He did not complete his project, the price was not worth it. Responsiveness was very very bad, lack communication, made a lot of promises and did not did it well. He never came when he said he will came. Professionalism very poor, and negative. Would not recommend him at all. He never took away the old linear of the pool, had to pay another company to do that. I had to hire another person and spend another thousand dolor for he job that he promised to finished. Other company had to finished David's work. This guy David was really horrible for the job, his a fake. We were a senior citizen I think he put advantage of us.

Choosing a reliable pool installation company was a decision we took very seriously. We had several companies come to our house to give estimates and we knew as soon as we met with Chris that The Pool Boss would be our choice. Everyone we had contact with was exceptional -from the office staff, to the installation team, to the service team. We received email reminders whenever their employees were scheduled to work at our property. Their consistent communication made this process easy for us. Their valet service for weekly cleaning was excellent. Don and Mike arrived on time and kept our pool clean and sparkling. We highly recommend The Pool Boss. They made our dream of a relaxing backyard come true.

Choosing pool boss to do our pool was the best decision we made. Chris, Terry, and his team did an amazing job turning our dream into a reality. From our initial meeting, Chris really listened to us and gave us exactly what we wanted. Terry was wonderful in the design and picking out our selections. They never try to push or up-sell you. They really made us feel comfortable with every decision. Genero our project manager was fantastic. We were always kept updated, we knew exactly what was happening one day to the next. Any questions he was always quick to respond. His team was always professional on site and everything went seamlessly and if there was an issue it was immediately handled. They went above and beyond our expectations and we could not be more grateful for them.

The Pool Boss built our in-ground pool in Paramus, NJ in 2018, and it was the best decision we have ever made. Everything from start to finish was seamless, and we have been enjoying our pool immensely for the last 4 years. Chris and his team have been incredibly responsive anytime we have had any questions, and they offer a top notch weekly service as well as seasonal opening/closing service which we partake in. I often hear my neighbors complaining about other pool service companies, and it just makes us even more confident in having chosen The Pool Boss for our ongoing pool needs. I wholeheartedly recommend The Pool Boss to anyone I know!

Hands down the best construction company ever! Terry and Chris are amazing and their team is absolutely phenomenal. I've yet to have one bad experience with anyone from the team and I've been using them for everything related to my pool since our first consultation in 2020. Pool Boss exceed our expectations! We were referred by a friend and couldn't be happier with our experience. The entire process was completely effortless, from meeting with Chris at the initial consultation, to communicating with Terry about the details, down to introductions to recommended vendors, it truly has been seamless. Once the project started, they kept us informed as to what was happening, and continued to keep us in the loop throughout the installation. The Pool Boss has been nothing short of spectacular. They handled everything, soup to nuts. They were patient and informative in the design process, guided us with realistic and reasonable timelines, handled all the permits (which can be very difficult in my town), and put us in touch with great vendors for hardscaping and other rock features. The installation was quick and painless (and came out great) and we continue to use them for pool maintenance and service (e.g., cleaning, winterization). I would recommend them without hesitation!

The Pool Boss team did an incredible job on our pool construction and continues to provide excellent service. The team patiently worked with us on pool design to meet permitting guidelines, answered all of our questions, and completed the project on time and within the established budget.

The Pool Boss and CLC changed our lives! Our project was very complicated and we had some concerns it could actually be accomplished. From day 1 The Pool Boss took control of the project and never looked back. We opened on time and on budget and had an amazing summer as a reult. Chris and his team were amazing. I appreciate talent, but I appreciate accountability more...and they did not disappoint! We are extremely happy with our new pool and outdoor space. Expectations were exceeded....a first for me! We decided to invest in our backyard after the pandemic hit. We realized how important our outdoor space was for our overall health, and that we wanted to give our children a beautiful space for them to create life long memories. After meeting with Chris, we knew he was the right person for the job! He understood what we were looking for and how important it was to stay in budget for our family. The pool boss were a great company to work with and they really do put customer service first. We are delighted with our pool. We chose a classic design and Chris advised us on the size and depth for our space, as well as good liner color options (and which ones to avoid). Our pool was built during covid so it was definitely a challenge getting all the materials, especially the pavers. While the pool boss were excellent and very clear on expectations, some of their partner companies needed a lot more chasing and often only responded when the pool boss chased them on our behalf. Joanna was amazing, always so helpful and kept everything and everyone on track. The pool boss construction team were great and completed their side of the job very quickly. They adapted their schedule to allow us to take out some trees at the same time. Everyone was very friendly and easy to communicate with, always turning up when scheduled and cleaned up after their work. Over the last year the pool boss have opened and closed the pool for us and they gave me a very thorough demonstration on how to look after the pool, clean the cartridges, balance the water etc. The salt water system has been incredibly stable and easy to look after and we are delighted with the end result. The pool gets a lot of sun and stays very warm because of the big shallow end, which has been fun to play ball games in with the kids.

The Pool Boss was amazing to work with! Everyone was attentive and extremely diligent with the project from start to finish. Immediately after our first meeting, we entered into the experience with the utmost confidence and excitement and had no hesitation to start our backyard transformation, knowing we were in great hands. The team took the time to listen to our vision and then shared insight and additional ideas to make it all come to life. The work done was impeccable and everything was done in a timely manner. We have a great experience with the Pool Boss. We worked closely with their design team to design all of the details of our very involved backyard project. The Pool Boss is always responsive and takes care of any issues or requests almost instantly. Their office was always reachable and and a pleasure to deal with. They had so many resources at their disposal, being able to connect us with other third party contractors and providing great recommendations for things like our deck and pergola. The Pool Boss team is a very caring group of people who made sure there was no stone unturned in delivering the backyard we envisioned from day one. I would recommend the Pool Boss to anyone.

After interviewing about 8 pool companies, we decided to go with The Pool Boss. Chris came out to talk to us and go over what we wanted in a pool, what we would like the backyard to br for us and what we wanted out of the design. Our pool was installed August 2020 and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. From the planning to the finished product, maintenance, 5,000 questions I came up with, they were there EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. Joanna the project manager, held my hand and answered EVERY question, phone call and email I sent her in a timely manner. After the project was completed, if we had questions, they would answer them without hesitation. We highly recommend them and the services they performed and the professionalism they showed.

We signed our contract with Pool Boss in 2020. We were spending a lot of time at home and realized our backyard would fit a pool nicely. We met with Chris and he spent a lot of time with us and answered all our questions. We felt very at ease with him. He was upfront that delays would happen given the pandemic. We went ahead with the design and permitting process. We knew we wanted a rectangle with the stadium steps and a deep end bench. The bench is the best part of the pool. We use is all the time to hang out. We started digging in December of 2020, but an early winter storm paused our build until completion in April 2021. Pool Boss has a great relationship with hardscapers to finish the coping and pool deck. We love our pool deck and use it throughout the summer and even when the pool is closed. The service department has been great to work with when I have a question/concern. The lights in the pool are amazing. My kids love to turn different colors on at night. Everyone we have come in contact with at Pool Boss has been wonderful. Highly recommend.

We have been using the Pool Boss for servicing our pool ever since they installed it in 2018. Chris and his team are amazing. from the ease of booking the opening and closing of the pool online to the professionalism of the team on site, we have been extremely pleased. The staff is really nice and pleasant. They take their time to make sure the equipment is winterized properly, including cleaning the filter while keeping the area clean. I had my pump go last year right before a pool party and they sent someone the same day to fix it. I would definitely recommend the Pool Boss for your pool service.

My family, especially my grandchildren, had the time of their lives this summer! We have had our pool for 3 years now, and working with the Pool Boss has been exceptional from top to bottom, from working with the owners to service & maintenance. Once permits were secured, construction was prompt and no time was wasted until the project's completion. Quality of the work is superb from their subcontractors, electricians, and pavers. But everyone knows, when you own a pool, a lot of work needs to be done in order to maintain it from year to year, and that's where their service department really shines. They are always very prompt and responsive to my inquiries, and quick to offer help and insight when we have issues and emergencies. We are so happy with our decision to work with the Pool Boss!

From start to finish, Chris and his team were prompt and professional. They never missed a date and their schedule was spot on. They made a complicated process as simple as possible. I urge anyone thinking of putting in a pool to use the Pool Boss. Their business is second to none.

Pool Boss is the best. They have been attending to all of our pool needs for the past 3 years and always provide EXCELLENT service in opening, closing, and cleaning the filters. I highly recommend them! You cannot go wrong with this company.

Couldn’t recommend Pool Boss enough. This was our first year getting the weekly valet. They came every week even in the rain. My dog ripped a part of the lining and the next day Anthony came out and fixed It. The service is the best as they make It so easy to run a pool. I’ll be sad to have It closed but excited to start It back up next year.

we have been customers of the Pool Boss for 5 years now. They have been outstanding with any service that I’ve needed. Each year they meticulously clean my filter and keep my pool equipment running at its best. I use them to open and close my pool as well. Every time we’re ready to open the pool, it’s crystal clear.
