We were very happy with the service they provided. The owner came to our home to assess the damage and told us what the price would be. The parts had to be ordered, an appointment for service was made and the technician arrived promptly and replaced the panels. When he was finished, he stayed to make sure the door operated well and made sure I was pleased with the finished product.

Excellent service, detailed and careful work, answers questions and explains cost, process, and maintenance so that customer is satisfied.

There is a woman there named Julie Michael who came out and was just absolutely phenomenal. There were four different places I looked, and they all came out and gave a big upsell sales pitch. This woman wanted to make sure we felt comfortable with what we were spending and doing. She was so warm and absolutely helpful, it was amazing. They offered the same price as two other places, but Julie was really cool and we felt great moving forward. There’s a grill that goes across the top of my windows on my door, and they came out and replaced it for fifty dollars. They gave me a few extra pieces so that if it broke again I could fix it myself. They were always so helpful!

Contacted Aquarius Doors. Receptionist was pleasant, and the technician arrived on the day and time quoted. Technician was very knowledgeable and informative. he told us that the doors we purchased were good quality. He told us how to lubricate the chain as he did it, and he adjusted the photo eyes (and explained how to do so).

Very professionally run organization from the demo, estimation, install and cleanup. Everyone knew their job and performed flawlessly.

Our house, a classic "New Jersey Sugar Maple Split" built in 1960 has a two-door garage. The original doors were wooden and were powered by a single motor that raised both doors at the same time. The ceiling the garage, however, didn't offer sufficient room—according to one installer—to mount two motors to drive each door separately. Aquarius, however, resolved that problem. We spec'd a middle-of-the line set of motors, but when the Aquarius team tried to install them, they wouldn't fit. The only solution was a more expensive motor, which the company ended up providing to us at cost. The entire job was done on time; the installation crew was fast and courteous. All in all, we were quite pleased with the job. And the difference in heat retention is incredible.

From the quote by Julie, to the installation by Dave, to the office staff, everything was done very professionally! The installers were on time and everything was cleaned up afterwards. We were impressed by their showroom as well in Wyckoff. From start to finish, everything was done in a timely manner. The final result was an amazing transformation. The new garage doors gave us so much more light inside and are very quiet. Look no further if you need new garage doors and a wonderful experience.!

Aquarius Door ran the gambit of estimate, install, follow up etc. with me.Flying colors on all phases. Everyone along the chain knew what was going on, no disconnect between sales and management, nor management and install team. And they beat the big home improvement stores on price to boot.

I got them from a friend, but I saw that they had a specific get up with you guys on it. They are very easy to reach. They always return our calls. I thought they were great. I like the people they sent to install.

I called another garage door company, received a call from their sales person and we arranged for him to come 5 days later to give an estimate. His estimate was rather high and he seemed to be pushing the more expensive brand doors. Immediately after I received his estimate, I called Aquarius Door. The owner Julie showed up within an hour to give me an estimate. Her price was significantly better than her competitor. After reviewing our options with my wife, I called Aquarius later that day and Julie returned later to sign the work order. Once the door order was placed I received a call from Pat who was very helpful scheduling an installation date that met my scheduling needs. On installation day, Greg, a very pleasant installer, arrived on-time and got right to work. A couple of hours into the job David arrived to help finish up the job (he was also very nice). The work was very professionally done, they cleaned up after themselves, programmed the door opener in my car and provided an overview of things to do to maintain my door. My wife and I are very pleased with the result. We plan on calling them back in a year or two when we need to replace the front door to our home.

They painted the garage door on site and then came over and installed it. The work and door is great.

I hired Aquarius Doors based on Angie's List and their estimate over the phone. Boy am I glad I did. Their representative was great. Not only did he fix my garage door, but he provided me with lots of knowledge on how to maintain it properly. This is the company you want to call for all of your garage door needs.

Clear, helpful initial contact. Quick response and service. Excellent result and good followup. Remote opener didn't work well and they came out promptly to replace it and make sure the new one worked as desired.

It was great experience. The configuration in the garage was such that the openers specified in the quote wouldn't work, and Aquarius ended up giving me a significant upgrade without charging me. The installation team was courteous and did first class work -- and cleaned up thoroughly.

Julie (owner) came to give me an estimation of the job and returned to write up the order. She was helpful in recommending the doors I needed. She explained everything the job entailed. The gentleman, Greg, who installed the doors was wonderful. He was a delightful person who executed the job flawlessly and left the area in an immaculate condition. I would not ever hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.

Actually, I thought I made the appointment with another recommended company on Angies List. Turns Out I copied the wrong phone number; however, all went well. The gentleman was punctual. We received a next day appt. He gave us the option of repairing the door or fix the problem only. We opted to just fix the problem for now. Not sure what this type of work usual costs, but needed it fixed asap. The job was done in about 20 min. Would call them again.

The saleswoman was pleasant, efficient, well informed. The installers were pleasant and efficient. A defect was noticed by them and they informed me of it and replaced it. They also returned when I noticed a leak of air at one corner and worked to alleviate the problem.

The technician came the next day, was very professional and friendly. Works was done within 3 hours.

We've been getting burned a lot lately by people either not showing up at to do a job, not returning phone calls, sounding shifty etc. These guys came at the time scheduled, had literature to show the costs and clear choices to make and had the office call me several times to check up on things along the way. It was a breath of fresh air.

They did a good job! Came on time, did what they were supposed to.
