Description of Work: Service call for Heating and AC systems which they had installed 2 years earlier.

Description of Work: Air Group installed a new gas furnace including the necessary piping to run the line from outside the house. The work was very well done and there were no surprises. It was done on time and all staff were exceptionally professional throughout. They were highly recommended by a neighbor and I'm glad we took his advice. They did a lot of work in our neighborhood.

Description of Work: I would highly recommend Air Group. From the first phone call to the completed project, they were extremely professional. I love a company that does what they say they will do! When they said they would arrive at 7:30am, they were there at 6:45am. They handled all questions and concerns promptly and efficiently.

Description of Work: Air Group is one of the most professional companies I have dealt with, from start to finish. Jim Moore was extremely thorough and up front regarding the estimate process. He quoted us a very fair price to have a 3 zone ductless system installed. When Mike and John from the install team showed up 30 minutes early on Saturday morning they brought the Calvary. 4 trucks and 6 workers. They worked fast, clean and were pleasant to have around the house. Did I mention clean? They laid drop clothes immediately and all wore foot coverings while working inside. They cleaned thoroughly when they were finished with the install. Our new AC units are amazingly efficient and placement is perfect to help maintain a comfortable temperature in our home all year long. Given that they do more then heating and air, I will absolutely be contacting them in the future for any plumbing, heating and electrical work I need done. I highly recommend Air Group to anyone who is looking for heating or Ac work! A+++

Description of Work: Air group installed our central air. We looked at three service providers. We are SO HAPPY. It was the single best thing we've done to the house. Air Group was so professional, timely, fair priced, responsive, etc..... We have had no issues.

Description of Work: I paid to have overall service done on my A/C unit, because the air was not coming out cold enough to cool the house. During the service call they determined that the blower was dirty and would require a cleaning. I was quoted a price that seemed fair and authorized the work to be performed. I received a call an hour after the tech left and was told that I would need to pay an additional $200 because the tech made a mistake. The tech was here for approximately 2 hours and NO parts were required for the service. If I had paid the additional $200 as they requested (which I did not), I would have paid AIR GROUP $250 per hour for the worked performed. As of today, the blower on my AC unit stopped working. I called AirGroup and asked if they guaranteed their work. They said NO it would cost $189 to come out and service the blower. AIRGROUP IS A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!!!!

Description of Work: Initially they were great to work with, and the work they did we had no problems with them before and during installation. Later, when we needed to make a change and asked them if they would do they work they didn't want to change their original design to make it work better for us.
