Awful experience. Requested financing on utility bill with 0% interest and was never given that opportunity and was told that â fell through the cracksâ because I never brought it up again. Instead was sent a 10% interest loan application after install. Communication was lacking and was brushed off numerous times. Took 4 months for AC to finally get installed at the end of august (where it will now be dormant for 3 seasons). Holes in the wall and feiling that I had to request be fixed and a handyman was sent who did a botched job. Really terrible experience and overpayed for the opportunity to have 0 interest repayment on utility bill which was not even granted. Now paying back over 10k in interest on an already jacked up price.

I called on Saturday and was given 3-5pm window for my appointment I Received a call before 3 pm that tech was on his way. He arrived at 3:10. He looked at job and gave me a price. I hired him and my plumbing job was completed in less than hour.

The company did the repair . I felt that the worker was very experienced and knew what he was doing. He find and additional repair which I think he used some pressure to get me to do the job while he was there. I did the additional repair based on what I think was a bit of pressure from him. His work however was good.

They responded quickly and professionally. I will keep them in mind for other plumbing issues.

Water Works and Dan in particular were great. Preventively fixed my leaking faucet, and aesthetically he did a better job than what we had. He also pointed out other potential issues that i had not been aware of. He didnt didnt hard sell via scare tactics, but spoke to me intelligently and was sincerely looking out for our best interest. I will hire them again for future plumbing work. Thanks To homeadvisor.com and water works for their great work. I'm truly thankful.

Pleasant experience, Rob communicated very well, as did the office, seemed to be knowledgable. It was a good experience, plan to use Water Works again.

The price I paid for all that I’ll get is well worth it as my plumber did NOT offer what Water Works offers in terms of parts and labor warranty.

They were honest, reasonable and efficient. When other contractors wanted to charge thousands of dollars to re-do the shower to solve a leak problem, Waterworks located the problem, fixed it and gave us options. Honest and dependable.
