Robert Walker was excellent and so nice to me. His wife is the secretary and she was so nice as well. It was a small emergency and it was so nice to have someone so helpful when others did not even answer my calls. He came within an hour; it was fantastic!

The lady at the company was very professional and nice. The work crew came out one week after my initial call, spent 1 1/2 hours to do the job left no mess and did a bang up job.

Very well. Jim was able to fix the laundry room leak immediately. This was the specific problem we initially contacted them about. While he was at our house I asked Jim to check our bathtub hardware because I knew something was leaking inside the walls. Jim looked at the hardware and said that they no longer carry that type of system but that they would try to locate the parts from one of their suppliers. Several days later they called to say they found the parts, and set up an appointment. Jim came and replaced the parts - with no additional labor charge.

Robert Walker Plumbing & Heating is not cheap but they are extremely prompt and efficent. They are on time and they did what they said they would do. The person that takes the calls is very professional and very easy to deal with.

Whenever I called, the phone was answered with friendly and informative conversation. The project was scheduled within a day and finished with care. The job site was cleaned up afterward. The repairman was pleasant. I was totally happy with the actual work. The only slight disappointment was with the price quote. I was told that the total cost would be a few hours @ appox $100/hour plus $59 for the "service call", plus any needed materials. Before the job actually started, I told them that I had the vanity and faucets, and asked if there was anything else that I should pick-up to save on cost of materials, and I was told no, and if there was anything needed that they would have it on the truck. I was disappointed when what ended up being needed cost nearly $100 more beyond the hourly rate and "service call fee". Perhaps I should have been more insistent on having the materials defined.

This company came out very promptly. They were out on time and provided a very good service. They came out and gave us a quote, their prices were very fair, and they were patient and understanding.

They are reliable and easy to work. They are very responsive and we will continue to use them.

It went extremely well. My phone call was answered by Cathy, the plumber John's wife. She was quite knowledgeable and promptly set up an appointment. John was prompt and knowledgeable about my plumbing situation and gave me good advice. I believe the installation of the outside faucet was priced fairly. The service call plus the labor and parts totaled $140. Keep in mind that the price included the advice, and I did receive a follow up quote via phone from Cathy for additional work to address the plumbing situation.

I had water in my basement from a small leak that had developed in the line coming from my well. The leak could not be stopped, as all the valves were past where the leak developed. I called Roberts company, explained my situation to his Admin and they made arrangements to get on site ASAP. Robert was extremely nice and completed the job in a short period of time. Great company!!!!

Scheduling was easy & professional. Very knowledgeable and helpful in the new kitchen installation with regard to what to look for (e.g., faucets) and what to wait for (i.e., scheduling disposal installation at least 24h after new sink installation). The work was done professionally and the job site was left clean. They charged by the half-hour, so an extra 15 minutes did not cost us an hours' worth of time.

This project was part of a kitchen updating: new countertops, sink and appliances (refrigerator, cook top and oven). I had him run a new line to my refrigerator for an built-in ice maker in addition to connecting my new faucet and drains to the sink. The drain work required re-doing the drain traps and valves. Not sure what the going rate is, but it was $59 for the service call and $45 per 1/2 hour. The gentlemen was polite and courteous.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY EVEN HAD TO GET ANOTHER ONE BECAUSE THE FIRST ONE DID NOT WORK WITH NO CHARGE. I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
