Description of Work: I was very pleased to hear from Richard as soon as I requested his carpet cleaning services for a home we purchased. In no time great email communications with Richard was established and a date for services was quickly confirmed. In the course of events, it became necessary that the carpet to be cleaned needed to be removed from the home. Consequently, I had to cancel my carpet cleaning appointment. Nonetheless I will rate this as a positive transaction.

Description of Work: They showed up on time and were very professional. They removed 4 area rugs and 2 smaller rugs and deep cleaned them. They came back inside and cleaned another area rug that could not be moved, and cleaned the carpet on the stairs. Not only did they do a deep clean but also applied scotch guard. The price was lower than expected for the work that they did.
