The technician came within the prescribed time window. Hew called in as he was driving towards the home, forwarning of his arrival. He digigosed the problem and gave me a new revised price - almost double the price but much less than the competition! Compition was taking about changing the line + possible replacing the bath tub?!

I called them at 8:05 this morning. Jim arrived at 8:30 and we were all fixed by 10:30! And it was $110 less than the original estimate. We are very happy with the repairs done. Jim explained everything that he was going to do and did just that. I would definitely recommend them!!

The plumber showed up. Was very professional and knowledgeable, gave excellent tips and advice. Gave a complete and understandable explanation on what he was doing and why he was doing it. I wish I could remember the employees' name he is an asset to this company!

Dan explained facts about our heating system, piping and boiler needs like no one ever has, even our oil company who services our boiler every year. Quick and efficient. Would definitely call again for other projects.

The phone rep was courteous and helpful, even though I needed to change the appointment time twice. I received a call before the tech arrived, which was just at the agreed upon time. The tech (Jim) had some difficulty with installation of a Nest thermostat, but this was because of insufficient instructions provided by the manufacturer. He called them and got the additional information he needed. I am very pleased with Jim and his company and would not hesitate to use them again.

The tech was very good and knew exactly what to do. He suggested that there was one other thing I could do and I was very interested in what he had suggested he said he would get back to me or if I did not hear from him to call the service. I did call and to date I have heard from no one.needless to say I will keep this in mind when I do need a plumber again.
