I called Water Works on a Sunday night to leave a message for them to call me in the morning about a leaky water pipe. Surprisingly, someone answered the phone and scheduled me for the next day. The plumber, Nathan, arrived on time, fixed the problem and cleaned up after himself when the job was done. I couldn't ask for more. I'd highly recommend Water Works Plumbing.

Jim showed up to check out our noisy pipes. He spent about an hour checking the water pressure and made some adjustments to increase the pressure. He tested our water pressure valve and also tightened an outside faucet that was leaking. He was extremely professional and friendly. When he finished, he gave me an estimate to replace the pressure valve if the noise continued and told me there wAs NO CHARGE for the courtesy call. Now that's what I call customer service.

My bill was very pricey for a Hot Surface Ignitor. The other sites say it should only cost $80-$400. for that repair. I realize the repair was done on a Sunday, but it only took 20 minutes for $760.00. I feel taken advantage of!!

i like to deal with them since they are more professional, with proper paperwork, gave straight answer WHEN i ask them. other plumbers i hired are messy, have no paper work, acting like they re my boss, and do not do the work i request.

the main shutoff valve had to be replaced; they coordinated with the water company to shut off supply from the street; had the job done that same morning; very prompt service...courteous and very professional...did a very good job and would definitely recommend to others.
