Do you want efficient?! Responsive? ! Some one who is quick, thorough and clean? Nick is your guy. I contacted him via Angie's email, and rec'd a response within 5 minutes. We made an appointment. He showed up with his co-worker, Andrew, 10 minutes early. Provided quote on the spot, worked quickly and efficiently, and thoroughly cleaned up. Absolutely no nonsense. Every provider could take a lesson from Nick. :) Their professionalism, level of service and efficiency was amazing. We were thoroughly impressed by Luminous...and will, definitely, use them again in the future, for more work that needs to be done.

The service I had done included troubleshooting, changing breakers and outlets so no exterior cosmetic work was required.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. I had them do some extra charges. It was an additional $125. The price was fine. They did a good job.

Nick was awesome. I sent a message Saturday night and received a response almost immediately...I was very surprised. We communicated back and forth a few times and scheduled a service call for today...a Sunday. Nick was very professional and was done in no time. I recommend him...no questions asked. I already inquired some additional work that I need.

It was beautful. Showed up on time, provided a free estimate as they said they would before the work. Cleaned up after themselves. Everything went perfectly.

The experience was very good. They were very professional and told me what they wanted to do. Both me and wife are architects and do construction on a daily basis. That’s what we do so we know exactly what goes on the contraction site like the walls, the buildings and things like that. Luminous were very approachable and would tell us if there are any problems they noticed or if the problems can be repaired. They were very proactive in giving solutions and things like that.

Excellence all around. Was third quote I got and initial response was within 1/2 hour of contact. Showed up on schedule and finished work in excellent time. Finished job is beautiful!!

Nick was terrific. He called right away, and since I wasn't ready, we agreed that I would call him when I had the fans. a month and a half later, I called him, he immediately scheduled the appointment and his workers were right on time. They were polite, friendly, articulate and knowledgeable, completed the job in 2 hours and then cleaned up. It was easy, inexpensive and well done. I would definitely use NIck again.

Luminous Electric were great. They were neat, polite and knew what they were doing. It went without a hitch and was great. They did minimal damage to the sheetrock wall and ceiling. They were just great. Their prices were very good. There were other companies offering similar Big Deals, but I chose Luminous because they had great reviews.

I purchased a Big Deal for $700 for 6 new recessed lights and a dimmer switch. I called to see how much the drywall costs were going to be and he said they do not do that part of the work, I would have to hire I different provider for that. He was very polite and professional, but I would rather only one company come in and do the work instead of two.

Needed to install electric outlets in basement. They guy was very professional and punctual. The work was well done and in time.

They made sure the electrical parts they used were the exact type I had requested and even did some of the cable assembly work required off site to save time.

He got back to me right away, scheduled the appointment for the next day. When he arrived, he had everything he needed, and was professional and courteous. He spent more than the 2 hours I had paid for and even though I offered, he did not accept more money. I would and will be using Luminous again.

Nick's service and team were great, start to finish. Thorough inspection of the job site prior to giving the detailed estimate. Pointed out issues with smoke detectors that I could/should fix myself. Excellent communication throughout the process. Pleasant crew, careful work, cleaned before leaving. Nick called when stuck in traffic to let me know they would be 10 minutes late. Got three estimates and Nick gave a fair price for excellent work. Very pleased with results.

He helped me with a connection in the bedroom, checked the ceiling fan, and hooked up a new box to furnace.

Nick and his team came in my house and went over all services that we had discussed. He and his team were VERY clean and when the work was finished we went over everything so it was to my satisfaction. I can't express enough what a PRO Luminous Electric is. You will not be disappointed.

This is the second time I have hired Luminous electric. Once again they proved to be professional, responsive and thorough!Main guy, Nick, showed up few minutes early and he even took his shoes off without being asked to do so, very considerate and very rare. I needed someone to install my new chandelier and I wanted to have dimmer switch. Was not sure if it was a big job or not , and according to internet prices it ranged from couple of hundreds to almost a thousand. He looked at what needed to be done, gave me an estimate and he started the work. Great guy, very communicative and honest. I can't say enough how important it was that whatever he touched he made sure to leave it the way he found it. I hate when I have someone fixing things in my apartment and they are so ignorant about my living space. It took him few hours to get the job done since the chandelier was quite big and fragile , but he did a phenomenal job. Luminous electric is my definite to go!
