANYTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. I FELT THAT THE COMPANY PROVIDED ME WITH GOOD SERVICE. THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. I WAS HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING.

THEY COME EVEN WHEN WE ARE NOT HOME, AND THEY ALSO LEAVE A NOTE TELLING US THEY WERE HERE. THEY EVEN LET US KNOW THE NEXT APPOINTMENT AND TIME THEY ARE COMING. THIS COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY USE AN ORGANIC SPRAY, AND I LIKE THAT. THE GUY THAT SPRAYS IS ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND ASKS IF THERE ARE ANY SPECIFIC AREAS THAT NEED TO BE SPRAYED. I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY BUGS AT ALL LATELY.

WHAT I THOUGHT WAS MOST IMPRESSIVE IS THAT THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I LIKED HOW THEY SHOWED UP ON THE TIME THAT WE HAD SET UP.

THEY DO A FABULOUS JOB AT GETTING EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY, IN AND AROUND MY HOME. I LOVE THE LEVEL OF SERVICES THEY PROVIDE ME WITH WHEN THEY COME TO MY HOME ONCE A MONTH.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO WHAT I WANTED THEM TO SPRAY FOR AROUND THE HOUSE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON MAKING SURE TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEY GOT DONE. I WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

THEY GET THE FRONT AND BACK LAWNS SPRAYED AND DON'T TAKE TOO MUCH TIME TO DO IT. THEY KEEP ALL THE BUGS AWAY FROM MY HOME. I DO RECOMMEND OTHERS TO USE THEM. THEIR PRODUCTS WORK WELL.
