Robert Walker Plumbing responded quickly to my Angi request. Kathy was accommodating in scheduling the visit and ensuring the technician was on time to perform the service. As promised, the evening before, Kathy sent a reminder with a time range for the installation. The plumber (Jim) was fast and efficient. Also, He provided additional recommendations on other bathroom issues. The price charged was reasonable. I'm delighted with the whole process and would hire again. Thank you for the excellent service.

Robert Walker Plumbing responded quickly to my Angi request. Kathy was very helpful in guiding me through parts selection and scheduling. Once the parts were in, the installation was promptly scheduled. As promised, Kathy called the evening before with an exact time for the installation. The plumber (I didn't get his name) was fast, efficient and left a clean workspace. I'm very pleased with the whole process and would definitely hire again.

We made an appointment for today (1/2/19) and John showed up right on time, was professional and quick - job was done within 20 minutes. Not withstanding travel time, the entire process took fifteen minutes and the only tool required was a plumbers snake. The fee for the service rendered was over $150.00 which I thought was excessive. I did sign an authorization form. So, the balls in my court.

the representative (Catherine??) advised that they do not service by town but would still be happy to talk to me about my issue. Catherine(??) was courteous and extremely helpful in helping me understand my issue. she also made some suggestions for next steps. i did not use this company's services but I can tell by their customer service that they are A++!!!

They are always helpful and come promptly. They always do a good job. I don't hesitate to always use them anytime we need a plumber and I will always recommend them.

This service was performed at my mother's residence within three hours of my phone call with office manager Kathy. From my mom's phone call to me immediately following Jim's completion of the job, she was thrilled! Jim not only completed the job for which he was originally scheduled, but he also assisted with installing new flush assemblies for two (2) toilets when my mom happened to mention it to him; a task I was going to do on my next visit. They were true to their estimate for the approximate time for the repair and the cost was absolutely reasonable. I'm not always available to drop everything and attend to these issues at her residence. My mom is elderly and in a world of what seems to be increasing unknowns, Robert Walker Plumbing & Heating is a comforting known to my mom and me for any future services. Having a local business that we trust is invaluable and that's what we have found in Robert Walker Plumbing & Heating. Highly recommend.

He was great. He quickly identified the issue which was a broken washer that had broken off and ended up in the toilet tank. He replaced the valve and inspected the rest of the toilet. Great job!

Organization was Punctual and replacement occurred without complications. However when I was given the estimated it was provided as an oral estimate and it was not clearly stated that the customer would need to pay additional fees including chimney verification and permits. Customer was told that they (the plumbing organization) would take care of everything so it was assume (and wrongly so) that the ancillary items were included . Now I get the bill and I am told I will need to call a second vendor and pay that vendor additional for chimney verification and that I would need to get the verification documentation to the plumber and I would need to pay for the permits. Having gone through this process before I was quite dismayed. Would strongly urge customers to get everything in writing prior to agreeing to the job; this estimate should what the customer will need to provide.

The service and response were excellent, despite the carpentry issues they had to work around.

Terrible. Instead of fixing the water heater, they wanted to replace the whole thing for $3000. Way over what everyone else was charging. When I refused, they slapped me with $138 dollar just for taking a look. Ridigulus!

Great! They were on time, polite, professional and cleaned up perfectly.

Not able to do the complete drain job. Power failure in area was not their fault but they said only the service fee would be forgiven. Bill was over $400 since paying for 2 plumbers. They needed to protect the carpet and we allowed them to use protective cover. They should have been prepared with their own cover. Repairing the toilet device minor but was done correctly. No problem with the repair of shower knob either. Thought they were a rip off

It was OK. they came reasonably quick and fixed it. moderate price for small repair done in less than an hour. replaced two inches of copper pipe. there was a union at the end so not much soldering to be done. Two guys showed up. One did the work, the other sat in the van. All in all I would use them again.

Very helpful, tried to save me money by avoiding unnecessary services. Passed along very good recommendations for other services.

They did what they could but leaks kept occurring. My husband ended up tearing down the whole ceiling and replacing the copper pipes with PEX.

Came to evaluate my 20 year old water softener that was barely working. I was preparing to be told it needed to be replaced but he fixed it for their minimum visit charge.

Mr. Walker came out the same day I called, and had the work done in under 10 minutes. He was very polite and friendly.

Very quick and efficient work. Jim installed the new shower supply elbow and hand held connection plus got everything working and tested while Tyler installed the new toilet. They were in and out in an hour and everything is working great. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Very well. They took apart the diverter and repaired it returning the shower to working order in less than 1 hour.

I called at 10pm to schedule an immediate replacement for the water main located in my basement. They were able to fit me in at 9am the next morning which couldn't have been better timing. The team showed up on time and ready to replace the water main. After completing the service quickly, he let me know to call him if there were any other leaks found in other spots. Later that day we called him back since we were so impressed with their service, we wanted them to fix another leak we found (not related to the spot they fixed earlier that day). The team came back same day and resolved the other issues. I really can't stress enough how great this company is. I highly recommend their service to everyone. As a homeowner for 2 years now, they are a breath of fresh air and I will be using their services for many years to come!
