Their prices are comparable but lower then others. They send one technician at a time, the work takes about an hour. They left the area nice and clean. They have good service and punctual.

Experienced professional showed up on time and did normal routine service work.

They're going to put in my furnace on the 19th. They were professional enough about it. The pricing was comparable. I was forced to take another estimate before I take these people. His were slightly more detailed. When I first called them they asked for my address. I gave them my address and they told me they did not service my area. I managed to shame them and joke with them into it. The woman I talked to talked to her boss and they agreed to come see what was going on.

I have a maintenance plan with them where they do my heating and air conditioning for like 400-something bucks a year. They do quality work. They were quite honest about the pre-existing warranty that came with the equipment because they installed the equipment. They could have very easily just said they were going to charge us the full price to resolve the problems, but they helped us about it. They said that it was covered under the warranty because it was transferable to us as the new owner of the home.

Both inspector and technician were very knowledgeable and professional. I was able to get service quickly. The actual performance of treatment went quickly. All was explained to me on how it works. I was satisfied my new owners would be happy with their follow up service.

They were great. We just never ended up using them. They were really good about the estimate process.

Great, prompt, service but ripoff prices! Initially paid 3X what it should have cost for a simple 20 minute repair to my air conditioner. The technician LIED to me about the cost of the part. He said it was very expensive, but when I looked it up, it was $10-$15 online. I saw the part, and it was generic, not name-brand. Also, the cost of the service and the part were lumped together on the bill. When I called the company, they agreed to refund the price to 2X what it should have cost. I asked about the hourly price for the service, and they don't have one. I also asked about itemizing the bill, but that is not their policy. If you don't want to pay too much, try another company.

We had a pretty good experience with them in terms of service. They were okay. Their pricing was average.

Overall it went well. Brian James was my contact with the company, and stuck by his word and the estimate.

Before I had a new system installed, I called Air Group for a few service/maintenance appointments. They were honest and amazing professionals. They gave me expert advice that I knew I could trust, so when it came time to replace my system, I called them again. They made an appointment to come to my house and explain the options to me. They helped me make decisions given my priorities and were patient with me as I tried to understand all the options and trade-offs. When i decided on a system, they make an appointment to install very soon after and did so efficiently. They were very careful with the equipment and made sure everything was clean when they left. There was some minor maintenance after the installation and they were extremely responsive in sending someone out. The person who came had no problem staying until he was confident the issue was fixed. Every person I dealt with at Air Group impressed me by their expert knowledge and customer service. Definitely will use them again and recommend them for service and new systems!

They are very professional and responsive, but their business practice of using their Service team function as a Sales team might lead to ethics issues. Each time they came over to perform annual service they would find something to fix/replace. The last two time made me question their integrity. 1) Service guy says : "It's not broken, but I think it will break soon so we should go ahead and replace it now." I passed. 2) Service guy says: "I think there is mold in the AC system and in the ducts" They send a sales guy who gives me a $15,000 estimate to replace the AC system. We ask another company to come in for a second opinion, they tell us the system is fine, and there is no evidence of mold. Buyer beware.

I called the company and they were able to come out for a diagnosis appointment which cost about 200$. My central AC had stopped blowing. it was blowing hardly at all and not cooling my house. The guy was at my house for about 45 minutes trouble shooting the issue and he decided that the issue "might" be that my blower was caked w/ dust and needed to be cleaned. In order to clean the blower that would cost another $300 and he didn't have time to perform the service at that time. After he left I spoke to my vent cleaning company to schedule a blower cleaning. They troubleshooted and found that my coil was caked w/ dust. They said that a blower does not affect air flow but a dirty coil does. They kept asking if the guy from Air Group had said anything about the coil, which he did not. My vent cleaning company did not charge me for the visit and told me to contact Air Group again and ask specifically about what the guy found from my coil. I then called Air Group back and told the woman on the phone what happened and how it seems like everyone thinks that inspecting a coil should be HVAC 101 for my issue w/ the air flow decreasing and the guy they sent didn't mention a thing about it. They sent another guy to come and troubleshoot the issue again. Sure enough he found the dirtiest coil you had ever seen. He then cleaned my coil and motor. Cost me another $500 for the services but it worked! AC was fixed and air flow was good again. So I wasn't happy w/ the first guy but I was pleased that the company sent another and was willing to make good on them missing the issue the first time around. I didn't like the fact that the diagnosis visit and service visit couldn't be combined first time around but I understand that this is standard.

Quotation process was very clear: Air Group was not the cheapest by about $500, however their reputation and their ability to listen to questions and answer accurately made the difference. Very happy of this choice: they were able to install central air in 1 day 1/2, without any damage to the house (knowing that all ceiling and walls are original plaster from 1912) and finding smart solutions to access rooms that were difficult to reach. Team on site was really great, extremely polite, would answer all my questions / concerns, cleaned everything before they left after the first day and on the second day. We have plans to install air con at the first floor in the future and will look no further than Air Group given their cost & results.

They were professional and punctual. I have no complaints and would use them again in the future.

They were able to talk the Mfr. into honoring the warranty even though it was two months past the time period. We use AIR GROUP for all our HVAC needs and they are VERY good. The techs are all very nice and professional. We have also bought from them over the years; AC, Furnace, Water Heater, and the Generator. Not necessarily the cheapest, but the best!

They provided an estimate for central air conditioning - installation of an entire system. The representative was very polite and knowledgeable. This is not an easy job as my house is 85+ years old and they need to install ducts, etc. They also provided me with options on different systems in the estimate.

This went fantastic for us. We have used this provider in the past for years and they do a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this provider.

Our Gas Furnace has died. It was 15 years old. Instead of fixing it due to the age I decided to install a whole new system. I solicited 5 quotes for this service. Air Group was not the cheapest, however they had the best plan for the install. The install went very well. David came out immediately and gave me a quote. He was there every day for the job. A lot of followups. The installers were very professional. They came with a team of about ten guys and completed the job in two days. Very happy we picked these guys. We'll use them in the future.

I took a contract with them also after this last visit. I am very happy. That's why I took an annual contract with them. Maybe it is just the person that came. They sent out the same person every time. He is very professional. I've had bad experiences in the past with people who would try to kill a fly with a machine gun, you know? They are just oversell you stuff that you don't need. I felt that the fellow that came was very thorough and gave good advice.

On Monday night I arrived home to sounding carbon monoxide alarms. Public Service determined the source to be a cracked iron jacket in my 40+ year old gas-powered steam boiler and condemned it on the spot. Around 9 p.m. that night I consulted Angie's List, Yelp and Google to identify reputable heating-cooling contractors in the area. I left phone messages for five, hoping two or three would call me back in the morning. Air Group was one of two who did return my call first thing Tuesday. First impression of David W. on the phone was very positive. He was on-site by 10:30 to scope the job. By lunchtime his quote arrived by email, as promised. I had a few follow-up questions, which he patiently and thoroughly answered. I was confident that he knew what he was talking about, and felt the quote was reasonable and very competitive. And much to my surprise and elation, a crew was available to do the job the very next day. After all, I was living in a 50-degree house with outside temps not getting much above freezing. Crew punctually started working Wednesday morning at 7:30. They finished around 3:30. Crew were knowledgable, respectful and courteous, even with my nosey bulldog constantly checking up on them! After all the hard work was completed we did have a vexing problem getting my Nest learning thermostat to receive power from the new boiler. After considerable effort troubleshooting, including a call to Next Support, crew temporarily connected a new Honeywell thermostat and decided to send over a coworker who specializes in electrical issues to resolve the problem. A couple days later when it was convenient for me that person came over, found with a creative electrical solution, and my Nest was working properly in short order. There's are a few more details I could describe about my experience, but I will skip them and simply say that my experience with Air Group is possibly one of the best I've had with any contractor in my 12+ years as a homeowner. Every member of the onsite and office staff that I interacted with was proactive, attentive, courteous and above all, professional. A lot of companies talk about customer satisfaction being their #1 priority, but Air Group is one of a minority that actually made me believe that this is a credo they are truly committed to delivering. They will be my first call the next time I need the services they provide and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Terrible. Paid them to come diagnose uneven airflow in my house. They said it was incorrect damper settings. Then they checked the dampers and said... well, they are all open so you need new ducts. Wouldn't have been a problem except for I paid them to diagnose it AND to fix the problem, so they charged me to fix NOTHING. There are plenty of reputable companies around that charge a lot less and are more competent.

They came to the house, and they said that the air conditioner was fixed, and it wasn't fixed. We called them again, and they wanted to give me a hard time, and wanted to charge me again. I said that we had already paid them to fix it, and they said that they would charge us. I spoke to the supervisor, and they ultimately came and they broke something, but they fixed it, so it was okay. We didn't use them again. I think their price was high end. My friend uses them, and she likes them a lot. I wasn't happy with them.
