Description of Work: Would have gone much better if they sized the beam correctly. Beam was and they left for several hours to swap the beam out with the correct one that got mixed up. They returnwd about 3 hrs later with the same beam with ends welded on to lengthen it. Also never fot the sealed drawings that were promised as part of the job. I realize that mix ups happen, but very frustrating when it is your project.

Description of Work: Based on the initial consultation, I went ahead and had the load bearing wall removed and a header beam installed which was flush with the ceiling. It really opens up the space and let's the light pour through from the living room picture windows

Description of Work: Per our home inspector, we needed a structural inspector to come in to take a look at a few items. George was the inspector who came out to the home and he was great.
