The repairman arrived the same day at the specified time. gave an estimate of work and completed the job in a short time.He had all the tools and parts with him He called ahead and to get details of the problem and arrived a short time later.

When calling to schedule an appointment, office staff asked detailed questions regarding the dryer and any problems I was having. This allowed service staff to have necessary parts at the time of the appointment. Todd was friendly and professional. He completed work quickly and cleaned up when he was finished. Prices may have been a little high, but the quality of service was excellent. Only concern is that their Angie's list information should be updated to more accurately reflect hours and payment options. From the information posted it looked like appointments were available any day but Sunday until 8:00pm. However, when I called for an appointment I was told they were Monday thru Friday and that service staff needed to be finished by 5:00, so the latest appointment was 3:30. Payment options were listed as all major credit cards and when service was performed, I was told cash, MasterCard or Visa only.

l He called and said he was on the way-arriving shortly thereafter . I had asked for early am and he was there by 0730. He diagnosed, repaired and completed the repair very efficiently. Will definitely use the service again for future needs- hopefully none will be needed.

He came right in and fixed it right away.

The provider was quite responsive and returned my request for service call the same day; the appointment was scheduled for the following day. I was told that someone would call me with the exact time of the appointmenting however the only call that I received was from the contractor who left a message that he could not reach me so I needed to reschedule. I returned the call immediately and let him know that I was home waiting for the call. He came out and to my surprise did not have shoe protectors for my cream colored carpet! Not a big deal, but it would have been nice. He was not at all friendly and seemed "put off" when I asked questions. He gave very short, somewhat sarcastic responses. Maybe he was having a bad day. When I reminded him that my service request included the dish washer he said that it had to be a separate service request so I said never mind. Glad that my washer is fixed but do not think I will use this contractor again. I was annoyed that he put his stickers on my washer and dryer without asking first - I removed them.

He was courteous and professional, he said my washing machine is too old and suggested to buy a new one.

Maytag dryer would not get hot. Called Todd around 9 and he was here before 11. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately, had the right part in his truck and fixed the problem before 12. He thoroughly cleaned the dryer and vent and made sure it was working properly before her left. He is a true professional and takes pride in his work. I recommend him highly and will use him again if we need service on on a major applicance. I am very glad he was on Angie's list!

The ice maker was leaking. I found this company on Angie's List, and, with all the positive reviews, decided to give them a try. They gave me an appointment for the day after I called, narrowed it down to a particular time frame, actually showed up as promised and called a half hour before arrival to boot! They were very professional, seemed to really know their business, and when the verdict was a new ice maker, they were able to check right on the spot as to whether or not the part they needed was available, and, immediately told me they would be able to come back and replace the part in two days. The second encounter was as smooth as the first. There are few companies that I have dealt with that have been as reliable and professional as Anytime, and, I would have no hesitation recommending them.

d a full Jeff called within the promised timeframe and arrived within 1/2 hour. Bottom element in the oven was broken. He was able to send details to his office and determine that the part was available and in stock at the distributors. He also told me not to use the oven which I didn't know. I asked him while he was there if he could look at the dishwasher because it was leaking. He did a full diagnostic and confirmed that the gasket was worn and leaking. Again he was able to send details to his office on his phone and determined that part was also in stock at the distributors. He provided written estimates and I paid him. As promised they called on Monday to say that the parts were in a we made an appointment for the next day for him to come and install. Again he arrived on time and finished the installations in 45 minutes and tested both appliances before he left. Prompt, efficient and knowledgeable - I would definitely use them again

The tech was very informative about the problem. He suggested different things we could do and what was the best direction to go. I have used Anytime in the past and have never had problems.

Anytime came exactly when promised, quickly identified the problem with both and fixed the ice cube maker on the spot. The dishwasher required a part, which was ordered, delivered and installed exactly when they said it would be. Extremely professional, good pricing and keep the word. Can't do any better than that! Highly recommend.

I had to pay for the diagnosis, but he spent the time to figure out the problem and not do an unnecessary repair. I appreciate the time spent and the honesty in not opening up the washer when that wasn't necessary. I couldn't oversee his work and had to be in the other room, so I had to trust his analysis. Will use them again.

+Todd was awesome.. I informed him that I had replaced some items on the dryer prior to his service request. When he came to the house he walked in and got right to work. Todd knew exactly what to look for and where. After getting the dryer to work and taking the time to clean it out, I requested additional service to the dryer to achieve an almost new item. Todd informed me of what else could possibly be changed out and the additional cost before continuing the work. Basically my response was " go for it ". Total charge was less than a new dryer ( gas ) and I think the dryer is performing better than it did when it was new. Thanks again Anytime Appliance Repair Service ( Todd ). I can stop hanging clothes on the line now and waiting 24 hours for them to dry. Outstanding service and support. Professional in every way. Excellent A++++

Our dryer stopped spinning so I called Anytime Appliance Repair at 9:00 in the morning. They said they would send a guy over in apx one hour. They also mentioned that the service call would be $85 that would be waived if service was performed. They also honored the Angie's list coupon. They guy came on time, very friendly and knowledgable and fixed it in 30 mins. Not sure if the price is steep or not, but I was willing to pay someone to take apart the machine and fix the belt. I would hire them again, I was thrilled that they were so responsive and easy to talk to.

It went very well. The tenant was very pleased and that means a lot to me. It wasn't a very complex undertaking. The wall oven needed an igniter and the company keeps $7,000 worth of parts on their trucks. He installed the igniter taking very little time. The repair was completed in probably less than a half hour.

We originally had this comany to our house a couple of months ago. Our washing machine would complete the spin cycle and then refill with an inch or two of water. They replaced a part at a fair price. Our problem seemed to be fixed until a month later when the same problem returned. They returned promptly to our house, researched what the problem was and completed the repair as quickly as possible. Because this was the second time for repairing the same problem, they only charged us for buying the replacement part and not for service.

It went well. The repairman came when promised. He was efficient.

Called on Thursday afternoon. They gave us a 3 hour service window for the next morning. They called about half an hour prior to showing up and asked us to run the dryer. Two guys showed up, diagnosed a broken coil in about 15 minutes. They had the replacement in the truck and had it replaced in another 15 minutes. I have no idea how much a coil should cost to replace but it didn't seem too unreasonable and they had it with them and could be done so quickly, I didn't question it. We would definitely call them again.
