They were very professional and easy to deal with. When I called, the woman who answered the phone clearly explained what would determine the price - the service call, the part, the repair itself, and tax. I felt comfortable doing business with them. She said John could come the next day to repair my oven, she told me a time window, and said that he'd call me half-hour ahead. Then John's schedule changed, so he arrived later - but the office informed me well in advance of this change, so I was not inconvenienced. When John arrived to repair my oven, he was knowledgeable and pleasant. I'll definitely hire this company again.

Excellent. John came by the same day I called to check out my dryer and give me an estimate. It turned out that the dryer was 35 years old, and he didn't have the right part to fix it immediately. He ordered the part and fixed it the next day. John went the extra mile and vacuumed the inside of the dryer before reassembling it. I will definitely recommend this service and I will use them again.

John was very courteous. He fixed the problem (which happened to be the computer needed to be recalibrated) in a timely fashion. He finished in no time. I will definitely call American Appliance in the future.

Excellent. John is an excellent repairman. He is very professional, showing us the broken part and explaining what could have caused the part to brake.

Went great! John was our service tech. He called prior to arrival, was very prompt and courteous. The diagnosis was a bad circuit board which had to be ordered. A few days later the office called to tell us the part was in and John came back out that day to install! Hard to find a service these days with this level of customer service.

It went great. My freezer door wasn't closing properly therefor making the motor run harder and accumulate ice. He said the freezer basket was off the hinges and fixed it. He could have told me I needed a new motor but he was very honest. Would highly recommend this company and I for sure will use them again

Great. Serviceman, John (Jonathan?), went right to work. He tested oven then pulled it from the wall and shortly determined problem was a blocked safety mechanism affecting both ovens. He fixed the problem and was finished in less than an hour. I was expecting much worse and was ready to pay for it.

I just returned from a weeks vacation and have plenty of laundry to do. Did one load and everything was fine. The second load the machine stopped altogether. This is an old washing machine, 15 years old. I called American Appliance as I have used them before and was very happy with them. I received a call back called shortly after I called and said they could get by this afternoon or possibly tomorrow afternoon. I was pleased to get a phone call saying that they would have time to swing by today. Randy check out a few things on my washing machine replaced a belt and seems to be working fine now. He also said if there were any problems to please give him a call back. I could not be happier with American Appliance and would not call any other company with future major appliance repairs.
