Ignore the ratings previously given. I put anything in just so this would go through. As I recall, the work was done well. This work was done July, 2013. I'm sure I wrote a review. However, even if I didn't, I don't want to be reminded of doing so every time I log on to Angie's List. I seem to remember this being an issue once before, and you complied for a while. About two months or so, give or take, it started up again.. Will you please mark my file not to ask me to write a review, even once. If I want to (and I can't imagine not doing so, since I rely so heavily on reviews myself), I will. As a matter of fact, I'm on now because I am going to write a review for work done today. Please, let this be the last time I'll be frustrated by your asking me to do a review on something done almost two years ago. Thank you, Phyllis S. Smith

They were thorough, professional and did a great job. He made no mistakes. They were relatively quick and friendly. I would definitely use this company again!

Company non-responsive. Tried multiple times and requested support from Angie's List on a few occasions. Never showed up or followed backup.

They were very good and excellent. They are actually come back next month. They have a very fair price and they were very professional. They did a great job.

It started out kind of rocky and then I think they transitioned owners and it worked out great. We paid extra because we added stuff to it, I think we added a couple of rooms or something so it wasn't just whatever the price of the coupon was. My wife was here when they did it and they did a fine job. They worked out whatever ownership issues they had, they were punctual because I think they called and cancelled like twice or something like that and then on the third time which was to be their last time, their last attempt or otherwise I was going to get a refund, they told my wife that they were just going through an ownership transition and this guy bought the franchise and they did fine. They were punctual and they did a great job. I'm actually going to hire them again probably in November. It's not this guy's fault, he bought out the franchise after all the coupons got offered and he still honored all the coupons. He was on time and my wife was happy with him.

He did an excellent job. the carpets had been done before,by another cleaner,but this time the job turned out much better.Would use this company again

Bad scheduling experience, but they sent a good guy who did a fantastic job at a great price.

The 1st time they were to clean we were called & was told the van was in accident & would not be able to make it. I was not sure if this was an excuse or the real deal. WE always move ALL the furniture out before they come so this was not well received. We rescheduled ( we confirmed the day before) and Chris came at the agreed upon time. Our Family room is large @ 25' x14 ' with a couple of very tough stains. The carpet is @ 18 years old but has held up very well. He cleaned it like no one in the past. He continued to work on the stains until they were virtually not noticeable. We have never had anyone who worked so hard at cleaning the carpet. We will definitely use only him in the future. FYI-Previously used Stanley Steamer & they were good, just not at the same level Pro Cleaners is at.

I called to make the appointment to have my carpets cleaned and was told the charge was $79, tax and gratuity not included. The job was scheduled for 7/23/13 before 3pm. When they did not arrive by 4:15 I called the office who said the technician was running late but would be there in about 1/2 hour. The tech called at 5:10 saying it would be another hour so we agreed to have him come the next day instead. The job was done the next day and I gave the tech a check for $79 plus tax, and a cash gratuity. When I realized that my credit card had also been charged, I called ProCleaners the next day and spoke to Rick who said if the check had already been deposited, they would send a refund. The check cleared on 7/26. When the refund had not arrived by 8/7 I called and spoke to Sophie who said she would give the message to Rick. I called again 8/14. Sophie said Rick was on vacation and to call back the next week. I left a voice mail 8/21; no response. I called again 8/26 and spoke to Rick who said he would personally get the refund check out in the next few days. On 9/9 I left a message that I had not received the check. Called again 9/12. There was no response to these calls, so I called Angie's List on 9/17 to request a credit to my credit card.

They did a great job in cleaning the carpet and we had good ventilation where it would be dry within 24-48 hours. It was not dry after 3 days. I called since I was concerned. I never received a follow up call.

This is the second time we have had Chris do a cleaning project. We have two Lane couches with built in recliners covered with microfiber velour fabric and a standalone Lane recliner covered with the same fabric in another color. These pieces have button backs with lots of folds and pleats. Not easy to clean. The other three chairs are covered on another type of fabric. When Chris finished the furniture cleaning, we could not believe how good they looked. Actually, they looked like new and the colors were so vivid. The carpet cleaning got rid of all the stains and "walking paths" worn in over the years. They also looked close to new. Chris spent lots of time getting into all the pleats of the button back pieces. This guy pays attention to detail and I was impressed by that. He did not rush through our job and spent a good 4 hours getting everything done perfectly. He even touched up part of the carpet in the area he cleaned several months ago and didn't charge me for it. How many guys would do that? I would definitely call him in the future.

I moved out of my condo and was getting it ready to rent to a tenant. I saw the Big Deal for two rooms and a hallway and once I finished painting the walls called ProCleaners to set up an appointment. They fit me in two days later, showed up on time, and did a great job. They did such a good job that I'm a little disappointed that my tenant is getting a much cleaner condo than I ever had. I should have called them when I moved into the place. I'll definitely be calling them again to clean the carpets in my new house as soon as they aren't covered in piles of boxes.

Operator arrived about 1 hour after the scheduled time, though I was called to advise that he would be late. He used a heavy duty portable steam-cleaning unit and he worked very hard to remove many pet stains and general grime from the carpets. The end result was very good. However, the portable unit requires a lot of electricity and my breakers kept popping everytime the unit cycled on with a call for heat. He tried plugging it into multiple outlets, but the breakers kept popping, causing the job to be harder for him and longer to complete. Overall, I was very happy with the cleaned carpets and to date, the stains haave not reappeared, as would sometimes happen in the past.

They were prompt and courteous. The carpets came out great. They staid wet for almost 2 days which was longer than I expected but the results were worth it. We just got a young dog that had a few accidents during the initial house breaking period so there were more than a few stains in the carpet. I tried store bought cleaners that helped a little but nothing could completely remove the stains. Chris and his assistant spent a lot of time and effort getting those stains completely out. The carpet looks like new. We are very pleased and will call Chris again.

Pro Cleaners was my first experience with Angie's List, and I was thoroughly impressed. At the end of April I called to book an appointment and the young woman was pleasant and helpful. She was flexible and able to squeeze us in on a Saturday afternoon. My brother and I were cleaning up a rental unit in our four family house. There was a family of five with a dog that had been living in this apartment for 7 years. The carpet was a light brown and pretty well beat up. We considered new carpet but we had spent so much money on repairs and updating the kitchen and bathroom that there wasnt enough leftover. Chris from Pro Cleaners came to work his magic! He was so friendly and cheerful he made us feel at ease. We were still working on the kitchen when he came, so he worked around us. There were areas that the carpet had been badly stained and worn down. Chris spent extra time and used a specialized cleaner/spot remover to lift the marks out. He used a special deoderant and sanitizer to make sure the carpet was truly clean. We could tell Chris took extra time and care to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction. He actually brought a dead carpet back to life! My brother and I were amazed at the difference. Since it was Chris' last job of the day, and we were so thrilled with the outcome, we asked if he could also clean the carpet on the staircase. This is an old house, so the staircase was very steep. Chris was super. He managed the whole staircase with his equipment by himself and without issue. I would absolutely recommend PRO CLEANERS to anyone. Chris is a true professional who takes pride in his work and a job well done. He went above and beyond to exceed our expectations!

They were fine, but they said they would not move the furniture. So, we asked for a refund on our deal and will be looking for another company to do the work.

He came, bought in all of his equipment and began cleaning. Carpeting was really dirty and I was extremely pleased at how clean it is now, almost new looking. Couldn't ask for a more personable and professional person.

I had my first appointment on June 4. I stayed home from work for an appointment between 10 and 12. A few minutes before 12 they called to say the vehicle had an accident and had to be towed. I lost a day from work and had no work done. I rescheduled for July 20 (a Saturday) from 10 to 12. No one showed up. I received no call. And no one answered the phone when I called on Saturday or today (Monday) inquiring why no one showed up.

This work was done on an Angie's List Special Offer: 2 rooms and a hallway for $79 + tax. The fellow from ProCleaners arrived on time and moved several pieces of furniture in each room. He was courteous, professional, and did a good job. The carpets are noticeably brighter and cleaner. I would definitely hire this company again to clean carpets and upholstery.

I made an appointment and moved all my other obligations around to accomodate them. They called to cancel. I asked to reschedule but they never called back. I called again to reschedule and then they never showed.

The service from ProCleanersNJ turned out good. They have a fair price. It's good work and good quality. They rescheduled twice, so that's a little bothering.

The only problem was a mix-up as to scheduling on the office's part. The cleaner himself was there when he said he would be.

Went well. I was expecting a van based unit. They used a portable unit. Seemed to work fine.

It turned out excellent, I would use them again without a question. They did it on a Sunday which was nice. There were slightly extra charges. They did a great, beautiful job. I would recommend them.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a very thorough job cleaning the carpet. They showed up within the time frame window we discussed; it was at the back of the window. It did take a little longer than I expected. The guy who came was very nice and worked diligently. They did a fine job.
