Sal was a real professional He arrived on time and did everything you would expect and more. Yes they are a little higher in cost than a few others HOWEVER as Sal explained, once the others get in the house they can find things like relief valves that have to be replaced and up change you. The price agreed upon was the final price. When he was finished he cleaned up and left my home like it was before the flood...this is my second water heater from Water Works and I've been completely satisfied both times.

The air handler for my tenant's A/C system stopped working on Sunday. I placed a request through service magic and "Water Works" was the first one to call. The appt was between 1 and 3pm on Monday. The tech showed up at around 3:20PM. After spending about 45 minutes, I was told the electronic board had to be replaced. After I asked him about the timing of replacing the electronic board, he went back up to the attic with my flashlight and then told me it was a loose wire. Total damage...$200 and change for 1 hour of work and no parts. I was furious about the charge, but with a heat wave days away, I had no choice. I feel ripped off.

The called while I was still on the website at 8am. They said they had an appointment available between 12 and 2. They were here by 12:30 and did the testing necessary and gave me the solutions for us to fix the leak.

We were very happy with the company and the work that was done, pleased with the quick response and how fast the repair was done.
