quick, reasonably priced, professional service, but like another plumber I had in who had to break plaster, they did not have enough drop cloths to cover the work area. (i had ask the other guy to bring in some, as plaster showered all over my wood floor and wine rack) I had to tarp all the furniture in the living room under the ceiling take down area.

It I could go above a 5 stars I would, this company went above and beyond and I am very satified with the work they performed.

Professional, reliable and knowledgeable.

I called Waterworks at 8:00 a.m. on a Tuesday and asked if they could repair or replace a kitchen faucet with almost no hot water flow, and a bathroom shower that dripped constantly. They scheduled an appointment for that afternoon to give an estimate; gave a detailed estimate when they arrived; and scheduled an appointment for 8:30 a.m the following day to do the work. The kitchen water flow problem was the result of pipes clogged with mineral deposits, as I thought it might be. The work was completed on time, for the quoted price, and in a very professional manner. I will use them again.

They promised the work would be done in one day, and it was, and for the price quoted. They arrived on time and the office called to say the technicians were on their way. The technicians and office staff were very professional. I will use them again.

Water works is a good company over all. Quck on respond. If you wanna job done properly and never call plumbers again hire them. I give them 4 stars just 'cause prices above average. They have to work better on that.

Much more expensive than any one else I got quotes from. Work came out decent but welding left burn marks all over my walls and some installation work they did could've been installed much better. That said, they did show up when they promised and were diligent on the work but will be looking elsewhere next time.

Excellent customer service from the tech

I hired this company to check a gas leak coming from our dryer. Both my daughter & I thought we smelled something, so I immediately shut off valve. By the time the plumber came, there was no smell anymore, but he wanted to tighten everything to make sure. So I thought we were all done, but when he came back with paper work to sign & pay, he thought he smelled gas again. I thought that was very thoughtful and professional to double check that. And he didn't leave until he was sure there was no leak. A little on the expensive side, but really honest & professional. Thanks Water Works!

We had a bath/shower mixing valve that was badly leaking both in the tub and behind in the wall, making the shower unusable. On the plus side, Waterworks came on a Saturday afternoon, recognized the model and had all the required parts. On the minus side, the service was very expenxive

The guy arrived promptly, discovered the problem quickly, and did a great job repairing It. And he left no mess!

The plumber was very professional and took his time in explaining everything he did and also provided advice on how to save money in future.
