Description of Work: My A/C unit air exchanger outflow pipe blocked; the drip pan filled with water and overflowed, sending water cascading through the attic crawlspace floorboards, and through the ceiling and down the walls of the bedroom underneath. I tried another place which said they couldn't see me for a week (or longer) because I didn't have a service contract with them (but I had never needed an A/C repair before that). I called Air Group...they had someone out there that day, on time, and they fixed the problem immediately. I was so pleased I called their office as soon as the repairman left and bought a service contract from them. I would (and will) definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Although contacting Air Group several times, and the job I was seeking was big and well explained in my emails. They never got back to me. The job was done by other non engine's lost contractor. The job cost was $26000. It is their loss, and I will never contact them again.

Description of Work: AirGroup installed central air for us. They work incredibly fast, but have an attention to detail. Discussed how we wanted it installed, where the ducting should go on the outside of the house, and we're extremely professional and patient when we essentially asked for the long way round. The team is knowledgable, courteous and willing to go that extra mile to please the customer. Couldn't have asked for a better install and team to do it. Pricey (we had no idea how much it costs to install central air), but the cheapest quote we got out of the three companies we approached + the highest spec. aircon system out of the three. Two days to install...wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again.

Description of Work: I called them in to perform a repair on one of my AC units. The original installation was so bad (Home Depot contractor) that they had to rebuild part of my unit because it was unmaintainable as built. Since then I have put them under contact for my 2 whole house AC units, 2 furnaces and a whole house generator. They are a large company with many commercial contracts as well as residential. They arrive when scheduled and are competent and neat. VERY PROFESSIONAL. A bit expensive, but I think it's worth it for their size and reliability. Pricing depends on work done or scope of contact so don't rely on my numbers. Get a quote!

Description of Work: They wanted $200 for a diagnosis fee on a thermostat and $500+ for the thermostat. The thermostat got a little wet from taking down wallpaper. We knew the problem. |Outrageous!

Description of Work: We signed up for a full service to be done on 2 A/C units and 2 furnaces on a new home we purchased recently. They sent a technician out to service the A/Cs and he was very thorough from what I could tell. The plan we signed up for allows for a service of the heating units some time in the fall. Very professional company to work with, scheduling was easy, and the work done was good.
