Description of Work: We were having problems with a wall heating unit. They came the first time and did a thorough cleaning, without the expense of replacing parts. When that did not solve the problem, they came back a second time (no charge for a service call) and replaced one part. That solved the problem, and they charged us only for the part and labor to install it.

Description of Work: One of our furnaces wasn't working. We tried to troubleshoot ourselves. We called at 2:30 on Friday afternoon. The scheduler said someone could get there sometime between 3:00 and 8:00. Since we were at work, we asked if they could get there sometime after 4:00. We got home about 3:45, the service person was there at 4:00. Found the problem (a clogged sensor) and took care of it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They repaired a leaky shower pipe which required them to pull back a vinyl wall cover on the inside of the shower stall, trace and replace the leaky pipe, and then re-affix the vinyl wall cover. As part of the work they also installed a new shower head and faucet to replace a set that was at least 20 years old. They were on time, professional and overall did a nice job of diagnosing the problem (i.e. locating the leaky pipe), making the repair and cleaning up after the work was complete. They were professional and pleasant to be around (important for my wife who was home overseeing the work) and their pricing was competitive compared to two other estimates we received. The reason we chose then was that they, among the three, had a very clear view of how they would approach the repair while the other two were taking a "let's see how it goes approach".
