John showed up in a timely manner prepared to diagnose our stove top issues. He completed the repairs and provided helpful guidance on future maintenance. He was both professional and friendly making me eager to recommend his service to friends and family alike. The office staff was initially exceptionally helpful and courteous in scheduling our service call. I would highly recommend John and his team to anyone in need of honest and trustworthy service in their home.

I've used this company several times and they are the best. John is knowledgeable and pleasant and the prices are fair. I've never had to wait long for him to come out. He explains things to me so I know what to expect and what to watch out for in the future, given that my appliances are old. Highly recommend.

Very well. Our repairman from American Appliance got to the source of the refrigerator malfunction quickly, he explained everything in detail, and after ordering the part we needed came in on a Saturday to complete the repair, all with professionalism and courtesy.

Well, the stove/oven was pretty involved but John explained carefully the complexity and required parts that needed replacement. While it was more than I had hoped it was way less than a new stove! Also, Walter was amazing in contacting me to set up the appointment, and John called in advance that he was on his way.

All Covid safety measures were reviewed by phone when setting up the visit and observed at our home. Very happy to have found this vendor.

John did an excellent job in repairing our dryer. He diagnosed the issue immediately and was very knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable. We appreciated that he was very careful in wearing a mask, gloves and booties in the house. The positive reviews on this site helped me choose to call him and I am happy I did. Definitely recommend and will contact him again for any future issues.

John was wonderful he called before he arrived. He wore a mask and shoe coverings and was very respectful. He had the parts and fixed my ovens on the spot. Would definitely recommend!

John was prompt and efficient. He was able to show up the day after I called and showed me exactly what the issue was, and gave me an accurate quote to fix it. He needed to get a replacement part and return within 3 days to complete the job. In this era of Covid, they are very aware to take all necessary precautions and insure they are working safely. I would recommend them to any of my friends and already have through our township facebook page.

Excellent service, American Appliance had the Ice Maker in their vehicle. It was replaced and working in less than 20 minutes from arrival to departure

John came on site as expected, and diagnosed the issue. He was thorough on what the issue was, and the costs for parts and labor. He showed up as expected to replace the part, and test to make sure it was operational. They would call in advance on the arrival of the tech and status on the part. Along with how the tech would arrive with mask, gloves and foot coverings.

In addition to fixing my leak, I also discussed my aging appliances with John. We talked about what I should watch for and what I could expect. He gave me good advice about my dryer and washing machine, too. This is the second time I've hired this company. They were responsive and professional both times. I highly recommend them.

My call to schedule an appointment was answered promptly, I received some information about the company, their services and the precautions they use during the pandemic . I received a window of time for a repairman to come the next day. John called when he was 15 mins away. When he came I explained the problem I was having with my washing machine. He knew exactly what it was, showed and explained what was wrong. He went to get the part in his truck and went to work. I think he spent a total of 30 minutes here. He was polite, efficient and the repair was reasonably priced. I would use American Appliance Service again (hopefully not any time in the near future, lol )and would highly recommend them to others.

The service was great. I called at 8 a.m. and by 6 p.m. John came, called before coming and my dryer was fixed. He was professional, personable and easy to talk to. This is a family owned business for over 50 years and I would highly recommend American Appliance without reservations.
