We have had a lot of work done to our home using Home Depot and Lowes because we were afraid of using a General Contractor. We took a risk for our home addition and after our experience with Built-Well Builders, Keith and his team, I will only use Built-Well Builders going forward. . . The Service, Relationship, Quality and Cost was all very good.

Keith renovated our bare basement. He made a beautiful custom fit wall unit for a flat screen tv and installed closets, Sheetrock, lighting, heat and air and rubber flooring. He also installed a larger (much more safe) slider window in our basement. The hall and master bath were also redone. both with much roomier designs (thanks to Keith). Both baths and basement are beautiful. We would recommend Built-We’ll Builders to anyone looking for a renovation.

It did not go. after a month of leading me to believe he could do it, passing on other contractors I had to press him.. He saysI will have to pass.

My wife and I purchased our first property that is over 100 years old and needed to be gutted and done right. We hired Keith since he has great reviews here at Angie’s. From the get go Keith was responsive, professional about his work and very good at maintaining out budget. Since this was a full renovation job we planned for him and his crew to do electrical, plumbing, hvac, insulation, drywall, added a second bathroom to the house, open concept (which included removing load bearing wall), reconfiguring the floor plan. We are very happy with the results of our old, new place. Thank you Keith and crew. We definitely recommend.

Keith’s team of experts in their respective fields were always professional, courteous and on time. They worked efficiently and always left a clean work area at the end of the day. They were able to come up with creative solutions to issues that arose during the project, ie. uneven floors, walls, etc. We couldn’t be happier with the finished result and will definitely be using Built Well’s services in the future.

Great! Keith has a lot of experience in the area so everything from permits to the demolition dumpster was managed professionally. He's got a great crew (carpenters, electrician, plumber, tile and wood floor installer) who handled all facets of my kitchen demolition and installation with Keith there doing the work and overseeing all aspects. And with any major renovation there were "bumps in the road" that Keith was able to roll with and saved the day numerous times when something didn't go according to plan. He's also meticulous with trying to keep the accumulated dust to a minimum with clever floor to ceiling tarp posts which closed off entire rooms. In addition he has a zippered tarp to keep dust out of higher traffic areas that need to be accessed. And he always broom cleaned the area before he left for the day. Thanks to Built-Well I have beautiful new kitchen!

Had work done while we were away. They gutted a very old bathroom down to the studs. Since we were away I had daily phone calls every morning- it’s always nice to have a contractor that answers the phone when you call - we are more than thrilled with the final product

Two years ago, Keith and Built Well did a full blown kitchen remodel for our family. That project went very well, so we had Keith do our house addition. Similar to our previous experiences with Keith, the project went very well. All work was done on time and on budget. Keith and his team are very professional and friendly. During large scale projects, many decisions need to be made, and Keith and his team proved to be an excellent source of ideas and solutions to any issues that may arise. I highly recommend Built-Well for your home projects.

I hired Built-Well to add a second story dormer to my cape and build a new bathroom based off of the plans from an architect. Keith was responsive, honest and overall great to work with through this process. This was my first expedition into the world of major home remodeling and I couldn't be happier with my choice in Built-Well!! Everyone who worked on the project was punctual, respectful and friendly which definitely helps when they are spending multiple days inside your home with your family. They always cleaned up after themselves and thought of how their work would affect our house and family, even going as far as to amend the plans on the fly to not have to cut into the ceilings of both my daughters rooms avoiding unnecessary collateral damage. That was greatly appreciated as we had a 2-1/2 year old and a newborn in the house. Keith always kept us in the loop as to what the next step in the process was and what we could expect for the coming days. He even went as far as to finish the roof himself in order to keep the project on track and within budget. Not something that every business owner would be willing to do!! I was never one to write reviews; however, after finding out how helpful online reviews were to me in navigating the many local service provider websites, I realized how helpful reviews were in making my decision on who to hire for my carport project. Therefore, I wanted to provide others with an unbiased, honest review of my recent experience with Built-Well Builders; hoping others will find this helpful in their decision making. I worked with Keith on my carport project and could not have been happier with his professionalism and workmanship; the final outcome was exactly what I was looking for and more. Not only was his work exceptional, but as important, his attitude during changes I requested after the job started were a welcomed plus. He was flexible and adaptable with obstacles that occurred during my project (caused by the architect not Built-Well), while keeping me calm and focused on the big picture which, from my past experience, is not common in the construction industry. Keith went above and beyond to rectify issues caused by the architect, without adjusting his price. Therefore, I have no hesitation in providing Built-Well Builders with an excellent review and recommendation to anyone looking for quality construction from a Company that is willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.

It went great. I knew since I had contracted their services before, I would not have a thing to worry about. Having four children and this being our main bathroom, I stressed the importance of having this done in a timely and efficient manner. One of my children has asthma and Keith ensured the workers were made aware of that and they took extra precautions to ensure dust was minimal. They completed the job ahead of schedule which was a blessing. The workers are polite, courteous and most important show up and show up on time as scheduled. That is one of the things I hear most about people when the hire contractors ~ either they show up late or not at all. Not Built Well. You have direct contact the owner and his cell phone. Another thing I hear is "trust". I felt at ease leaving my house because I trusted the workers and the company. Two things stand out. Reliability and Trust. I would recommend Built Well in a heart beat!

It was such a pleasure to work with Keith and his professional crew. Our exterior work was completed in the cold weather months and done with the best of care. Everyone worked to lessen the weather impact inside the house - no problems whatsoever. New trim on all windows on exterior and interior - clean and fresh. Our bathrooms were taken down to studs, re-insulated and sound-proofed. All who work for Keith - electrician, plumber, tile professional, carpenters, painter - were perfection in their craft. Friends and family are full of ooh's and aah's for the new bathrooms. Cannot say enough about Keith and crew regarding their advice, expertise and wok ethic. On time, on budget. Could not ask for a better group of people to come into our home - trustworthy, clean working, and the nicest group of people work for Keith. Would have all of them back in a minute to do more work.

Keith is a true professional who is concerned with the product he provides as well as the customers happiness with the results. As long time and extremely satisfied customers of Keith, he was the immediate choice by my husband and me of a contractor to design and perform extensive renovations to our home. The only problem was that our home is located at the Jersey shore which is over 100 miles from where Keith normally operates. So while my husband and I had low expectations given the extensive nature of the project and the distance, we decided to ask Keith anyway and to our great surprise he said “Yes”! So despite the distance, Keith and his team of highly skilled craftsmen renovated our shore house with results that vastly exceeded our expectations! As always, Keith kept us informed of progress throughout the project, we agreed in advance of any modifications and the price Keith quoted in the beginning was the price we paid at the end. Needless to say, my husband and I are extremely happy with the results and will make Built-Well our immediate choice for our next project!

Excellent. A complete transformation of an unworkable space. Complete Reno of my my laundry room, split level basement and bathroom. All of Builtwell vendors were very professional especially the carpenters who customized everything. We would highly recommend. Be precise on what you want and Keith and his guys will work with you to create anything.
