Everything went as expected and very well. We have had it for 5-7 years and I have no stains or scratches on it.

They were prompt, professional, explained everything and the work was done very well and in time. I would recommend them to anyone!

The kitchen work was great but there is absolutely zero follow up after they cash the check. In order to get "customer service" after the first problem with the shower, I had to practically make a threat. We had decided to return for the shower because of the quality of the product but after emailing, calling and writing , I still haven't had help for the second problem with the shower stall after more than six months. I'll never go back to them again.

From salesman to installers to plumber the job went very smooth & effortless. Very pleased with the completed job.

The installers were on time, very friendly courteous, however the plumbing connections were not done until the following day, because plumber was delayed on another job. (slight inconvenience).

Salesman, Ralph, was very pleasant. The company worked with us when we had to make changes. I would have like to see actual samples of the backsplash I chose from their book. There were no samples at the Showroom so I bought them a home depot to bring home to see what they looked like. Great experience overall!

Assistance in giving guidance and providing the ability to clearly foresee the "look" of our new kitchen -- good. Cleanliness -- good Punctuality -- good Explanation of work to be done on a daily basis -- good Installation of new cabinetry -- good But BIG issues -- Cabinets: The installer was first class, George. I can not say enuf good things about George. However, cabinet drawer faces did not match trim on cabinet doors. GT replaced these drawer faces, now they match. Some cabinet shelves were not cut to size and had to be ordered resulting in a delay of full use of kitchen for weeks. Within 1 week the trim on over half the cabinet doors began pulling away from door, in one case we found the trim on the floor one morning. Service tech came and said he would pin-nail the trim onto the cabinet doors. I told him I wanted no part of nails in the cabinet doors. I said I wanted the doors replaced. Their pledge to provide 100% customer satisfaction stopped right there. He used silicone adhesive. The same stuff he said that is used for sealing kitchen sinks to the counter top. Not pleased. Backsplash: The fabrication of the backsplash did not conform to written specs where a phone jack hole was mistakenly cut into the backsplash where no hole was to be. GT tech could only repair the hole because the backsplash had already been epoxied permanently to the wall. Pretty good repair, but this is a MAJOR mistake where I paid for a new backsplash and I got a repaired one. Also, other holes were cut for electrical outlets and parts of the backsplash around the cutout shows cracks in the backsplash. Two places. Small cracks, but cracks. And there is a corner seam where the two parts of the backsplash meet and they are misaligned. Sloppy work on the backsplash. Not happy with this, disappointed. Countertop: The countertop is nice, but there is a bit of a hollow sound when hard objects are put on the counter, eg, we used to have quartz countertop in another home and that was about an inch thick. GT countertops are 1/4". You can hear the difference. Bigger issue is that the GT countertops have the edges glued to the top, it is not one piece. You can see the seam; the gloss of the edge is slightly duller than that of the top. I thought it was just a case of applying quality polish (which GT recommended). Nope, it's permanent, catch the light right and it is unmistakable. And irritating, I paid a lot of money for this. There were other smaller issues and it all added up to an overall negative experience. I would not recommend GT.

Craig the designer was very thorough helpful and professional helping us map out the projects. The installers George & Moss were conscientious with their work, neatness and cleaning up they did a fantastic job with our kitchen & 3 bathroom remodeling projects.

Counter installers arrived when they said they would and were finished in 3 hours. Everything was cleaned up when they left. Plumber was late due to distance traveled but took care of unexpected problems that arose.

They came to fix it 3 times and it looks the same or worse. They have offered to come out a 4th time but I really don't want them in my house anymore.

I was in constant contact with them,by phone, before the installation. I was nervous about what I had chosen and was invited to take my time and go to the showroom to see it on a larger scale. Measuring day and day of installation the crew were prompt, very clean, very professional. Everything was covered during installation and they happily answered any questions I had. There was a very small problem with one of the countertops fitting correctly. It was immediately taken care of and a new countertop piece was made and installed within a few days. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful! They were so easy to work with and very accommodating. I highly recommend Granite Transformations in Berlin NJ.

They were professional , on time and very helpful. We removed a jennair grill and reshaped the island top. They helped us redesign both areas. There was never any pressure and we decided to add the backsplash as well. On install day they were on time, prepared, and cleaned up their mess. Six years later they look as good as the day they were installed. I am completely satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of this product. I constantly get complements on my kitchen! I would use this company again.

Everyone from the sales person to the installers was great to work with. The salesman recommended a color after we narrowed it down to two colors, and we are happy with the recommendation. The installation went smoothly, and we had no issues with it. The plumber they used for the faucet was great as well. If we were staying in the house we're in, we would use them again for our bathroom counters.

Ken and Richard showed up on time, they did a real good job and cleaned up after themselves.

They do very good work, but they are expensive.

We had a problem with Hurricane Sandy, and we lost a roof over the kitchen and part of the house, and we got all the water coming in into the kitchen and destroyed the whole kitchen. The granite transformation was only done 5 years before that. We were very happy with them.We removed the tiles, and they had put the granite on top of the tiles, and so the end result was beautiful. We were happy with it, and the only problem was Sandy. It destroyed everything. We had to change the whole kitchen after that, and we could not save the counter top, so we had to remove it, and the only way we could remove the cabinets, was to smash the counter tops. It needed a lot of strength because it was a very strong piece. It was L-shaped with a sink in the center, which they also supplied. Another part was 6 weeks long on the other side of the range. It was very solid and very strong, you could put anything on it, whether hot or cold, and you could cut veges, and it did not leave any marks. It was very nice. They were very punctual, and they were very nice people.

We were delighted with the results. The counters are beautiful and so safe and durable. They always look brand new - and it's been 3 years. The installation was very well done. A few problems I had were remedied. The workmen were wonderful people - and the salesmen too. The workmen returned twice, and would have kept coming until I was satisfied, and I am very pick-y. I am considering using this product in my bathroom next. I love them.

Things went well, however, there is a seam in the kitchen counter that is not level and not well put together. There are also some rough edges that your body touches. The $300.00 faucet is always a problem. It will leak underneath the sink and it hardly ever works properly. The fake granite is beautiful but takes care to maintain shine. The overlay was quick and much easier that a complete replacement. They were fairly clean. I do feel that I overpaid.

It was many years ago but it was all good. They did it in one day and we were and are still very happy with our countertops. We have two different friends who after seeing ours had their's done afterward.
