Description of Work: Replace garage door and the automatic opener system. Service person came one day, inspected and made a recommendation. The opener system installed in the 1980's 'had run its course.' We made a decision on what to order. He came back the next day (on time) and installed the new system/door. We would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Description of Work: I was told that the door needed replacement not a repair. I am selling the house and Aquarius suggested that I let the new owner decide on a door and just give them the credit towards it, since I would have purchased the least expensive door possible. They were very upright and forthcoming and completely honest with me. I would use them if I were to purchase a door.

Description of Work: I shopped four different companies for a garage door and garage door opener. We have a low ceiling clearance and two of the four companies suggested all this extra construction to make it all fit. (One of which charged me a fee for the estimate RUDE!) The third never called us back. Then finally Aquarius arrived. They were the most professional and caring. They took the time to explain the process. I felt so confident in this company that I signed the contract for service on the same day of the estimate! This is one of those companies that has truly professional staff from the first phone call to the maintenance meeting we had after the installation. Super great company, can't find anything else to say expect that I love the door and sent the owner a text thanking them again!

Description of Work: Aquarius replaced the old wooden doors on my 2-door, 2-car garage and installed new electric garage door openers. First impressions were not the best, because they took a few days to get back to me after I made initial contact (other companies were very quick) and they made me wait at home for the estimate during a 2-hour window only to have to reschedule. After that, though, it was great. The owner herself came out and answered all my questions and then some, and they came up with the lowest price of the three quotes I received. The work was done extremely quickly and efficiently, and the operation of the door openers was fully explained. The quality of the materials installed is excellent. I would definitely use them again, and I might, because they do house front doors as well. By the way, they have a great web site - much better than most.

+ -1 moreThey were very good. I thought it was a good price. My garage door felt really heavy when I lifted it and as I am an older person, I wanted to see what could be the matter. The men from Aquarius came right out and changed the sled and the wheels the door uses to move and since then it has worked like a dream. They are very professional and patient people and I will always use them.
Description of Work: They fixed the wheels on the garage door. They came out to change the sled and the wheels on my manual garage door. There was no service contract and all used material was taken away by them.

+ -1 moreExcellent experience. I was not home when Greg came but since the door opener didn't work, he could open it manually. No muss, no fuss. I left him a note with the problem. He left a note on what he did, how to reprogram the remote for the new circuit board and a copy of the bill. I received a reminder phone call of the appointment the day before the service call. They need your credit card number if you aren't going to be home for the service. It was great since I didn't want to time off from work if I didn't have to. Problem fixed - it works like a charm. The price seemed OK - service call (@$90), circuit board (@$125) plus tax.
Description of Work: My 7 year old Liftmaster garage door opener failed. Pushed the button and nothing happened with the door (the light did go on so it had electricity). They replaced the circuit board.

+ -1 moreAquarius was great. Greg from Aquarius diagnosed the problem and did not charge me for any part or service I did not need. Note the work performed. I was not charged for anything I did not require. I would recommend this company to my relatives and friends!
Description of Work: I called and someone was at my house in less than 24 hours. Exactly on time as stated in my initial phone call. Greg from Aquarius diagnosed the problem. He indicated several possible reasons and the most common issue would require a part that cost 75. But he stated this upfront. When this did not work Greg from Aquarius investigated all the wiring. Wiring was where the problem was, but Greg then fixed the problem and stated I did not need the new part so he replaced it with my old part which was now working! Greg from Aquarius did not charge me for a part I did not need! I try to watch everything going on with my repairs and Greg from Aquarius was super professional, on time and great! I would recommend this company and Greg any time. Thanks Aquarius! From the homeowners that will watch and worry about EVERYTHING! Your service was great!
