Chris and his team are truly the best around!! The service you get from The Pool Boss is unmatched by any other pool company. From our first meeting with Chris you could tell how much passion he has for what he does. He made us feel completely comfortable with the entire process of putting in a pool. EVERY SINGLE question we had, and there were 100's, were always answered without making us feel like we were bothering him. He was always available within minutes with an answer for us. A huge fear of ours was dealing with all the paperwork for our permits. The Pool Boss completed all our paperwork for us and obtained our permits without us having to do a thing. Our town threw us a curveball with our permits and Chris was responsive to all the demands put on him by the town in an immediate fashion. Another fear we had was the space in our yard with all the setbacks we needed to adhere to. Chris and his team worked to overcome those barriers to create a space that had everything we wanted and more. Our design presentation by Chris and Pedro Sanchez, the landscape architect in the office, had me in tears the plan was so beautiful! They took our vision and brought it to life! I couldn't write this review without mentioning the amazing staff they have! They have great customer service with people who truly want to help you get everything you want! We can't thank Joanna enough for all she did as well. Creating a pool design is a huge project that demands time, creativity, and an eye for detail. They have what it takes to bring to life all that you can imagine for your yard and more. We are forever grateful for The Pool Boss for creating our beautiful pool that awaits the warm weather and years and years of family memories!

From our initial appointment we knew we made the right decision using The Pool Boss. Chris was extremely down-to-earth, yet professional and responsive to all our needs and concerns. He (and his staff) is amazing and dedicated to your overall satisfaction. His expertise and knowledge aided us to create a backyard we LOVE and can't wait to spend endless hours of fun with family and friends. He and his staff were always available to answer questions throughout the entire process (day and night), from the time we signed the contract until the pool was completed. Chris thoroughly explained every detail and was upfront about all costs; there were no hidden fees. All crew members that came to our house were courteous, meticulous, and knowledgeable.

Awesome! The best experience ever! It was one of the best experiences we've had working with a contractor. From the very beginning The Pool Boss showed to be very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, very professional and extraordinarily pleasant to work with. We put in a brand new pool at our property and were completely new to the whole process. Chris was very knowledgeable and gave us great advise and guided us through this process as seamlessly as you could possible imagine. We were very impressed by the level of his expertise - pool construction, electrical work, parts and mechanics involved, grading and landscaping etc. He was always there for us, no matter how many time per day we bothered him with small questions; and amazingly never lost his cool and professionalism. He approached every issue calmly, systematically and with great attention to detail. There were a couple of items we needed a follow up on, and he sent his crew right away to deal with them, even though it was already months after he was done and got all paid up (this is very unusual - usually you have to chase the contractor to come back once they got paid, not the case here). Honestly, if Chris was in the business of some other contract work I would only employ him. He made this big project a real pleasure. Our family enjoyed the pool tremendously this summer and we got lots of compliments on it. Thank you Pool Boss!

Chris came in and took care of us while we were having trouble with another company. His compassion, communication, and hard work is unmatched. We were so lucky to work with Chris and his team! When we discovered a hole in our liner at the beginning of the season in early May we reached out to the Pool Boss . Chris was out to our house with in a couple of days which was great as some other companies we left messages for still have not even returned our calls 4 months later! In addition to our new liner we wanted to do a bit of a renovation to the pool (adding steps) and hardscape around the pool. During the renovation some issues with our pool were discovered (old pool) and Chris was great in explaining the issues and provided options/solutions. In the end we ended up with an entirely new pool and could not be happier with the way it turned out. Chris and his team did and amazing job! Chris and his team are always prompt in answering calls and emails. We would definitely recommend the POOl BOSS to anyone looking to build a pool or renovate an existing pool!.

Chris and his staff are true professionals. They show up on time, are responsive to questions throughout the process, communicate effectively, and deliver as promised. It's obvious that Chris has expertise when it comes to pools and is happy to provide guidance throughout the process. The attention to detail is also evident, from the video that is produced at the beginning of the process (if requested), all-the-way through installation. While Chris is the face of the business and is motivated to satisfy each of his customers, his staff is equally courteous.

We met with 5 pool companies before choosing Chris. He always made us feel comfortable, worked within our budget and offered suggestions on small changes that wouldn't effect the budget but would make our pool a bit more fancy. We absolutely love our pool, and have him open and close it every year. Any issues or questions we have had with the pool or equipment he has addressed quickly and we highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

We explored putting an in ground pool at our home for more than 2 years. We have a corner lot with not much side yard and many of the other pool companies seemed turned away at the thought of working on this project. Not the Pool Boss. Chris was very helpful throughout our design and installation phases. He was present throughout the variance and approval process with the town which for this project was very difficult and when we ran into a great deal of rock under the ground Chris helped with getting the job done in a timely and cost effective manner. Our pool turned out to look much better than we could have expected. If you're thinking about building a pool I highly recommend The Pool Boss. A++

I prices many other companies to complete my pool project and Chris was reasonable and his follow up was excellent! After researching several pool service providers in the area I called 2 or 3 for estimates, most just took my number and said they would call me in a week or so to set up a date to come look at my pool...I immediately got a call back from Chris, the owner of Pool Boss, not just a sales rep..so I had a feeling that he would provide top notch service and I wasn't disappointed. Chris was there the very next day to look over what I needed and what I could avoid replacing now, saving me money...myself being not too savvy with pool operations, he could have definitely taken me for a ride without me knowing. Chris and his company, The Pool Boss, has a busy schedule (because he is good) but he took the time to review options I needed when it was time for me to replace my pool heater and pump. Although my job was not a mega project by any means, he made me feel that he was focused on my project only. I felt good talking to Chris and his positive reviews helped me make the decision to choose his company for the job. The thing that I want other potential customers to know from my experience is that Chris is ultra-responsive to my needs and follow up. There is no tail-light guarantees with his service. In my situation, there was a slight issue after the initial installation and when I called him, he cleared his schedule to come back to fix the issue the very next morning. Even after a year, when I asked him to look at something with my pool equipment, his response to follow up and care he has shown to me as a customer, makes him, The Pool Boss, one of the best if not The-best [contractor] in my book.

Chris and his team were incredibly professional and the quality of work was outstanding. Everyone raves about the pool and what they don't know is that it didn't cost an arm and a leg. I will recommend The Pool Boss to anyone who wants a pool done.

As I said I have been using this service for several years and I don't have any complaints. I don't even need to be home. The pool is open on the day scheduled. All ladders, are secured and pool cover is neatly stored in my shed. It is a seamless service that I am happy to have. They have also installed a heater, filter and pump. All done without any issues. They also provide full personal instruction on maintaining your equipment.

Chris, the pool boss, did an excellent job with all aspects of our pool installation, from planning to final cleanup. He guided us in the right direction in order to end up with the backyard of our dreams! Things went very smoothly, he and his guys worked on our project every day until it was done, and Chris was either there himself or available on the phone for every question or concern. He really dispels the bad reputation that many pool contractors have. The whole project went incredibly quickly and easily, I couldn't have asked for more! Highly Recommended!
