Michael was able to fit me in for an appointment within 12 hours of my initial call. He showed up for the appointment 10 minutes before schedule. Completely and thouroughly inspected the entire door mechanism and condition of the operation. Fixed exactly what was malfunctioning and precisely explained in layman's terms the issue. Expertly fixed the issues and charged significantly less than what I was anticipating to have paid. Professionalism beyond reproach, pleasant and courteous service.

Opener quit and called for repair. Out of range of fixing myself. I left a message and Mike called back within 15 minutes. He scheduled a visit the next day at 2:30 and showed up on time. It took just a minute for him to see what was wrong, tell me he could fix it, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. After repairing the opener, he adjusted the chain and door travel, and checked the safety. I was very pleased with the whole encounter.

It all went great. Michael came over during the diagnostic evaluations to discern what was needed. He ordered the needed parts and was fully available when it came in to place it. No charges extra for multiple trips. He was exact in his estimate and always answered all questions. Always promptly on time, pleasant and courteous. Have used his services for our other door in the recent past and the experience was a efficient and professional. Would highly recommend his expertise for garage door issues. I will definitely utilize his company and services in the future. Both doors are currently working like new again.

It went great. Mike informed me it would take 3 to 5 weeks to receive the insulated garage door with insulated windows. It arrived as planned and Mike scheduled the installation on one of the coldest days of the year this far. The installation went smoothly and when I asked, Mike was happy to change the code on my opener for me. We decided we wanted to make an appointment for him to do the servicing. When we asked when he could do it, he told us that it was late in the afternoon so he had no later appointments today and had all the stuff he needed on his truck, so he could do it right now if we wanted him to. We said yes and within a little while he had completed everything that needed done!

It was good. The man was very friendly. They were reasonably priced. They went above and beyond. I was very impressed.

Called A-1 garage doors on a Sunday morning (because of course these things do not break during business hours) we received a call back shortly thereafter and had an appointment 7:00 am Monday morning. He was at our house right on time and had the garage door fixed very quickly. Very impressed with this company and will use again if the need arises.

First, Mike fixed our old garage door so that it would be functional while we waited for our new door to come in. No extra charge. The new door installation went well. Works beautifully. Mike is very meticulous and organized when he works. He doesn't settle for "close enough"... it's perfect or it isn't finished yet. We couldn't be happier.

Provider arrived on time and went right to work. Provided estimate of cost. Replaced springs. Explained how the mechanism worked. I am happy with the work although I was expecting it to cost a little less. Overall, though, I would hire again.

Mike was very professional, all the way through the process. He is polite, respectful and honest. A-1's prices are very reasonable and fair. The whole process was a very comfortable experience. He was on time for the appointment to take a look at what I needed, and stuck to the quote he gave me. I never felt that I was being manipulated or being up-sold! He said my garage door openers were still in good shape, and he would use them, rather than trying to sell me something I didn't need. He called to let me know that traffic on the freeway was possibly going to make him late for the appointment to do the installation. It ended up only being by 10 minutes -- which is still on time in my book when you compare to many other contractors! The installation was a complete removal of doors, rails and old trim, and installation of insulated garage doors. The install was done expediently, thoughtfully, and with care. Things were cleaned up. Good garage doors are an investment, and I truly believe I received good value for mine. I am very satisfied with A-1Guaranteed Garage Doors, and am recommending them to my friends and family! I highly recommend them to you!
