We put in our pool about 3 Years and and couldn't be happier with it. Chris and everyone at The Pool Boss from the initial meetings to even now with weekly maintenance have been nothing but professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them for anyone thinking about putting in a pool.

After getting 3 or 4 outrageous quotes, we called The Pool Boss and had Chris come for an estimate. He was very reasonable, understanding and helpful with suggestions of the size, shape and options we could select from. His estimate was realistic, affordable and his time frame accurate so we knew what to expect and when we would have a fully functioning pool. His staff was professional, responsive and always very helpful. The installation is quick, the permitting is not. Chris's team was experienced in that process and works with many local townships. His team always came to our home to manage any needed inspections, we did not have to take time off work and wait for the township. Once the pool was up and running, they were very responsive to any questions we had or service we might need. They helped through closing and I couldn't put a better recommendation out for Chris and his team.

We have smaller backyard but really wanted a pool so we could enjoy the summers with our three young children without having to leave home for a long trip to the beach or a crowded day at the town pool. Chris and his team designed a wonderful pool for our backyard. It’s large enough to get a good swim in but doesn’t take up our entire yard. They did a wonderful job landscaping the area and have provided excellent weekly maintenance service as well. We’re so lucky we found them!

We moved into a new house with a big backyard specifically so that we could build a pool. Without knowing much about the process, we talked to as many people as we could. When we contacted Pool Boss and Chris came to our home, we immediately knew that we wanted to work with him. From the beginning of the process until completion, Chris and his team were professional, responsive and helpful. Even when we had questions about the mechanical aspects of the pool after the job was complete, Pool Boss sent people out to help promptly and free of charge. Extra kudos to Joanna in the office who coordinates everything flawlessly. If you are thinking about building or renovating a pool, you cannot go wrong with Pool Boss!

After deciding we wanted to install a pool in our backyard, I interviewed 4 builders. Chris was the most patient, knowledgable, and assisting. He kept his promises and was very organized. I am retired now, so I am very careful with spending, but it is priceless seeing the joy on the faces of my grandchildren swimming in the pool that Chris & his team built! Chris transformed our backyard in the house where we lived for the past 25 years into something completely different and I am so happy we decided to invest in this project. We now find ourselves spending much more time outside, whether it's to swim, entertain guests, or just spend some quiet time, poolside. Chris also surrounds himself with good people. The office workers are very polite and professional. You can communicate with them easily by phone, text, or email. I was in communication with Joanna and Lauren at his office. He has pool designers that will help you a lot to satisfy your preferences. It is really amazing to see, under his supervision, how efficient and hard-working his team is. Don K helped me with orientation, maintenance, and operation. He even gave me a refresher course one weekend because I forgot some of the instructions. I am also very happy with the recommendations he gave me for our fence, electrical, and paving work. You can see from the pictures I included just how much our backyard was transformed, and the whole process was very quick and efficient. I would highly recommend The Pool Boss to anyone. Thank you!

My wife and I had been discussing whether or not to take on the pool project for a very long time; cost, size, location, placement all factors that seemed way too overwhelming and so we just kept putting it off. We met The Pool Boss and shared all of our concerns. Chris’s demeanor and calm approach toward our questions made us not only comfortable but invigorated our interest in taking on the project, within days he had a plan and a proposal in place that made everything easy for us, he took care of everything. Our project had some challenges primarily because we had to relocate seepage pits, a complexity they required involving town engineers but with The Pool Boss on our side everything was resolved timely with no issues. Once the project started our satisfaction just continued to increase exponentially, everyone that worked at our home was respectful, organized and professional; if you’ve ever dealt with contractors and construction projects this could ruin what should be a great experience. At the end of every day they cleaned everything up, making it a safe and clean environment for our children from beginning to end which must always be something to be mindful of with little curious kids roaming around. In addition to all of this, the weather didn’t cooperate but Chris and The Pool Boss team found a way to overcome all obstacles delivering a competed project just in time for our daughters 3rd bday, our dream back yard was ready in time to maximize every sunny day this summer thanks to the pool boss. Seeing the kids faces when they wake up on a sunny day is priceless, thank you pool boss for making true on your promise. To say we are happy with the our pool installation and overall process would be an UNDERSTATEMENT. We worked with The Pool Boss on installing an in ground pool in our yard and are beyond satisfied with the outcome. Our pool installation went very smoothly. Chris explained to us the full details on how the process will be handled. He presented us with a clear written contract and went over all of the steps for installation. Joanna followed up with the town throughout the whole permit process and all questions were answered promptly and effectively within 24 hours. All of the workers were friendly and mindful to ensuring that the job site was well kept at all times.
