They were very good. There were stains that I noticed in the living room and I can not find them anymore. They did a really deep cleaning and was there a long time. He obviously cared about this job. We were very happy with them. The work was way beyond our expectations. He did a great job.

We live in Morris County, NJ and Chris of ProCleanersNJ cleaned our carpets for the first time yesterday. He was running a little late from his previous job but called to let me know and ask if this would be a problem - I always appreciate it when a service provider takes the time to communicate with a customer! Chris did an amazing job on our carpeting and upholstery - even though we have our carpeting cleaned at least twice a year (due to our indoor/outdoor cats and normal wear and tear) - Chris was able to make a visible difference in the cleanliness of our carpets. He also cleaned a portion of a suede sectional couch - this takes quite a beating and is used on a daily basis! The cost was very reasonable and we will definitely be using ProCleaners again - Chris was also careful when it came to protecting my furniture, woodwork, etc. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone in need of professional carpet cleaning - residential or commercial. Also a pleasure to work with Gracey in scheduling the appointment.

Work done on Wed 3-13-13. Upon arriving home from work on 3-14-13 around 7PM I was floored to see many stains on my carpet. In diff areas. Also a stain in the dining room. As I said, I had no stains before. Took a chunk out of my coffee table - seemed polite enough when he was here up until he did damage. Called Chris and told him. He seemed surprised and asked that I send him by email pics of it. I did as requested. Upon waking the next morning, I walked into the room once again and noticed that the furniture was all discolored. I was SO upset and called him immediately. We talked and he said he would like to come back and clean it again. In the meantime. I called a reputable carpet cleaner in my area. They told me its called browning. Overuse of water could be one of the causes. They suggested I let the original cleaner try to fix. I agreed and Chris - ProCleanerNJ-returned on Sunday 3-17. Spent about 4 hours with a solution to counteract the browning and his machine again. I had high hopes but much to my disappointment the sofas are just as bad as the first time and the carpet stains are lighter but still very visible. Called him back on 3-18 telling him that it did not work and could I please have the name of his insurance company. Said he would have to get back to me. Called him again that night and again the next morning and he never picked up or returned my calls. He also claims to have taken/attended classes from some school I believe in Washington. IIHRC or something like that. I saw it on one of his ads.

My apartment wanted an insurance certificate and they wanted to charge me an extra $100 for it. I just got a refund for the deal

ProCleanersNJ did a good job. They were very nice and I recommend them. He said he was going to show up, if he's going to be late, he tells you and he stays until he's done. I thought he was very conscientious. I think it was probably a good price because my husband doesn't get anything unless it's a good price. I have a basement carpet and I'll use them again for it.

ProCleanersNJ went in with some stain removers and did a pretty good job. I will be using them in the future.

I purchased carpet cleaning through living social for $60. I scheduled for 12/6/12. I called the day before to have them clean a friends carpeting instead. She lives down the block. Gracie the woman who answered the phone did not change the address, she deleted the appointment from the system. I was then informed they would come 12/21. when I tried to reson with her she gave me attitude and said there was nothing she could do. They couldn't come any sooner. This was their screw up and they should have made good. After a long discussion,Gracie and I agreed I should get a refund through living social. Long story short, when I called living social, they informed me after they spoke to Gracie, she denied the refund. What? I left my name and number for the owner to call me. I emailed and called on several occasions. No response from the owner. Ever. I will eat my money but I will never use living social again. Pro cleaners is unprofessional. Call Stanley steamer, they may be expensive but they show up and know how to schedule.

Service person arrived timely, was careful of my home and possessions, thoroughly cleaned the carpets requested,. I was quite comfortable having this person in my home.

They were very professional in contacting me. Their service person ran a bit late and they called to notify me. All in all, I'm very pleased with their work. They even got out a rust stain on the carpet that I thought was in there permanently. I just have one minor quibble. I had to do some cleaning up after they left--there was water left on the hadwood floors. All in all, an excellent experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Procleaners, they were friendly, and Chris was able to remove stains that other carpet cleaning companies couldn't.Chris also clean my oriental rug, and they came out looking like new. I was also impress that the price that was quoted over the phone was kept. I will def. refering them to my family and friends.
