Do yourself a favor and go with another company. I used AAA for 3 years. Last November, 2.5 years into servicing my home, the technician, Adam Holbrook, informed us that he had been treating our home for the wrong thing. Instead of offering us a refund due to THEIR error, AAA RAISED our monthly cost by $20 to treat for the right thing!! I had wondered why we weren't seeing improvement and hoped that we would now that they were treating for the "right thing." We saw a slight improvement, but not much. Fast forward to my scheduled service for April 21, 2020 (we are on a set schedule, mind you, so this has been on their calendar since day 1). My household members informed me the morning of our scheduled service that Adam had not been doing all areas that we pay for, which includes the entire interior of the home, exterior and the garage. I tell my housemates to make sure he does all of these when he arrives. I receive a text from Adam in the afternoon saying his ETA is 3:30, our normal time. I then receive another text at 3:26 from the tech saying his new ETA is 4:15. At 4:08, I receive another text from the tech stating that he is waiting on a dead battery replacement and will be there closer to 5pm. I let him know my housemates are home and waiting and go on to say that I need for all of the areas I pay for to be treated during every service. Adam then starts arguing with me and flat out lies saying he does do all areas, even though we know for a fact he does not (he even lists service to 1 bathroom on the invoice when we have 2 in the home). I tell him what has been relayed to me and he starts insulting my home and it's inhabitants (my children and roommate) in his text messages, followed by "I don't want to argue." I respond, "I will not argue either. I pay you for a service and that is not the way to talk to a customer. I will be talking to your office." Adam responds with a half assed apology for what he wrote, and then says he will not show up for my scheduled appointment and will have the office call me to reschedule. I respond that not showing up is unacceptable and this is not the way to run a business, especially in these uncertain times. Upon speaking to the office the next day, I voice my concerns about the abuse I received from their tech, Adam Holbrook. I am told that the owner will contact me when he gets in the office in a little bit. It is now the end of the day and I have yet to receive the so-called call back. Needless to say, I have had it with this company and will be going elsewhere, as should you.

The price is good, they are excellent! I only use them quarterly and I don't think I have to pay too much for that.

They came out the first time and it didn't get rid of them. They have had to come back several times and I am still having a problem.

Went well except that now a couple months later , new floor in, we have sugar ants coming out?

Guys were very nice, but a little flaky. Didn't make a map of where they put the poison, so we don't know if they checked all of them.

The owner came in did his inspection quickly and thoroughly. Was able to produce the report right after the inspection. I believe everything was completed within the hour. I do recommend.

Service quality should be measured throughout the company starting with the moment you go to make the appointment. In AAA Organic's case, the scheduler was extremely polite and helpful. When the time came for our appointment, the guy (can't remember his name now) was on time, professional and cost conscious. He didn't see any signs of an infestation and therefore prescribed some and quot;at homeand quot; measures we can take instead of straight up telling us to spray the room, which would have cost hundreds (and been a giant pain in the neck) when it's all said and done. I appreciate that he didn't try to take us for a ride and told us to do what he would do, or what he would tell a family member to do. We always have the option of spending more money if that didn't work. Would definitely recommend AAA Organic to friends and would personally use again.

We've been using AAA Organic for six years now and I couldn't be happier with their service. I've had them out twice this year, once for the infamous Albuquerque grasshopper plague, and once for roaches. Their stuff obviously works because our house was the only one in the neighborhood without a thick coating of grasshoppers clinging to it. We also had a black widow problem in the backyard and after one visit I haven't seen a single one. The folks that come out to spray are always prompt and courteous and explain everything thoroughly and are also practically walking encyclopedias when it comes to bugs. So you get rid of the pests and learn something too! The price is well worth it and I'll be continuing to use them as long as I live in Albuquerque.

Did a great job! On time and no strong Odors.

AAA Organic Pest Control has been spraying our house (inside and outside) for the past year. When we first bought and moved into the place, we had a roach problem due to the house not having been occupied for about a year. We tried another company, but the roach problem persisted. We then tried AAA and within the first month, there was a dramatic improvement. We had them continue a monthly spraying for a year and the roach problem went away. We now have reduced them to once a quarter. I am very pleased with their results and am continuing to use them.

I have a quarterly contract with AAA Organic. Jim is always on time or even early and is very thorough, as well as amicable.

I have been doing business with this company for a year, and I have absolutely no complaints. The service man was always on time, and the company was happy to reschedule when I wasn't on time. Everyone I have spoken to with this company has been honestly nice and completely professional. Since I started the service, I have not had any roaches or other bugs in my house, and only dead ones in my garage. Exactly what I hired them to do. I couldn't be more pleased. There is no smell after the treatment, and my 3 parakeets and 2 dogs have not suffered any problems whatsoever. If you hate even the sight of roaches, dead or alive, in your home, this service is for you. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants pest control, they will not disappoint you.

I have a monthly service with this provider. They are great and have helped with rodent problems, insects, and even helped provide guidance when I had a raccoon nesting in the roof. There are a couple of people on the staff that are excellent and they are always on time, friendly, and professional.

I called the company because we saw a mouse in our den last night. I was really happy that a technician could come the same-day to inspect. I thought he was going to do a thorough inspection but that did not occur. All he did was set two baits inside the den and two outside the house. I do not feel like the services warranted a $139 charge. There was no inspection to see where the mice were coming from. Also, I don't want to have baits inside the house and the possibility of dead mice in the house. The technician was friendly and prompt BUT the services did not meet my expectations.

I ask for a particular technician. Paul is delightful to work with. He is very trustworthy and on time. He is very reassuring to have in the home.

AAA Organic came to our house to spray for ants and the occasional (dying) cockroach. The workman was on-time, knowledgable and willing to spend time with us to figure out where the problems were happening. He sprayed inside and out (using their organic treatment). A few days later we noticed a few additional ants still making it in. We called and they quickly came back at no charge and treated the area that was clearly now the source of the problem. Since then we've not seen a single bug. They were also great about placing ant bait in locations were it was needed but doing so in a way that our pets couldn't get it. Highly recommended.

AAA Organic Pest Control has always been a great company to do business with. They arrive as scheduled, and they use chemicals that don't affect my asthma or hurt my kids and pets. I was referred by a friend, and since then I've used them at each company I work for, and everywhere I've lived. Their prices are reasonable and they offer a guarantee. If you see any bugs in between services, they'll come and re-treat for free. The service tech even dealt with my giant dog and completed the service even though my dog scared him to death.

I have used AAA Organics for years (since 2005) and they use to be so good and accomodating but since the owner passed away, I feel the service, especially customer service has gone downhill. To begin with, we've only lived in the current house for 1.5 years so I expect to have bugs awhile longer as when there's an empty house/building, its gonna get buggy. I don't expect overnight miracles hence while I seek help. I just had someone out for a respray (they usually like to send the same service person which makes sense) since we seemed to be having excess amounts of spiders (my daughter has a spider bite as a result), ants and cockroaches. When the service individual came, I proceeded to tell them of all the problematic areas and the individual seemed a bit and quot;buggedand quot; and proceeds to tell me, in an abrupt manner, that he does not have the time to do a whole respray and goes on about that its company policy and so forth. I was not asking the individual to do a whole respray but there were lots of problematic areas. I got a bit miffed and taken aback as I pay a quarterly fee of $100 plus tax and many a times only have them spray once a quarter so during a few quarters where I need resprays, I feel I've paid for it. I only had the individual do partial areas and I asked the individual to leave partway because I was upset. The office folks have also been calling alot more than in past years too. One example earlier this summer was that my family and I had several trips planned and due to other circumstances, I didn't want to deal with the scheduling of the next service but the individual would not take no for an answer. I told the individual that I would call back as I was not sure exactly when we would be in town and yet she proceeded to push. I think I finally hung up because I didn't want to get more unpleasant. Its unfortunate to have to discontinue my service with this company because like I said, they were great up until about 1.5 years ago and I like the fact that they use plant based spray due to several children with allergies and asthma in the house. But I feel excellent (not just good) customer service is important at all times.

The company calls to schedule each application. The service technician has always shown up on time, been very courteous and professional. We are happy to have organic products used in the home to reduce the treat of toxic side effects. The presence of ants, roaches, beetles and small rodents has been eliminated. With on-going periodic applications, we are confident that this will continue to be the case.

I would recommend their service and will use their service when needed.

I've been using them for 10 years. I found them in the phone book because we didn't know of anybody at the time. They're very prompt. We had the same person all this time. They're very professional and effective. I've had no issues with them. I would think that their prices are competitive because they wouldn't be in business if they weren't. They're very responsive.
