Generally good service and product; however, it is difficult to fit in pre-existing spaces. Some seams were not smooth although I did have a requested repair performed.

We liked the idea of a counter top that could be installed in one day. We also liked the mixture of granite and coral which gave the overall appearance of granite without its problems. The lifetime guarantee for us was appealing and the fact that there was a 10 year warranty when we sold the house was very positive. The countertop was absolutely no maintenance and very attractive. The only drawback was that we did not get the exact color combination that we wanted. The problem was mostly ours - we were in a hurry to get it installed but we did think the sales person could have been a little more help in insuring that the color was correct. The service was provided at our previous residence at 7 Barbara Lane, Titusville NJ.

This installation demolished and replaced the existing tiled shower pan with a new marble pan and installed acrylic wall panels over the existing ceramic tile. A handicap grab bar and corner shelving were included. The installation was on time, within specs, and competently completed. Their installer did a great job with the installation as well as with clean up and respect for the job site. Communication with the firm throughout the process was not a problem at all. 4 years later, we remain completely satisfied with their product and would recommend them. However, they were at the higher end of the price -for- product range. Competitive lower pricing is most likely available.

The crew members were very nice. They came on time. Everything went well till they found mold behind our shower stall then everything go down the drain. Originally, they told us the whole job only took one week and we took 2 days to fixed the mold problem. At the end of the first week, they only did 1/10 of the job. They were very behind! And then they told us that they have a very tight schedule so they could only come whenever they were available--that's like one or two days a week and the worst was they only let us know the date like couple days ahead of time. It took them THREE months to finished our bathroom! We had paid for diamond fusion coating on the shower stall glass but they forgot to put that in the contract. Well, they did do a good job as our bathroom look great!

The company sent out very professional installers. First the owner came out with tons of actual samples of cabinets, and granite and tile for the backsplash. And they weren't just small pieces. He had samples of cabinet doors, ;large boards of the tiles and large pieces of the granite types. Large enough to put over a section of the counter with a large section the the backsplash behind it to see how it would really look when installed. The next week, two guys came out and spent the morning doing exact measurements of all the surfaces to renovated. The actually built a wood framework of the walls and counters so the counters and backsplash could be made to the exact forms needed. And then about ten days later the installation was scheduled. The work took about a week. The installlers were great and took care to clean up each day before they left. When all the installation work was completed on Friday, the plumber cam out and hooked up the sink and disposal and all was finished by 5:00 on Friday. The kitchen was transformed. It was the first upgrading in the kitchen we had done after living here for 35 years. And I can tell you it was worth the wait. And the price was more than reasonable. I have recommended this company to friends and neighbors and would again.

All work was done in a timely manner. Initial meeting covered color of countertop, backsplash and type of plumbing fixtures (sinks and faucets) for kitchen including wet bar. Next templates of existing kitchen was scheduled and made. After the countertop and backsplash were manufactured installation was scheduled and accomplished including plumbing in one day (over 8 hours). Work was done cleanly with no mess. Installers were very friendly and answered any questions I had regarding the work. The amount of countertop installed was over 50 square feet.

the people are very nice and professional, cleaned up well. The installation was not very impressive. The product was fine but the seams of the profile were rough and had a lot of filler and in some areas the material was not anchored well to the existing countertop.

They were very professional. . . arrived on time and performed the installation to my satisfaction.

Just finishing up, but so far so good. Cabinets look great and countertop is going in today and tomorrow. They were very professional and left the kitchen clean before they left.

The sink they provided was not explained to me and it was not the sink I would have picked out. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the granite and the work.

Everything went well. They prepared a counter template and then fabricated the granite. While doing the install, they protected the floors and cabinets. They arranged for the plumber to come and install the plumbing. Everything came together timely and we have been very pleased with the result.

All work was done on time and exactly as scheduled

Job was canceled and moved to a different day at the last minute . Causing me to lose a days pay. This company didn't seem to care. The installers were great when the job finally got started.

They did a complete "transformation" of my kitchen taking it from the 1980's to today in 5 quick days. The work was flawless, the people attentive, professional, and on-time, and I would recommend this team to anyone.

Dan scheduled my appointment and was very pleasant. I signed up for another company to do the work. Dan arranged for Joe, one of the owners, to come that same night. Joe was great. He gave me a better price and I could see the quality was better. Also, Joe provided me with more information than the other sales person from the other company did. I was totally impressed with the 2 installers. The installation took 3 days just as I was told. Every night they cleaned up and did not leave any of their equipment. I was able to use my kitchen. Great company and product.

Everyone was great from the estimators to the template "guy" to the installers. They even re-hooked up the sink and stove top which wasn't included in the estimate. Its also a great product without the dust and destruction of replacing existing counters with granite!

So far, they are working out really well. If there are any problems they let us know in advance. They have been very nice to work with. They are doing the installation next Friday. They are doing what they said they would do and let us know when they will do it. They did the template last week. I am comfortable having the workmen in my house. They have been reliable and forthright. It has been really nice to work with a company like that.

Wonderful experience. It took 2 days but they were prompt and clean and I can't say enough about them. They include the plumber who came immediately when they finished. Extremely happy with my kitchen!

I saw the ad for this company on the side of their van, and called on a whim because I was looking for alternatives to expensive new quartz countertops (granite is too much effor to maintain for us). Our experience with the salesman was very positive. He was extremely professional, very prompt and personable. He came on time and had lots of samples of the materials for us to see. I was a bit surprised that he wanted to make a separate appointment (a week later) to go over the estimate with us, but since they promised to have an exact cost rather than an estimate, this seemed fair. The salesman was pretty insistent that the meeting be at a time that both my husband and I could be there. That was the plan but I was unexpectedly unable to come at the last minute, so my husband did the 2nd visit alone. Again, he found the salesman very prepared and friendly, but he was a bit turned off by the "hard sell". For example he had to watch a 5 minute video and the salesman kept offering incentives if he'd sign on the dotted line that night (I guess that is why we were both supposed to be at the appointment, because not many people will make that kind of decision without their partner). Anyway, the price was way, way more expensive then we'd expected, so we aren't even really considering using this company at this time. The cost was $12,000 (ish) for the entire kitchen counter, a ful back splash, and a matching counter on the bar in our family room. This included all templates, installation, a new sink, and new faucet. It may end up being a decent price for that amount of work but it was out of our range. To compare, we'd been quoted $5000 for quartz countertops recently (though didn't inlcude the back splash).We liked the look of the materials and loved the idea of less effort to maintain and less installation time, though.

The experience was very good. They came when they said and they were very thorough. I would recommend them to anybody. We had an issue and they came out right away the next day and fixed it. Everything has been fine ever since. We would definitely use them again.

I did not have them do the work as I decided not to get the kitchen resurfacing done. They were a lot higher than I thought they would be. I felt that the sales representative, who had come out, was a nice guy. It seemed like he was trying to work with me a little bit on the price. However, I did feel like they were trying to push a sale on me. I did not have any issue getting them to respond to me. I will not consider them for a future estimate because I do not think their product is really something I would use. I do not have confidence in their product. So, it is not just the way they behaved but it is also that their selling is not something I could be interested in the future.

The material they use is a granite and polymer combination. They do the installation right over the existing counter top without ripping it off. They worked in my children’s room and another room. They were the only company who guaranteed that the mirror in the bathroom would not break when the counter tops were installed. They did a great job. Their price was a little high. I highly recommend them.

Their workmanship was excellent. They guy who did the install was wonderful. They were also very efficient. My only problem was that the cost was a little high. The quality was good overall.

The person whom I contacted is very responsive and very helpful. The quote was for $2000. There is nothing I dislike about them. I like their responsive and their expertise. Their professional technical skills are also good.
