Got a quote but need to use the services as I found the water line that I was looking for outside. They were on time and professional. Gave them a B for overall as I did not use the service. All other aspects of the quote was good.

They could not reliably fix it and suggested we use a firm that specialized in this area.Pricing was fair but competence was too low.

I was having trouble with a bad valve under my sink, and couldn't turn off the water that was leaking from a couple of places. Two other plumbers I've worked with were not available, so in desperation I joined Angie's List to improve my odds of finding a reputable business. These guys were so professional and helpful - they came over quickly and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. The woman answering the phone was wonderful as well. I'm very glad to have found these plumbers and I will definitely use them again.

As noted above, Robert Walker responded quickly to my request for service. The leak was inspected and a complete repair was performed within one hour. The work was done in a very professional manner and the cost was very reasonable given the task involved, that is the number of pipes that required disconnection and proper re-connection to correct the small leaks in the line. In my opinion this is as good as it gets when a homeowner is in need of plumbing services, a quick call back from their office, and a very prompt response to your home by an expert plumber to examine the problem. After that a complete, professional repair was conducted within one hour and all this at a very reasonable cost to the home owner. Everything went really well and the service was excellent. Robert Walker plumbing is prompt, honest and excellent.

We have had things like the water pressure tank go, and floods in the basement on a morning when we had to catch a flight, and they will go ahead and we trust them. They will come in the house, and install it, and we know that they will take care of it, and lock up. One time they knew that it was one of my son's birthday, and so they were very quiet, and he ended up leaving a happy birthday message for my son on the staircase for when he woke up.

RW workers were on time and went right to work. Before the service suggested that I upgrade the size of the tank which I agreed to and had installed. Installation went quickly and we were back up and running with hot water within a couple of hours. I use RW whenever I need professional plumbing services.

Robert came out quickly after contacting him and was well prepared with high quality parts that I had not seen in the likes of Lowes, Home Depot etc. I had been trying for weeks to get the joints under the sink to seal but without success. Robert came in and not only fixed the leaks but improved the installation and made it much tidier. A very good job at a fair price..

They were all very polite, friendly, and helpful. There was plenty of communication getting the quote, then scheduling and completing the installation. The installation was completed much faster than we expected, around two hours or so.

They were excellent in their service, professional and very thorough. We had a water stain in the lower level of our house (bi-level home) when I climbed up to see if it was wet my finger went through the sheetrock. We checked on Angie?s List to find a plumber in our area and found Robert Walker Plumbing & Heating Inc. with high customer ratings that we called and spoke to Kathy, told her of our situation she had someone come out the same day. When the plumber arrived they went through our attic checking for leaks, checked the all the pipes and finally found the leak was coming from the upstairs toilet. They reset the toilet and after that no more leaks. Now we know why they were rated so high. We too can recommend them highly. We will be using them again to install 2 high toilets.

We have used Robert Walker for over 20 years. Any plumbing project big or small, they are fair ,efficient and do what they say they will do.

Recommend highly- they are prompt professional and do a great job fixing the problems we've had with our plumbing. We've used them at least ten times in last few years for a variety of plumbing fixes, installs and upgrades.

We’ve had some repairs that needed; we bought a house and these repairs that have crossed up. I will be calling him tomorrow for some more repairs. I like them. Whoever is running the office is very nice and she gets back to you as quickly as she can and then she tries to schedule the guys based on their availability and the guy that came, they seem to know what they are talking about. I don’t know if their pricing is expensive or not but they are nice guys. I think it is a family-run business, they did a good job.

The experience was satisfactory from the initial request for service through completion. The office manager is very pleasant to work with and gathers all necessary information to determine appropriate service. They replaced the sump pump with a high quality unit. I've engaged Walker again to clear a drain with equally prompt, satisfactory service.

Because of the age of the faucet, the plumber was not able to replace the rubber seats to stop the leak. However, he was able to stop the leak by tightening another seal. His experience allowed to find a solution when confronted with a roadblock. Very satisfied.

I had contact with all members of the firm and they were friendly, reliable, prompt and professional. Moreover, my impression of the firm is that of integrity, both in respect to the quality of service that is provided, as well as the honesty / trustworthiness as contractors. The installation of the heater had to be postponed twice because of a snow storm and the resulting back up of work. I was kept informed at all times, even to be told that they were going to be 15 minutes late. Even as a lay person I could easily tell that the workmanship performed by Robert Walker Plumbing was clearly superior to the workmanship of the plumber who had installed the hot water heater that needed to be replaced. I recommend Robert Walker Plumbing and would definitely hire them again.

Great! My husband had started the job and couldn't get it to work. The plumber fixed and offered advice. I also had additional questions about other plumbing issues and he again, took a look and offered advice. This was a really good experience. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Everything went very smoothly. They were very accessible, even for some questions I had after the job was done.

The leak was in a rarely used guest bathroom but since I was replacing the kitchen underneath this was the time to fix it. Robert came back twice since the exact location was only found after the kitchen ceiling was exposed and he did not charge me a service call for the second visit.
