They even charge outrageously for the estimates. And tried so hard to replace the whole machine even it's not mandatory. I wouldn't use this company in the future.

I have an old ac, I called air group to do a regular maintenance so to make sure if it is working well, after the technician left, we noticed the house got warmer every day until one day it started blowing hot air, I went into the attic to check what is going on, which I noticed the air handler side door was open and there was duct tape stuck in the AC, I already take photos and videos. This is very unprofessional, I paid to maintain a working ac and I ended up in the attic with the AC to cleanup the tape and close the airhandler side.

Airgroup did excellent work and completed the project in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for a wide variety of not only HVAC but also plumbing and electrical.

They discovered that there was a leak on the radiator valve & it was leaking hot steam in the room; The repair was great, they were able to fix the leakage. They might install a boiler for me in the springtime, I actually a service contract with them.

Repaired on a weekend for time and a half. SO expensive but a must because we had company over and it was 90 degrees.

We've been happy with them. We've been using them for years and years. They bought out another company years ago, which is who we used. It ran fine all Summer. They've done a good job.

So, it all happened in just a span of a couple days; getting a whole new HVAC system.

The technician from Air Group was responsive and punctual, but it was readily apparent from the beginning of the process that he was an "up-seller," using terminology when looking at our home such as "this is a big job," "this is very complicated," and "I'm not going to lie to you, but . . ." When the estimate came back, my jaw dropped. Air Group came in a about $41,000 for their "lesser" system and $46,000 for their "better" system -- the lesser system being 2.5 times higher than the next highest bidder. Needless to say, we did not go with them. Rather, we selected an extraordinarily professional person who came in at far less than Air Group, provided the same quality service and system, with a 2-year guarantee.

I've used them for several years, and I would use again.

They tried to get us to do the service contract. We did not agree to it at the time, but we may do a contract in the future.

Airgroup was amazing from the first phone call to set up an appointment for a quote to the follow up after the install. John-Paul was our representative and he arrived on time, was professional, and gave us an extremely comprehensive quote. We got quotes from 2 other companies that were in a similar price range. We moved forward with Airgroup because they were by far the most detailed and well thought-out. On the day of the install, John-Paul came promptly at 7:30 AM with the large crew to get everything started. The crew worked all day and were extremely neat and courteous. They did not leave until they had tested everything several times and made sure it worked properly. Then, the crew leader gave us an extensive overview of how everything worked and answered all of our questions. They left around 5:30 or 6PM. A week later, John-Paul checked in with us to make sure we were happy with everything. He even took the time to answer a few more questions I had. I'm so impressed! I intend to use Airgroup again and recommend them to others as well.

I spoke with Mary and explained my situation and within the hour Franz had arrived to assess the damage thoroughly and discovered that some water had found its way into the outlet that caused the black smoke to come out, Franz removed the outlet, replaced the burned wire behind it, and installed a new outdoor outlet and sealed around the outside of it. He ran a test and checked out the other outdoor outlets in the front of the house and replaced them as well. He then checked inside and pulled out the stove to check for any issues since it faces the outside wall where the deck outlet is located. He assured us that the insulation is not flammable and that with some Lysol and a fan blowing out the kitchen window the smell would go away. He was right.

They were a little on the expensive side. They really know what they do with air conditioning. It took them an hour or two.

I have used the service for many years. The price is very comparable. The quality is good. They are very responsive. The punctuality depends. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not.

They reconfigured the entire electrical system to our hot water baseboard heat so that it would run more efficiently and consistently. They also installed a smart thermostat to better regulate the temperatures on the first floor of the house. System runs perfectly now. I would highly recommend Airgroup due to their high level of professionalism.

They measured each room of the house to size the furnace/ AC unit and provided a clear quote. I couldn't have the work done before the end of the year to obtain some rebates so they worked on the price a bit to get the job and installed it after the start of the year. They were very professional and the work was done as scheduled. The price included replacement of the condensate line to the compressor outside. The installers thought that this would remain if in good condition but I asked them to remove and replace which they did.

The system is wonderful. My only issue is that they installed the air conditioner in front of a water drain. When we pointed that out they did return and redirect the water drain so it didn't drain water directly onto the air conditioner.

I have a regular contract with them. One person came out and it took an hour. They left everything clean. We continue to use them, because they continue to be good.
