Description of Work: We needed a small job done. They were on time and neat. There were two guys and they worked fast. We would call them again.

Description of Work: Actually, they made two visits. A week before we had a leak and they showed up immediately (within 20 mins), and took care of that (clogged pipe). Since we had them here, we asked about replacing our two water heaters. They gave us an estimate, we accepted and they did the job. They showed up on time (5 mins early in fact), and within hours we had two brand new water heaters. And the water is Hot! Very happy with the prompt and courteous service, and no hesitation to hire them again!

Description of Work: First visit to replace water heater. Called on a Saturday, and received a phone call back that day. Very professional and helpful. Called back on Sunday with further questions and again received a return call in a very timely manner. Was contacted on Monday to verify information to insure replacement water heater was correct. Was given an estimate and day and time for replacement. They arrived on time did the work very professionally. Am really pleased with the quality and work. While here we requested that they test the water, which was found to be acidic. Had them install a neutralizer. Again on time and right on with the estimate. Very professional, will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work. Nice family owned business that is very responsive to customer needs

Description of Work: Installed a new faucet.

Description of Work: I asked Walker Plumbing for an estimate on several small plumbing jobs-repair/replacement of fixtures in my home. John arrived as scheduled and provided and estimate with recommendations on fixtures. Due to flooding problems in the area, Walker Plumbing had to cancel the work on the original date. However, I received a call ahead of time and we re-scheduled for two days later-not a problem at all as our work was not an emergency. This was excellent customer service in a world where it is almost non-existent. I have had "No Shows" from other contractors with no call and I would have to contact them to find out what happened. So I was very satisified on this point. The job included replacements of a kitchen faucet, a master bathtub faucet, (2) outside hose bibs with new frost-proof fixtures, replacement of internal flush/flapper etc. for (2) toilets and repair of a leaking shower head. Walker Plumbing supplied all of the fixtures. The replacement fixtures selected by Walker Plumbing appear to be of high quality, and the workmanship also appears to be first rate. It should be noted that the replacement of the faucet on the master bathtub took substantially longer to install than planned, due to less than the usual access. The final price was very fair compared to the estimate. For this reason alone, I would definitely hire Walker Plumbing again when the need for similar repairs comes up.
