Nick came to give me the quote. He was very thorough when he was up in the attic. He reviewed all of the photos with me and told me what needed to be done. He is prompt in returning phone calls and answering all of my questions. We scheduled the appointment which was a quick turnaround and Yefferson and his crew arrived at my home. The only negative is that they were supposed to call me 30 minutes to arrival and they did not. I was told they had an incorrect number. They covered all of my furniture that may be impacted and covered the floors as well so that nothing was damaged. They removed the insulation and a few dead rodents by a large vacuum and sanitized the attic. Yefferson showed me photos of the holes by the pipes which he believed the animals were getting in from. Those were sealed and new insulation was put down. This new insulation is much neater than what was previously in the attic. Afterwards, they cleaned up everything by vacuum and removed all of the coverings, leaving the house as they found it.

AMAZING!!! We recently bought a house and the attic looked like no one took care of it for a couple of decades so I started looking for a professional that will clean our attic and make it brand new. The reviews for Atticare were great so we decided to go with them. The consultation was quick and very professional. Sean was great and very informative so we decided to go with an intensive attic clean. The appointment was scheduled for the following week and the guys came on time (the window was 8-10 and they arrived around 8:30) and Julian was the manager on site. He was very friendly and (once again) professional. They cleaned the attic from the old insulation and mice dropping, sanitized the entire attic, sealed a few of holes we had and placed the new insulation. They completed everything in 5-6 hours and the best part is that you don't have to be in the house!!! AttiCare renewed our attic which we plan to use as a storage area but we could easily make it into a playroom / living room because it is amazingly clean. THANK YOU ATTICARE!!!

Rep came by on time and was very nice. However, five minutes into the appointment, he said that their estimates are provided for free so i don't understand why we would have to pay for this???!!! The thermal gun was hardly used, and he gave us a great estimate. But what are we paying 100 bux for, that is not able to be put towards any cost of work??? We want a refund!!! I am not contacting the company I am contacting Angies List, from whom I bought this deal. REFUND.

We had a proposal from another company and contacted Atticare NJ for a second estimate. We chose Atticare NJ for this estimate because of the many excellent reviews that we have read. We are very happy that we did. We just finished our inspection and pricing with Nick. Nick was very friendly, attentive and thorough. From our discussions with Nick it was clear to us that the attention to detail and care that Atticare NJ provides is superior to the other company and frankly far above what we expected. Nick was gracious and honest. We were happy to have him in our home and look forward to having Atticare NJ provide their services. Every homeowner knows the difference between dealing with sketchy contractors and considerate, open, decent ones. Nick is truly one of the good ones.

The house had very old insulation so it is not up to the standard, and in winter the upstairs feels much colder than down stairs so we wanted a professional to do some analysis to figure out if there is heat loss due to leaks or in sufficient attic or wall insulation. The technician we visited the house went directly to the attic ( I described him the problem and also told him i suspect we do not have enough insulation in the attic), measured the current insulation thickness and said the insufficient insulation is the reason without doing any other analysis for heat loss due to leaks. He gave me an estimate of around $3,714 to cleanup and put new insulation for 640 square feed of attic which I thought was very expensive and did not proceed further with the project.

Nick did his team (Jefferson) did a great job for me!!! They make sure that the job was completely done and worked very hard. Nick is extremely professional and honest person. I called them two days ago and they were prompt to respond. They came in and performed the free inspection and weren't able to find any holes or defects.

The owner came himself, along with his most professional and respectful managers, Jesus and Victor. The work was done with perfection, and most importantly, cleanly. They took care of our house while working, to ensure I didn't have post cleanup. True to their word, the attic is re-insulated, re-boarded with the proper materials, cleaned, sanitized with all holes fixed. The owner ensured we were satisfied and inspected the work before accepting payment. True professionals, we rarely experience this. So we were very very very impressed and appreciative.

Jesus and his crew arrived on time and gave us 5 stars experience. They started by wrapping the work area in plastic and then they vacuumed our entire attic for few hours. When done the manager invite me to take a look and it was very clean. When the job was complete we got a link with before and after pictures. great idea! I have worked with many contractor before and this guys are the real deal. Thanks a lot!

A team of 4 workers showed up in around 8:30am and worked all day, The manger was very communicative and showed us pictures and videos of the progress (we didn’t really want to go inside) Overall Atticare are very professionals and it's refreshing to work with people who dedicated, clean and keep their promises. Highly recommended

It didn't - no response from vendor - awaiting refund from Angie's - submitted last week and still not applied. This isn't the first time this happened!

I would highly recommend Atticare. We had two attic spaces and a crawlspace littered with rodent feces. Sean came and conducted a thorough inspection. After the inspection he reviewed all his findings along with pictures he took of the spaces. We received an estimate along with the inspection report within a day. The estimate was higher than we anticipated, but after reading reviews and seeing how Sean answered all of our questions promptly we decided to hire Atticare. We are so thankful we did. The entire process was seamless. Jesus, the supervisor, and Francisco, the foreman, kept us updated throughout the entire process. The entire crew worked tirelessly despite the heat. They ensured nothing from the attics or crawlspace entered other areas of our home by using a large hose connected to a vacuum outside. Our attics and crawlspace are so clean now! My husband and I feel secure knowing the house is now safe for our children.

We called Atticare to give an estimate for attic clean up and new insulation and we are very happy we did! The company we called before Atticare spent about an hour and a half asking questions and the estimate was around $9000 (ridiculous)! Atticare charged us almost half of that and everyone were very clean and professional. The workers came on time (five guys dressed up with a suit so they wouldn't track dirt through my house) and about 6 hours later the job was done. I was also given time to inspect the job when they were done +++ Special thanks to Jesus the service manager that took the time to protect my floor with plastic and for keeping my home nice and clean (gotta get me those shoe protectors for when guests come over). I was also impressed with the initial inspection. The technician Sean was on time, accommodating and professional. He explained what needed to be done and took pictures so I can take a look for myself. Overall I am very happy with the results and with the fact that I have a one year warranty! I don't have to worry about those raccoons coming back now. I will recommend Atticare to anyone that needs work in their home.

My experience with Atticare was fantastic. I never had a chance to go into my attic and I got a coupon in the mail for attic clean up so I decided to give them call. I met with the tech Gil who inspected my attic and he also took pictures of the area. Gil showed me how my attic was improperly insulated and there were some visible points of entry that needed to be sealed so birds won’t get it. He gave me a reasonable price and he was very helpful and informative so I booked the job. The service crew did such a wonderful job, they definitely know what they're doing. They came to my home on time and within a day, they finished the services. I was amazed with the before and after pictures that I was sent a day after the services were completed. I would totally recommend this company to anyone who needs attic cleanup and/or insulation services. Keep up the great work, thanks to you my house is now insulated and rodent free!

I called them because my A/C guy said that I have rodents in the insulation and that he doesn’t want to work there. I was able to book an inspection right away. The tech came on time and gave me a reasonable quote so I booked the job for the following week. The crew was very professional Ernesto the manager gave me updates and informed me when done removing the insulation, I went up to the attic - very clean. They also sanitize and block all the entry points so rodents won’t get back and they install radiant foam boards on the roof rafters. I can honestly say I can feel the difference in my daughter’s room temperature, the attic looks clean and nice and I even got the “before" and “after" pictures highly recommended!

I called AttiCare when I saw "something" in my AC vent!! Showed up day after my call, inspected the attic (were up there for over 30 minutes) and showed me pictures I could have done without!! I knew it wasn't going to be pretty but seriously it was worse than I thought. Worked with me to get a good price, came on a Sunday to start the 2 day job, and were pro all the way. Didn't know I had a team of workers in my attic, they just got busy and did a great job. The first day was to tear out the old insulation and "bodies", bag it all up - sealed and thrown out. They vacuumed the entire attic and then sanitized it with bleach. The men returned the next day to put down improved insulation and seal up the entry spots. Plus I finally had an AC vent that another company didn't reconnect when I had a bathroom done!!! Everyone was totally professional, mindful of their work, and answered any and all questions I had. Seriously I have had a lot of people in my house working the last month and I can swear that AttiCare was the most professional of them all. No scare tactics, no drama, just did what they said and did it right the first time. Thank you AttiCare!!!!!

We recently purchased a home and we wanted to get our attic inspected for insulation and air duct issues. Our technician Sean gave us a fair bid explaining what they would do and why. He was able to schedule a crew to come out do a clean up and remove air ducts within 3 days. When the crew arrived they got everything ready to start working. It was such a pleasant experience, the service manager Jesus was on top of everything and he also explained each step of the way. Once service was finished our technician Sean called us and made sure we were 100% satisfied Great company!!

Jesus and his crew did an attic clean out for my parents home built in 1948. Boy was it a mess up there. After plastic wrapping the interior of the house they proceeded to start the clean up. First many trash bags of debris were hauled out and then picked up the smaller debris and dirt out with an industrial vacuum. Sealed all holes found in the space and then sanitized the whole attic. They cleaned up all of the plastic and left the inside of my home as if we had never seen a contractor. very good service and customer service I won?t think twice before hiring these guys

We had rodent problem in our attic and use to hear them scratching the sealing. Called attic care to make an appointment for inspection, the girl on the phone was very nice and schedule with me for the following week. Ian came for inspection, right on time, very clean, organize and professional. He explain about all the process require to solve the problem and I schedule the project for the next few days. Team show up first in the morning, removed all the 50 years old insulation, clean the attic and put a new insulation. I was also happy to see Ian during the project of the day coming over and make sure I'm happy with the job. Well, it's been a week, I'm done with the job, happily no more rodent and better insulated attic. Highly recommended!

I called Atticare to inspect my attic and I got a next day appointment. The technician Ronnie came on time and was absolutely fantastic!! He took a lot of pictures inside the attic, was very informative and I actually learned from him a lot about proper attic ventilation. Since the squirrel damaged some electrical wires in my attic we agreed to clean the attic first (so our electrican can fix the damages) and then come back to do the insulation When the crew came to do the service I didn?t know what to expect but after 10 minutes I knew I have nothing to worry about. Victor, the service manager made sure my house will stay clean and he walked me through, step by step as they removing all my old, dirty insulation. When done Vacuuming, the guys cleaned the work area and I got a follow up phone call from the office the next day. Excellent service. defiantly the company to hire when you want to clean your attic.

Jesus, Alex, and Sebastian arrived in the morning with Jesus as the primary technician. Jesus covered the stairway and hallway with plastic covering to avoid making any mess while he and his crew performed their task. They removed all of the old insulation and bagged the dirty insulation for removal. They vacuumed all debris and dust from the attic. They sealed all holes they could find for any possible air leaks or rodent entries. They vacuumed and sanitized the entire attic. They installed all new baffles in the attic. They then laid out and installed the new insulation. They finally vacuumed and cleaned any residual debris in the hallway and stairs before leaving for the day. What a hard and exhausting task. These gentlemen performed an excellent job and should be commended. I highly recommend Atticare if you want to have your attic cleaned and professionally insulated. I would definitely recommend to my friends and use them again for any future work. I also would like to thank Ronnie for his professional pre-inspection, explanation, and appraisal. From beginning to end, the service and people were outstanding. They quickly scheduled and performed an inspection, provided a detailed estimate, and when I decided to proceed with the work, promptly scheduled an appointment. The work was completed in one day. All of the workers were professional, friendly, meticulous, and left essentially nothing to clean up. The attic looked brand new. You could nearly eat off the attic floor. They were careful to preserve all of the items in the attic. They documented their work with photos, and offered to speak with any insurance company involved. I would highly recommend their service.
