We hired Chris from The Pool Boss over other companies to install our inground pool and we could not have been happier with the results. I used Pool Boss to update my pool in Saddle River, NJ. My pool needed a face lift terribly so I reached out to the owner Chris who had excellent suggestions and ideas! After speaking with several other pool companies in the area I decided to go with Pool Boss. Just based on Chris's character and vast knowledge in the pool business I felt extremely confident I would be pleased with the outcome. Pool Boss staff was friendly and an absolute pleasure to have around. Throughout this process none of my property was even damaged, which I was amazed by! My family grew to really love seeing Chris and his crew. They were the most respectful, professional and talented team I have ever worked with. Chris never missed a step. Every detail from start to finish was managed perfectly. He was always on the job and kept me apprised of what to expect every step of the way from pulling permits to digging to hauling to installing to running electric and to even closing the pool at the end of the season. If you are thinking of putting in a pool I would seriously consider Chris. He is so knowledgeable and sat with me to help me design it and fit it into a space that was a bit challenging . He has such a nice demeanor and is always willing to help and work out details to make sure I was completely satisfied. They were in and out so quickly and did not leave any items pending like some contractors do.

Chris was fantastic to work with from the first day to the last. We received an estimate from Chris and it was very accurate regarding both the price and length of time for the project. We were told it would take 2 weeks from beginning to end and that's exactly what it took even though we had a few days of weather delay. They installed a 16' by 32' inground pool in February 2013. The employees were very neat, cleaned up daily and respected our property. Chris explained all the steps to us and was available whenever we had a question. We would certainly use them again and we highly recommend them. They came back in September 2013 to close the pool for the season. Once again, we were very happy with the service they provided. We would highly recommend Chris! In fact, a neighbor recently used The Pool Boss for their installation based on our recommendation.

Chris provided outstanding service. He was always available and very helpful each time I had a question. Despite very uncooperative weather the job was completed on time and the results were excellent. After completing the job, they opened the pool, cleaned it and left the backyard spotless. Chris spent considerable time with me explaining how everything works and how to maintain the pool, which was very valuable to me as an inexperienced new pool owner. Overall, The Pool Boss left very good impression on me. Their prices are very reasonable and they do very good job.

Few years back we decided to install and I ground pool ...along with my neighbor we decided to call The Pool BOSS Chris the owner was hands on from the beginning to the end . Other companies had sent sales people to my home which I didn't feel comfortable making and investment and Dali g with a sales person . I really appreciated the fact the Owner took the time and went step by step with us our priject wasn't easy we had a tree which extended over 50ft high which needed removal , the ground wasn't leveled ... Retaining Walls needed to be installed ... It just seemed overwelmihing to say the least . Pool Boss comes to your home sits with you goes over the entire process from A-Z . Chris is always on call for you 24/7 no matter my questions or concerns where he would always be sir to assist us. The job ran smoothly and efficiently . Couldn't be happier !!! With the overall experience Pool Boss doesn't operate with a middle man no sales rep. The company also did my neighbors pool and will only call them for any of our pool needs. We recently just replaced our liner my pool looks amazing .

Chris is the best person to contact if you're interested in an in-ground pool. He is a highly professional individual who knows exactly what he's doing & gives the best advice. He was very easy to contact & always returned calls. Not only did he do a tremendous job on our pool but he & his men would clean the site each time they were done so you didn't even know they were there. I would highly recommend his company if you're interested in putting in a pool. He not only does the pool itself, but he also does everything from soup to nuts as far as electrical work & landscaping. We hired The Pool Boss to Install an In-ground pool for our home. Now not being from New Jersey and having no idea what we were in for we did a lot of research to find someone that was all-Inclusive to make sure things went as smooth as possible. I am extremely happy to report we chose the right guy. Chris walked us through every part of the process and even showed up for several meetings with the town to ensure everything was done properly. He managed the entire project from beginning to end. I am telling you this was the most stressful project I have ever been through but Chris stayed calm and on track through the whole project. We now have a beautifully landscaped backyard and an awesome In-Ground pool that my family will enjoy for years. This is the guy you want to hire.

We needed the pool opened early because we are selling our house and wanted the pool to look nice for showings. Our regular guys never showed up so we called the Pool Boss. They scheduled it on very short notice, then rescheduled due to whether - we appreciated that they contacted us to reschedule instead of just not showing up. They showed up when they said they would, did a great job, great price. Highly recommend.

Chris installed an ?L? shaped vinyl-liner pool, paver patio, retaining wall, plantings and other landscaping for us. We met with Chris multiple times to discuss the project. He assisted with basically every decision: we discussed pool configurations (size, shape, location in yard, vinyl-liner options, heating options, in-line chlorinator), paver colors, planting/landscaping options and pricing. He completed all drawings and handled the permit with the town. Chris explained all the steps to us and was available whenever we had a question. I requested a few changes mid-project, and they were all handled to my satisfaction with little stress. The quality of work was superb. I get nothing but compliments from family and friends that have seen the finished pool and yard transformation. They were on time and explained my responsibilities are for pool care. I've already recommended him to friends. I'm a satisfied customer.

Chris helped our dream backyard become a reality. From start to finish he explained the pool building process and what we could expect along every step of the way. I reached out to The Pool Boss not knowing what to do about my pool cover. Over the years the pool cover had experienced some wear and tear and needed to be replaced. The Pool Boss came to our home, picked up the cover, and came back four days later with a new cover.
