Atticare NJ

The Atticare team came to my home to replace original insulation in the attic of my 1940's built Cape Cod home. The team came prepared, were efficient, and the process was surprisingly clean. I was expecting a lot more dust and debris to become airborne, but the vacuuming process was surprisingly clean despite the horrible state of my original insulation. I would definitely recommend them without reservation.

Revision 1. I changed my rating to a 3 star from 1 star. I was informed that Atticare was in a shift of management at the time and that my case was lost. Esteban the new manager has sent a competent contractor to repair the bad job, and the job is solid. I would like to give atticare a higher rating and remove this rating completely when I get a chance to reinspect under the insulation to make sure the rodent feces was indeed removed since the last visit. I’m so busy I didn’t have a chance to look, and I just don’t want to give bad press to a company that has been making amends with me so this revision is a quick fix for now. ********************************************* Paid Atticare to replace my old insulation and install a new attic ladder. The contractor who installed it was a complete hack and cut the joists wrong and framed it wrong. When you go in the attic it makes the entire ceiling move, it’s completely not safe. I’ve reached out to Bob multiple times and he kept promising the office was going to reach out to me, they never did no matter how many times Bob would tell me. Also there was Rodent droppings under the new insulation they installed. I will update this post with pictures of the work preformed and screen shots of the t messages back and forth with Bob. I had this work done back in the summer of 2021 but since I’m an active member of the military I hadn’t had time to get lawyers involved , all I can do is educate the public of what kind of company they could be potentially dealing with. ******************************************** Revision 1. The crew also installed an attic staircase. It was a rainy-day and the floors were covered as well as the walls and closets. Bob Pasillo was thorough, personable and professional. Thanks, guys.

I highly recommend this company. I contacted them last year for a quote and Bob came to see the job . He explained the whole process and gave me a reasonable price. We finally had our roof replaced and went forward to do the attic job yesterday. Bob was great . His crew were on time polite and friendly. Pedro the lead man was fantastic and friendly. He explained the process and ended up doing a great job . They cleaned up as if they were not even here. A very professional company from start to finish. Thanks guys .👍
