I had a horrible experience with this company. I hired them to do a toilet leak repair. The repair job cost $412.00. Repair was to reform the galvanized elbow under the toilet. There were no warranties with the job which is understood. However, the repair didn't last 2 weeks. I called them back up to complain about the repair not even lasting two weeks. They advise no warranties and that the entire galvanized pipe should be replaced at $800+ dollars. I hired another plumbing company to do the job at this point as there was no incentive to hire this company back. When the toilet was lifted, the wax ring was not even compressed. It should be flattened to act as a sealant. Nevertheless I hired another company to do the job right. No leaks at all and they did a great job. I would not recommend this company at all. Too expensive and not trust worthy.

Just one problem, Eddie was sent to the wrong town. Once Eddie arrived he found the blockage in the main waste line with a camera then snaked it. He ran the scope again to find it needed further cleaning. He then repeated the process to clear it out as best as he could. Roots in the line made it necessary for heavy duty cleaning.

Very expensive. Repairman was very pushy abs aggressive .

The serviceman fully explained the problem to me. the furnace enacted a safety feature and turned it self off. He showed me how to fix it myself in the future. He offered to clean and tune it up while he was there for a reasonable price. Good work. Thanks

Great service, quick responses. We called for faucet service, Sal came over and checked everything for us, very professional and patient. If needed, will use them again for sure.

I like how Eddy came in and was patient and reassuring that the problem would be fixed. At the time I needed that and I didn't show it but I was nervous. Totally recommend them and or will use them myself should I have an emergency next time.

They answered the service call quickly. They had someone here when they said they would. They were very polite. They explained everything before they did it. When they came to do the job, they were neat and if something wasn't the way they explained it originally, they stopped and explained what the next step would be before they did anything else. I definitely would use them again and highly recommend them.
