Got a new door with an operator ( which I never had). Installer was prompt, install was neat and done correctly and price was in line with other estimates. Julie was a pleasure to work with.

Replaced with new motor next day. Installed new anchor brace and replaced missing weather strip. Worked quickly and neatly. Problem with sensor. Called and returned immediately to replace it.

The garage door cables broke. We needed the mechanisms repaired.

Repairman should up on time and completed the job in a few minute.

Could not have gone any better. I shared with Aquarius what we wanted to do, they were with us every step of the way. Prices were right, we ended up putting a motor in that mounts on the side of the door. This was a big change from what we had, great idea from the guys at Aquarius as it opened up storage above my garage door we didn't know that we had. Thank You again I will highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new door, or service on their existing door.

I ordered the door on Thursday afternoon and they said it was in stock and ready to go for installation that Monday morning. Installer arrived on time and finished the job within three hours. The old door and hardware are gone and the garage was spotless. The people at the Wyckoff office are a pleasure to deal with. Everyone is friendly and yet professional with respect to executing and installing your order. The Clopay door is much more quiet than the other door because of the hardened vinyl wheels. Overall very satisfied with the service provided by them and after meeting Julie at her office I had complete confidence that if something wasn't right at the installation that she would make sure in the end it was rectified to my satisfaction.

Job went very well. Aquarius arrived on schedule, performed the check and grease of garage door rollers, and were in and finished within 20 minutes. We've used them in the past and have always had good results. No problems whatsoever.

I did have a little problem. They kept postponing the installation and they gave me different reasons. I'm not really sure if those reasons were true. When they finally did have to put in, the garage door was damaged. That was one of the reasons they postponed it. When they came to install the garage doors, one of them was still damaged. The price was good. The quality seemed good. They were late. I would tell them the issues that I had. There was a problem with getting the garage doors on time. They were damaged two different times. There were a couple of small issues.

Door would not close as bottom section was damaged, so asked for earliest call that was their emergency service call. An estimate was provided after the staff closed the door. From the day of estimate, replaced the part in almost 2 weeks. Installer was an experienced professional and took 20 minutes start to finish. Parts $225, initial emergency service call $150 and labor $125 so total $500 to replace a damaged panel. Quiet an expensive replacement i would say !

I thought it went well initially. I did call them because they are a genie dealer and I needed my genie opener repaired. They told me that genie openers are garbage and talked me into the liftmaster since it was a better product. I recently had a problem with one of the doors slamming down when it hit the ground. I called them to adjust the door and check it out. I had the springs replaced previously by another company. I was charged a service call ($90) and told that the previous company installed the wrong springs because the doors (all 3) were not counterbalanced. They were supposed to get back to me to verify the correct spring size. I asked why the doors were not serviced and adjusted when the openers were installed and was told that was not part of the service (which is not true...it should have been done). They never got back to me about the springs in spite of calling and leaving a message. I called the previous company to inspect the springs and he came out and adjusted all 3 doors perfectly. He also verified that the springs were correct according to the manufacturer. He did not charge me a service call since the springs were under warranty. He also told me that he would have used a different lift master opener (carriage series) made for the heavier wooden carriage doors that I have. Overall, I would never recommend nor use Aquarius again. They did a bait and switch with the openers (not wanting to service the genie product), their service technician should have adjusted the doors when he installed the opener, and they never should have charged me for the service call. They are dishonest!

It went perfectly. He was on time, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.

It went great. The owner came and gave me a quote. She gave the price right then and there and I liked that. It was right up front. I thought that it was good communication. I would definitely recommend them.

Doors ordered and installed in less than a week. Two young men, Jared and Stuart, were very friendly and informative as they performed the work. Molding around the doors needed some creative work which they did. Very happy with all aspects of the job and would recommend Aquarius to anyone asking for garage door service.

They were excellent. They know what the process is. They were able to get it done sooner with the garage doors. They call and confirm the appointment. I had 2 different problems. They fixed both of them. I used them to change the motors on my garage doors which I didn't do when I put the garage doors in and again, very timely, very good job, very clean and from what I understand reasonably priced. They got the doors in earlier than expected.

Office staff were courteous and customer centric in scheduling the appointment, installation and payment. Julia was punctual for her estimate appointment and made a good assessment of the garage door dimensions and clearance for the opener. She thoroughly explained the ratioanle for her door recommendation & pricing and provided a detailed itemized estimate. Installers were very punctual, courteous and highly professional. Another gentleman who came to remove debris was also courteous and was very helpful. At the end installers demonstrated key operations of the door opener. And the garage was left as clean as it was before ( except new nice garage doors). Overall, iam impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and pricing of this company. Iam hoping to experience the same level of product quality and support, as i start using these doors. Certainly i will consider them for other door needs during upgrades.

It went great I could not ask for more. Two installers arrived at my home on time. Went right to work. They were very professional and knew exactly what to do. They removed my old garage door and installed the new one. This job was seamless. When finished they provided me with a demo of the door and how it worked. This is the best service I have seen in a long time. I must also comment on the office staff for being very responsive for scheduling and insuring that every thing went ok. This is an excellent company. As a note Home Depot prices were similar however a nightmare to navigate.

They're fabulous and they're amazing too, they're extremely good, they went in for presentation, the woman Patty who works there was extremely knowledgeable when she explained what was going on, extremely articulate, she sends us picture to play with and they're just really great, she's extremely wonderful. They come pick up the money, they drop off everything, they said the doors is gonna take three weeks and they did less than three weeks, maybe few days, maybe two and a half weeks, its just that they're great, they're wonderful. One thing I liked about them, when they came in, she did not push the expensive door, she pushed the cheap door so its not about the money, its basically what comes down as the aesthetic of the door, the way the door looks because the mechanisms and all the fabrics used to make the door are all the same, that's how her doors are. I'm impressed with them and my husband's impressed with them. They came twice and the first time they came, they were running late and they have the descency to let me know which I thought was professional.

Every step from our initial contact to the completed installation was completely professional. It was the best home improvement experience that anyone could hope for.

Aquarius doors did an exceptional job installing a new two-car garage door on my home. Their office staff was very curteous and professional, their installation staff was very knowledgeble & professional & the product they installed was of the highest quality. I have already received several compliments from my surronding neighbors and will be recommending Aquarius to all of my family & friends. On top of it all they actually installed my door ahead of schedule!!!!!!! I've been in the process of renovating my home for the past year or so and have dealt with numerous contarctors; Aquarius ranks on the top of my list.

They are authorized dealers for Clopay door. So, they are like one of the best. I actually found them on the manufacturer's website as an authorized dealer and then I was probably searching them on a search engine so that I could find some reviews on them and then I found them on Angie's List as well. They have really good reviews on Angie's List. When I called them, the owner came by and took measurements for the garage door and she gave me great pricing so I made the deposits for the garage doors because they are special orders, so they actually come out and do the installation. They are still yet to come out and do the work, but they hired. They are great. The owner was really straightforward, no selling tricks or anything. I already knew what kind of door I want, so she gave me just two options. The pricing was really great for the more energy efficient one so I went for it.
