It went very well.

We found out our basement wall had laterall movement from our home inspector prior to purchasing the home. We got an estimate from / Termiguard and We made the request that the seller pay for the services to be fixed. They agreed and from start to finish it was a breeze. From the polite staff at the office to the contractors it was an absolute pleasure! I simply called to schedule the start of the job and from then on they handled it all in three days and even scheduled the township inspections for me. The township inspector even commented on what a wonderful company Fenwick Properties/Termiguard was and what a pleasure they have been for him in the past. I couldn't have been more impressed with their professionalism, promptness, and cleanliness. There was no mess to clean up after Any of the visits to my home, they swept and mopped each mess they had made, which the work I had down involved drilling into cement so there was a lot of mess to be cleaned. I highly recommend them! I will certainly be referring others to this company. Now firsthand I can see why my home inspector recommended them, they're amazing! On a 1-10 scale I would give an 11. They made this the most hassle free experience possible.

Moles were tearing up my yard. TermiGuard responded and baited the yard to remove the moles. They come out every month to inspect yard and rebait as needed.

We ended up not going with them. They were a little bit on the high side in terms of what they were estimating to do the work. They were very good and the president actually came out. He was extremely professional and thorough. He spent more than an hour going through a thorough inspection of the crawlspace. I was very impressed with the level of detail that he put into the initial inspection and appraisal. They were very good in terms of the level of detail that they put into coming up with their estimate to do the work. Me and the other condo owners upstairs just felt that they were way on the high side, which was one of the reasons we shopped around and found another reputable local contractor.

Considering I had to stop and start project for FEMA problems, project went smoothly. All workers and subcontractors did beautiful work. All very pleasant and eager to please, even when I made changes. Absolute artists with spackle. Office personnel dealt with my daily meltdowns in a pleasant and professional manner. Made a horrific situation bareable. I am extremely grateful for their patience, and professionalism.

Fenwick did a quality job rebuilding the deck in my house. They were very responsive, and their customer service was excellent. I was so impressed I hired them (or rather their Termiguard branch, to be precise) to clean the air duct system in the house. Mike, who did the estimate, was courteous and pleasant to talk with. The guys who did the actual cleaning showed up on time and did a very thorough job. The price was a bit higher than some other quotes that I got, but I had the impression they knew what they were doing. Besides, they did spend quite some time doing the cleaning. The system ran noticeably cleaner afterwards, the smell left from the previous construction work and dust were gone.

If I see a spider or a moth in my house, they just come out and spray and take care of everything. It's a pretty good deal. They are very responsive. When they're coming, they come. They come knock on the door and say they're here. So that you don't end up thinking you have somebody walking around your house. They come and ask if we need anything on the inside. I am very pleased with their service. I once had some crickets in my basement. They came out and set traps and got rid of the crickets. I've had them for four years.

I would recommend them. I have had no pest problems ever since they have been working around the house. I am rarely here when they show up but what they are doing is effective. They give me a call and let me know that they were there and they did whatever treatment they needed to do. The price could be a little cheaper.

They do a good job. I will continue to keep using them.

As part of our home inspection when buying our new home, we had Termigaurd do the termite and radon inspection, they found carpenter bee damage and carpenter ant damage outside our home on the front window and the porch, the inspector said his company had wonderful stuff that no one else had and one application should do it. So we asked the sellers to go with them to fix the problem, which they did. No one was here to sign that the treatment was done so there is no record that they actually came out to treat the problem. Now 3 months later we have a heavy infestation of ants on our porch which does not look like it was treated. I called the company and they said that carpenter ants are not guaranteed and that we should have gotten the service agreement. I asked that they come and retreat the area since there are no records they were here and that the infesation was quite large for a three month period when they should have been taken care of. They said the treatment wears off and it should be done every couple of months. When i said fine - give me the service agreement - they said i was out of their service area and they only treated the problem because it was part of home inspection. There is also a %100 money back guarantee they advertise on their website which obviously they do not honor. I will be calling the better business buearu so this does not happen to anyone else.

The contractor retreated the moldy areas and installed a new dehumidifier that was a better model. I will not be able to recover the $7600 I spent to correct the original problem in addition to another $4000 in lost rent and damaged property but they did attempt to make good on their original contract.

We didn’t have a problem in a year and a half since they started working. They explained things well in layman’s term. They told me how they were different from other companies in using chemicals. Everyone is very knowledgeable and courteous. They take their time to answer my questions. They are very professional. They come within the same day when I call them. I would use them in the future.

The condo I purchased had a mold issue. TermiGuard came in and remediated the mold. They installed a dehumidifier to solve any future mold issues. Termiguard also cleaned the ducts in the premises. Jim and his employees were courteous, prompt, and available to answer all questions. Any questions I had were answered quickly either via email or a phone call. I would highly recommend them for mold remediation.

Came in with covered feet, checked all the ducts/vents they would be working with and the dryer they would be working on. They then went to each duct vent and before they opened them they took a vacuum hose and vacuumed out the dust from the vent grills before they opened them. They then took off the vent covers and vacumed inside the front ends of the inside vernt. They did this first so dust wouldn't get on my walls from just opening the vents. After taking off the vent covers they put blue tape over all the vents. They took down a large HVAC unit into my basement and cut out various holes in the ducts so they could connect up this unit as they worked to clean them. After doing this they untaped one vent at a time and fed a long hose down the vent blowing down any dirt and dust that had collected in them over 7 years, the unit at the bottom sucked in what ever was blown from the ducts. They moved from room to room in an orderly manor doing this work. The only talk between the two men was work related. After this was done they refilled the holes with metal tape or a metal plug, next time they can remove these with out cutting. After this was done they cleaned and put a special spay on my electronic air conditioning filters. When they were all done with the heating and air conditions ducts and vents both input and return they did our dryer duct cleaning. They cleaned the dryer duct all the way to the outside vent and replaced the dryer into its proper place. When all done they use an electric carpet sweeper to clean all out floors even the areas that had no vents. They left our house spotless and we could immediately that our air was fresher and cleaner.

I have been a TermiGuard customer for several years and I am completely satisfied with the services provided. I was inundated with spiders, and because of their service, I no longer have a problem. If an issue arises, they are incredibly prompt in assuring resolution. The quality of their services and the quality of their response to my questions / issues goes well beyond anything I've ever experienced.
