Overall, experience was wonderful. Tech was very patient and thorough, explained everything & answered all questions (which were many, I might add). He was punctual & friendly and I will absolutely use him again if need be.

He was on time, pleasant, professional. He didn't try to sell us anything and seemed to take his time with our issue, never looking to charge more than the Angies List deal he was here for, or cut corners due to same. He tookour computer with him and backed it up and was patient about coordinating all that. My husband, who is typically a cynic about these types of "deals" could not get over how well it all went and how they delivered exactly what they said they would. He said we would definitely use them again.

I was very happy with the work they did. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. They system was up and running in no time.

I called Complete Computer Solutions on 4/9/12. Brian came to my house within 3 hours. He diagnosed the problem as a root-kit virus and explained the damage to me. He took the desktop computer unit back to his lab and they called and updated me every day on the progress of re-building my computer. I had an expensive name brand anti-virus but it failed to protect me for the third time. They recommended and installed a free antivirus program for me. Gary brought the computer back on 4/12/12 and re-installed some of my software and connected my back-up hard drive. He spent an additional hour with me explaining things. I will call them again if I need help and will highly recommend them to my friends. I feel like I have real partners in computer knowledge now and not anonymous workers at a website. My 6 year old computer works better than ever!

Overall it was a very pleasant experience and very satisfying to have my computer restored and running better then ever! Brian was very professional and his rates were very good. I'm telling all my neighbors about the company for any problems they may have..

I have been having problems with my computer for over a year - took it to Staples who made it worse. Trying to put off buying a new computer but was at my wits end - called Complete and now I have a computer that functions even better than when it was new. My computer was running extremely slow as well as droping the internet conection, and acting erratically. In addition, it couldn't print., Complete's .representative was at my door on time; he clearly explained to me what was going on, what were my options, and what was needed (or not). I decided to let him take my computer since I had to go to work, scheduled a return visit at a time that was convenient to me. The second visit was just as smooth as the first one. Finally, there was an issue that I had not addressed during the visit - I was able to call and consult at no extra charge. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

I had a problem with a virus on my computer, which was causing my printer not to work. Had signed up with a "pop-up" company that had said they could fix it. Computer & printer worked fine for 2 days, then started having problems again. Called Complete Comuter Solutions and left message--got a call back in 10 minutes. I described the problem, and Brian said he could come in 2 hours. He came on time, found the problems, told me that the "pop-up" company was a scam and had probably infected my computer. (Advised me to contest the charge after he removed itheir program--am working on this with the credit card company). He backed up my files, cleaned up the virus, and restored what files he could---some were so corrupted that they couldn't be restored. He fixed the printer interface problem, updated the program, and cleaned up all my temporary files, while explaining to me what he was doing and why. I am not totally computer literate, so he tailored the explanations to what I could understand. He also told me what to look out for in the future, and how to fix minor problems myself. He also said they could do remote repair on smaller problems if and when they occur. I plan on calling Complete Computer Solutions again if I ever have another computer problem.

I used these guys to repair a computer. I needed a new one for my new business and they had on their website that they are Dell resellers, so I asked them for a price. Because I was looking for a high end system (Precision M6500), not one of the Dell bargains the sell to consumers, they were able to assist me. With their help not only did I get a kick a** system, I saved a good deal of money. They helped me figure out what I needed and wanted and quoted it for me and a few days later I had my new baby.
