We received a call immediately and a technician was sent on the same day. The service man was very professional. While the issue was not immediately resolved due to weather constraints, a detailed explanation was provided and no additional charges were made.

The tech that they sent out to install the Nest thermostat had no idea how to do it. He charged me $90.00 for a service call and I had to hire another company to install a new thermostat at the expense of $200.00 dollars. The nest helpline gave me the number of this company but the tech was trying to sell me a Honeywell thermostat. I was not at all satisfied with this service.

Was in a jam, expecting people over in a few hours when the sink incinerator decided to clog. Reached out to waterworks who came out, fixed the issue right away with great service, cleanliness and professionalism. Would hire again

The men who came to install my dishwasher, icemaker, gas line valve, toilet and sink were very nice. They worked hard during the entire time they were here and provided sound advice about some future projects we are considering them for in the future.

Signed up for annual maintenance contract. Tech was very knowledgeable, quick and kept the area clean in running all checks. Would recommend.
