We recently had an HVAC system installed in one of our units and the home is rather large and is over 100 years old and there was not a whole lot of empty space to work with. The guys at Laury were able to install the system and all of the duct work and components involved neatly with the age and make-up of the home in-mind. Our pricing is very simple: we charge a $175 service fee, and $150 per hour for Lead Electricians, $115 per hour for Second Electricians, and $85 to $95 per hour for Helpers. , plus parts for electrical, drain work and appliances. We service all brands of portable and stand by generators. Work before 6 am as well as night after 6pm, weekends and holidays is subject to additional charges. "They truly live by the code of "you get what you paid for". The price was cheaper than expected (and they included a free estimate too). So ultimately, our slow bathtub drain was cleared. However, the technician had terrible housekeeping. After stripping the caulking around the overflow valve, they left the caulking pieces in the bathtub and told us to flush them down the drain (?!). They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves."
