Description of Work: I was having a new septic installed and the installer noted there was an open hole inside where my furnace was located - they came almost immediately to size up the situation and told me what the situation was and said they would return the next day , which they did in the morning, They also snaked the hole as it was apparently linked to the septic outflow. They capped the hole and also capped another pipe that had been connected to a water softener that was removed and that plumber apparently just cut the line and left it. I have no complaint with this company they are above the norm today for any provider . Their people from the receptionist that answers the phone to their plumbers are in a category of their own, polite, friendly, willing to help and they know what they are doing. A pleasant surprise in this day and age!!!!!

Description of Work: Plumbers replace a trap and put in a new stopper for a faucet, replace a cartridge in my moen bath faucet and cut down a copper pipe so drain cover would fit properly. They were pleasant, punctual and fair in pricing and service provided. I would definitely hire again.

Description of Work: Needed a blacked kitchen sink snaked. Many people either didn't do it or never returned my call. These folks wee great. Showed up at the time they said, called beforehand and reasonable price. Actually price 1/2 the cost of when we used roto rooter.

Banged around and several 4 letter words later, said we had to break down the wall around the Jacuzzi to fix the part, in order to have hot and cold water. Sent me a bill for $550. I called mt heating and air person, Weltman and he said it was a specific part by Moen needed for the repair. He fixed it for less than $100.

Description of Work: Kitchen drain was stopped up for several days, despite 2 overnite applications of drano and use of a snake. When Robert Walker came he used an electric powered snake and stronger cleaner, which didn't help at the time. It was clear that the line was glogged and frozen. But actually his effort was succesful (after he left) because 3 hours later, the sink backed up with greasy gunk for a few minutes, and then drained completely. The drain has been clear ever sense ( it's been 1 wk despite -2F temps). Apparently the more powerful cleaner and electric snake worked!addressing
